It's great to be able to get a deal on photo books. These will be passed on to my kids one day and hold such precious memories.

Pictures came out very clear, only negative feedback is that the sticker on the blanket took of the soft part under it and left a bare patch
The soft back photo book I ordered looked terrific. The color was bright, photos clear and quality spot on.
Wonder if "There's an AI for that" where I load the photos and it analyzes it in a way to then build the book itself by putting pics of the same event and/or age together. Just a little less time for me sitting and arranging. Just an idea.
I ordered 2 16x20 canvas prints. One canvas was slightly too large for the 16X20 frame. It had to be installed, shaved off and reattached. Wasn't expecting that! The canvases were great. The photo quality was really good. Only issue was the canvas frame size.
Organizing pictures and placing them in the books where I wanted was really difficult, but I got an amazing deal and stuck it out. I figured out how to only load the pictures I needed for current pages and things got easier! The books however turned out amazing (Don't want to pat myself too hard, but I did add alot of special touches). The qualiity of the books was great, just as I expected and I was super happy with the end product. Thank you
The quality of the book we ordered is excellent and we tried a number of other online pictures book options. The pages are thick so our baby can turn them without risking them ripping.
Exceeds my expectation. The quality is amazing and the delivery is a little longer than it's supposed to be but it's all okay.
I was disappointed when I received my order because apparently I wanted my picture to be portrait and I received it landscape. I was not aware when I ordered it saying I wanted a 8 x 10 would be portrait and a 10 x 8 would be landscape. The picture I submitted was obviously a portrait picture and the printed it on a landscape canvas with 2 inches of white canvas on each side. I guess when seeing what it looked like no one would have questioned whether wanted a portrait canvas. I called several times and was working with a gentleman by the name of Ryan. Every time he would tell me he was looking into it he would never call me back when he clearly would say he was going to. My last call to him to find out if they were able to reprint it he told me no that was what I asked for and they were not going to do anything about it. So I made it clear I will never order from printerpix again. So no I am not satisfied with my $20.00 canvas.
My photo book was printed on quality materials. The color and sharpness of the photographs was excellent. The book is well constructed and bound. I am a repeat customer and will keep coming back to printer pics for my photo books.
It took way too long to get my products. It said 3 days but took about 9 days, we were not able to use them for our show.

Printing quality is good but wasn't happy with the delay - I emailed requesting an update as well but no response.
My purchase came out exactly as I was hoping and my boyfriend loved it when I gave it to him for our anniversary
Worst possible customer support. No way to contact you about shipping to a PO Box. Phone number does not work, chatbox (falsely advertised as a real person) is worthless, no reply on contact email. Ignored my written instructions on delivery address and changed it to the wrong one. Would not track the order - I had to do that myself and it cost me an additional delivery fee. Impossible to talk to anyone about a simple problem which resulted in a major problem for me.
Also awkward editing tools.
Would never do business here again.
I was surprised by the appearance of the pictures, I noticed it was somewhat blurry at the top. I didn't think the black bordering would be quite as thick as it was. I was dissatisfied with all of the blank pages that I would have liked to have pictures on, or lines or something...instead of just blank white pages.

Took a while, but ok once I got the hang of it. Add your photos 20 at a time to make things go faster. I received some else's photo book, called customer service and they told me I had to send an email with pictures. A week later I received my correct order. Thank you, the book is beautiful.
