A lot faster than expected! Verify mailing address because my shipping address changed to billing and they were unable to fix it.
I ordered my photo book 3 weeks prior to when I needed it by, and it didn't come in time. I needed it for my wedding day. Once it finally got here too late, all of the pictures are stretched and distorted. I'm very displeased with this experience and product all around. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Order off of a trusted site instead.
I would have preferred an option for a book 11" x 8" in a portrait orientation, rather than a landscape orientation. I ordered one from a different company and they were terrible to work with - although i could get the size ans shape book I preferred. I will not work with them again. Your people are so much better to work with - but you really do not offer the product I want. Oh well.

This was a gift for my best friend's 65th birthday! She absolutely loved it in the quality was amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to have lifelong memories that you can wrap yourself up in!
I would suggest the app be easier to use. I kept adding pictures to the cart because I needed to make adjustments. It could be user error but directions might also be useful. The quality of the pictures, however, are amazing!
I ordered 3 canvas for my family. Although they came separately, they all arrived. 24x36 canvas arrived separately. I wished the packaging was 1 of 2 but it was not listed just 1 of 1. Confusing.i thought my second package (which was much smaller would've been labeled.
It took 4 weeks for my photos to be delivered. I finally reached out after 3 weeks. It took another several days to get my shipping details at which point, my photos were delivered quickly. I don't like the lack of communication from the company or their lag in production time. But the product is quality. So if you're not in a hurry, it's not a bad deal.
Order took a long time to process (over 2 business weeks), I had to email about it, and then they finally created a shipping label, but wasn't shipped for several days. The shipping was fast, but that wasn't in PrinterPix's control...overall, decent experience. Good quality products.

It's so easy to make Photo Books with Printer Pix. I enjoy all the options. I've made several books and the pages still look good and colors have not faded.
Loved it super easy. Not to difficult to move the pictures around, and a lot of options to customized the blanket.
The quality of the item was good, but the promised shipping time was missed by more than a week on two different orders. If you use this service, please order your items at least 3-4 weeks in advance of the time that you need it.

This order through Groupon was a nightmare to complete. It took several days to get it resolved and intervention from Groupon and then your site was still unclear on several pages and not intuitive or user friendly at all. You all used to be better--what happened? This was a terrible experience. The metal images are dull and washed out. This was a complete waste of money as the prints are so washed out and ugly I will have my beautiful images of flamingos from my honeymoon reproduced by a more competent company and donate your crap to a thrift store. I will NEVER use printer pix again YOU SUCK!
The picture was darker than id hoped? But i think thats on me for not buying extra support to clean it up and adjust it. Also very sharp. Would use them again!
Wonderful experience very happy with end product. The image selecting tool could have been a little simpler for my tech level but it was an overall great experience.
I love my 2025 personal calendar. I have to be careful not to cut off anyone's foreheads in the future photos.
The picture looks great! And it came in a good box, but the frame is bowed and does not hang flat on the wall because of it. I didn't want to complain or cause a fuss. I love the picture, it's sentimental and we're keeping it. Just wish the wood frame had been straight. Not sure if that something you can fix in production but it might affect other reviews. I don't want to be publicly posted.
I ordered 4 or 5 blankets a few years ago and they were great! I needed a special 50th anniversary gift and am ordering again!
It's great to be able to get a deal on photo books. These will be passed on to my kids one day and hold such precious memories.
