I had an issue with the front cover of my photobook. When I previewed the pages, the cover appeared to be blemished with lines. Was worried the book would print with these, therefore ruin the appearance. Contacted customer support via chat facility. 'Spoke' to Patricia who was very efficient, friendly and reassuring. Dealt with the issue promptly. Very happy and confident the issue is resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Patricia!

Ordering from PrinterPix.com has been an absolute nightmare. I contacted customer support almost two weeks before my order was shipped out to inform them that if my package was not delivered by a specific date that I would need to change the shipping address because I was moving. I e-mailed them again before my order was shipped out and gave them the correct address. I never received a response from the company and my order was shipped out to my old address. Immediately after receiving a notification from FedEx that my order had been shipped, I contacted FedEx and attempted to have my package re-routed to my new address but they said that only the shipper could change the address and that I should contact PrinterPix to do so. I then contacted PrinterPix by phone and requested that they change the shipping address before it was delivered, which they said they could not do (despite FedEx saying that they could change it if PrinterPix made the change). I requested to speak with a manager and was told that I would receive a phone call that same day, as my package was days away from delivery. It has now been almost a week and I have not received a call back and my package was delivered to an address that I am 14 hours away from and no longer living at. I called customer support again today and I was again told that a manager would be in contact with me. This company has the worst customer support and I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
