First time to shop here, I wont be doing so again. Despite being given a 20% discount for the inconvenience of paying for international EXPRESS courier delivery and duties for my order NOT to arrive in the 2-4 day time period.
12 days later and it has finally arrived…. However my graduation evening functions have been and gone and the dresses are no longer needed.
Really disappointed with this company and it's gushy but useless excuses and apologies. Why would I want to buy more clothes with the 20% discount code they meekly offer for their poor international delivery. I now have to pay $25 to return the items.
COVID convenience excuses are no longer acceptable after 18 months of them being abused.

I've heard great things about their clothes, so I ordered a skirt and a romper for a vacation I was taking. Since I was leaving the Friday night for my trip, I paid for express shipping to ensure it was there by Friday at the latest. I verified with a customer service agent that if I order before 2pm, then it will ship same day and take 1-2 business days to deliver. It's now the following Tuesday, I'm long gone, and my package is still no where near - I emailed them to at the very least demand a refund on the $14 I paid for express shipping, but they refused and said it was "out of their control". All I wanted was a refund on that because I paid for a service that they didn't follow through on... TERRIBLE customer service, too - they sign off each email with cute emojis and stuff but literally do nothing to help other than give me a measly discount for my next purchase, but I don't imagine I'll be buying from them ever again. Would not recommend.

Expect cheap quality clothing at marked up prices and terrible customer service.

Bought two skirts in the same size but the sizing between the two were extremely off.
The material was also very poor quality (expect Shein quality but at 5 times the price). Beware of sponsored reviews!

One customer service agent said that the item can be exchanged while another said it cannot. Turns out, exchanges are not available to international customers (which is written at the very bottom of the page instead of under the "FREE EXCHANGES" section). International customers must also pay for return shipping.

Learned my lesson and will not be purchasing from Princess Polly again.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE HERE if you want your items. I ordered $550 WORTH of clothes and did not receive my package. Instead of compensating me through a refund, I was then offered a "giftcard" to which THEY DISABLED. I'm now out of $500 and so many clothes. NOT WORTH IT.

Princess Polly has always been one of my go-to websites when buying new clothes. All of their items are trendy, and for the most part, affordable. I probably order something from them at least once a month! Their website is so easy to navigate, their customer service team is amazing, and the shipping is so fast!

Worst customer service!
I paid 20$ for 2 days express shipping for my close friends wedding and after a week it still stays on the factory! They ruined the day of the wedding I stay with nothing to wear and they didn't even sent the dress. Don't buy from them.

DO NOT BELIEVE the fake lying reviews written by "yasmin" and "J F." cause they are dumb lying lowlife broke trolls who just want to try to get upvotes and attention, but they get no attention on fake YouTube or on any of those fake social media cause everyone on there buys fake comments bots and fake subscribers and fake views and fake likes and fake followers, EVERYONE, REPORT "yasmin and J F." reviews so they can be taken down cause they're both nothing but lying dumb trolls who want attention by posting fake photoshopped edited staged fake YouTube videos with fake not real room background pictures and fake everything, and they're NOT showing princess polly clothes, its different clothing store cause they want attention by lying, and its dumb and narssisistic and self absorbed and shallow to even post a video of showing any clothes cause no one cares cause everyone knows it's fake and photoshopped and lies.

And the other 1 star reviews are 100% honest and trustful and correct that said that the "models and girls" shown on the princess polly website and on fake social media are NOT real girls, they're all designed and animated through a cgi photoshop company to look and act like real people, even though they're not real people. So it is definently fake on princess polly website when it says "@ (name) is wearing size xyz", they're never real people shown on princess polly website or on fake social media, because princess polly hired a CGI photoshop company to design and animate those "models and girls" to look like real people even though they're not real, so those are cgi photoshopped digital "girls" shown on princess polly website and on fake social media, and same applies with fake YouTube, cause none of the "girls and models" shown, none of them exist irl cause they're not real people, a CGI photoshop company designed and animated them all.

And it's also fake and lies if any YouTube video and on fake social media says "use my promo code at checkout, and I got sponsored and free clothes", that's all NOTHING but lies and fake that videos like that tell because anyone can go on fake social media/fake YouTube and tell lies like that for attention because NO ONE gets free clothes or free money or free anything in this world cause that's not how the world works, it's not true because then everyone in the whole world would be getting "free this and that", proves to show that people lie about anything online just to get attention and no one gets free anything, and companies including social media and YouTube, only pay employees, and the only valid promo codes are the ones shown on websites or on the official stores website, not fake crap on fake YouTube and fake social media cause those aren't real and anyone can go online and lie and say "use my promo code and I get sponsorships and free clothes", people on fake YouTube and fake social media create a fake rich luxury fantasy life online that they wish they could live in real life.

