I had problems redeeming a voucher on Printerpix. I contacted the support: I quickly received a first reply (namely by Patricia), then the solution. In less than 24 hours I was able to plce my order and get my project completed. Great!

There are plenty of other websites to create photobooks and even though they're more expensive, DON'T USE PRINTERPIX. I just worked on a book for over 6 months and had to contact customer service MANY times. They don't answer readily either by phone or in the chat and then often can't fix the problem. I was just told that many of my photos that were SAVED in a book I've been working on for over 6 months were LOST and they can't be retrieved. If I want to get the book done, I'd have to almost start all over. You can see one of my pages that was completed in the screenshot. None of my photos uploaded were even saved into the photo portal on their website. Save yourself some heartache and order your photo book from a better company than this. They're AWFUL.

I must say thank you to Mrs. Patricia for all of her help today in helping me thru what i was sure was a certain crisis. I was ordering my daughters mothers day gift she had just had a new baby and once i placed the order and saw how dark it looked i was frantic, but she never hesitated helped me thru in canceling the original order and placing a new one without a moments hesitation she answered all of my questions and was able to make my frantic state be at ease. She walked me thru placing the new order and once i got it fixed in the cart she handled the rest for me and i didnt have to worry again. I purchased 4 vouchers for photo books for a very good price. I had problems using the vouchers on my own to complete the order and contacted customer service for help both by email and the phone number. After weeks of frustrating miscommunication on emails and hours of waiting on hold and broken promises that it would be sent to me that day, Patricia was able to easily help complete my order over the chat. I have dealt with Griffin when I contacted customer support about my items arriving broken - $400 worth. It has been 6 weeks since I was promised a replacement. I was just told, "it will be escalated to the concerned team. What does that even mean? This company produces low quality items and has no customer support.

Ordered first set of metal prints in December 2019 - high quality, beautiful, timely, perfect! Ordered second set in December 2020 - arrived bent, but they said they'd replace. Replacement arrived in February - wrong photos, called again, hours on hold, but they said they'd replace. Replacement arrived in May - cheap, thin, shiny, and smaller then the 12 x12 size I ordered. I'm so disappointed!
I can not believe it just after I have made a spelling mistake, And after explaining to "Patricia" She said sorry and gave me a £10 credit and told me go back and create the 40" x 30" canvas with necessary changes, and She (Patricia) has taken charge to print for free. Please anyone after my experience I would like to thanks "Patricia" and also recommend anyone as individuals or company saying this is what a great customer service means. First they messed up my car up and then they wouldn't do it was needed to get it to me when I needed. Their answer was pretty much so sad too bad not our problem.