NO ONE gets a free pass in life to get "free stuff/money/clothes" cause that's NOT how the world or life works and everyone has to work a real world job to buy things, no one gets anything for free in this world.

And NO company is going to send "free clothes/stuff" to no one. The company is NOT a charity they're not going to give anything for free to no one. And no company is gonna do that because they wouldn't even be making money if they did that.

And princess polly clothes and jewelry and just about everything, is extremely BAD CHEAP quality! I have purchased a few dresses and tops from them, and threads hang off and material is so flimsy and cheap and will literally break.

And the fake lying positive reviews on princess polly website and on trustpilot, are all nothing but fake bot reviews, not real people writing the fake reviews.

I bought some items from Princess Polly for the first time a few months ago. The items are very trendy and quite affordable. Some of the items were low quality, some were decent. I was disappointed with a few of the dainty pieces - one being a top that didn't fit comfortably and felt particularly flimsy.
However I particularly like their matching sets section.
It was easy to search for items that I needed and I like that they offer discounts and sales from time to time.
They offered free AU shipping over $50.

Their items honestly have a great fit and feel. Some things I recommend are their wyoming pinstripe blazer and ALL of their bags! Stay away from their heeled shoes as they are super cute but not comfy. Make sure to wait for a sale because it's definitely not worth full price.

This company will be out of business soon if recent behavior is any indicator. I ordered my daughter's Christmas presents from Princess Polly on December 2nd. Their website said everything was in stock and ‘ready to ship'. The following day I received an email from them saying that due to COVID they were experiencing some delays (understandable), and they would email me with my tracking number when my items had shipped. "Nothing to do here, babe"... just letting me know. Fine. Fast-forward 3 weeks and still NO COMMUNICATION from Princess Polly. Christmas is in 3 days. I have called customer service a dozen times or more, and each time I wait on hold for 10-15 minutes and then a recorded message comes on and says ‘sorry, but no one is available to take your call at this time... Please try again later ". Then it HANGS UP on you. I've also emailed customer service multiple times and get an automated response saying they received my email and please give them 48 hours to respond. That was over a week ago. Nothing since then. Nada. I cannot reach them and it seems like this is a giant scam.

I ordered a pair of jeans in my normal size and they were WAY too big. I exchanged them for a size smaller and they were in stock so I ordered them. After 3 weeks of them not arriving, I call to find out they had given my jeans to someone else. I was very angry because I had been waiting for a while for this pair of jean I had paid for. They refunded me but the jeans aren't even sold in the stores anymore so I can't get them. Very big lack of communication within their company I guess. Very disappointing.

Princess polly posting all these fake lying positive reviews, never by real people. And it's dumb they put cgi photoshopped pictures of not real insta and youtube girls cuz none of them are real people they're just created with cgi and photoshop. And princess polly or no company sends out free stuff to anyone that's illegal and they would already be out of business and many people would be making complaints if they really did that, they don't do that and never will. Clothes are bad quality.

Princess cheap polly is that desperate for money now on they're website they're announcing a fake scam "$3500 giveaway" when everyone with good sense knows that's all a lie and

Scam, of course they'll never give that to anyone. And any "winner" is just a fake made up name they'll announce cuz nobody is going to win that cuz it's all fake and scam. Princess Polly only doing it to get money for their company, they'll never give anyone $3500, cuz nobody gets that from no giveaway, they're all lies and scams just like princess polly. And it's dumb they post ugly photoshopped girls on their website cuz they're not real girls anyway they're all created with Photoshop to look real even though they don't exist in real life. And they buy fake comments and on their website and on fake social media.

Oh and, DO NOT listen to the fake lying positive reviews of princess polly on trustpilot and on princess polly website because princess polly just buys fake lying positive reviews to be posted on trust pilot and on their website. DO NOT buy from them cuz you'll be dissapointed to find out that all their clothes and jewelry are cheap bad poor thin quality and the cheap jewelry has tags from China that says "fashion jewelry" that'll break, and the clothes are piss poor quality, such thin crap material and cheap it'll break and tear apart.

And if you see any product page that says "@ (user name) is wearing a size 4" please know that's all FAKE and LIES, and those fake cgi photoshopped girls they post on there aren't real people anyway, cuz real girls don't look like that, princess polly just paid some Photoshop editing cgi company to create all those fake not real photoshopped cgi girls and they photoshopped them to wear the princess polly outfits, so never thinks it's "real girls wearing the princess polly clothes on their website" because it's NOT. It's dumb they post fake photoshopped cgi not real girls on their website anyway, like they think that will help to "sell their clothes" it won't because princess polly clothes are cheap bad quality and made out of cheap bad material. This company isn't going to last long and that's the truth:)

They don't even have physical stores cuz they're a trash company, they do all kinds of shady illegal sneaky things just to try to get money, they're that desperate for money. They're a small bussiness, they will never be a big popular famous clothing company, nobody even knows of princess polly. They'll eventually go bankrupt cuz NOBODY buys their expensive cheap clothes or jewelry or anything. And their products never sell out that's just false advertising they use and lies they say. Shame on princess polly being that desperate for money, I have never heard of any clothing store being that desperate for money. And if they had physical in stores to shop at and cheaper reasonable affordable prices and better quality clothes and better material clothes, then they wouldn't be that desperate for money. And of course none of their stuff sells out online because nobody is interested in buying their cheap over expensive crap:)

Princess Polly doesn't care about anyone but the money, and of course they or no company "sends out free clothes" to anyone cuz they would never do that cuz that wouldn't help their bussiness and they would've been out of business if they did that and that's illegal for any company to do, no company is going to risk losing their bussiness.

And since they're that desperate for money, and since they're trying all kinds of sneaky, illegal, shady ways to try to get money, they don't make alot of money like the brands you know and heard of, like h&m for example.

Wow princess polly is really crap and the honest 1 star and 2 star reviews aren't lying about it. Everything i bought is such extremely bad cheap thin terrible quality! They're literally charging for the name, not for quality. Just because it's by princess polly doesn't mean it's good quality because it's NOT. These dresses literally look like they're going to break and zippers are so cheap they don't even zipper, and the dresses are so see through they can't even be worn out in public! Their clothes are not worth the money, and as another review stated, all princess polly does is pay to have all those fake dishonest lying positive reviews on here and on their website! And the reviews aren't lying about the uncaring terrible customer service, I want to return items, the customer service is crap nobody ever calls through phone and i emailed them a couple of times and nobody replied because they simply do NOT care about helping customers! Everything that princess polly is trying to sell is nothing but terrible thin fall apart quality! And they don't have alot of customers buying from them because they're overpriced and stuff just downright cheap bad quality, barely anybody buys from them. And they're stuff definently DOES NOT sell out either, that's just false advertising and lies from princess polly, they're just as terrible as forever 21!, and forever 21 and all those other clothing companies also post a bunch of fake dishonest lying positive reviews.

And the main reason why princess polly puts these ridiculous unnecessary foolish high prices on their cheap bad terrible quality clothes is because they're trying to fool people into thinking "it will be good quality" by posting fake unrealistic photoshopped pictures of the clothes on fake unrealistic looking photoshopped models (and of course the models don't look like what you see in the picture in real life because they're photoshopped to look like that it's all fake, they're really average looking like all of us) and by posting ugly fake unrealistic photoshopped pictures of ugly Instagram girls which is dumb and stupid to be posting pictures of because those girls are not real people they're just created by CGI, because when you type in their so called "Instagram name" and typed in correctly, they don't show up on Instagram as it says not found because they don't exist as people! And no girl in real life looks like those fake photoshopped ugly unrealistic girls you see on the princess polly website. And it's stupid that princess polly posts CGI created Instagram pictures of ugly fake non-existent, not real, unrealistic photoshopped Instagram girls, those "girls" are not real people they're just created by cgi, just like all the fake girls you see on Instagram and fake vacations, cuz everything you see on Instagram itself is fake and never real life.

And princess polly photoshops the clothes because the clothes will never look like that in real life because it's fake and they use photoshop on their website, just like what all clothing companies do.

Overall, I urge everyone to NOT buy from this crap online store because it's not worth spending lots of money on the cheap bad quality clothes they sell! Even marshalls, ross, tj maxx have way better great quality clothing at cheaper prices than crap princess polly and that says and means alot!

NEVER believe all these fake positive lying reviews of princess polly! DO NOT believe the fake positive lying reviews! All princess polly did was pay sitejabber and trustpilot to have a bunch of fake positive reviews bots on here!

Princess Polly clothes suck and it's extremely cheap poor quality, I ordered these dresses, jeans, and tops and they were all terrible quality, none of them fit and i bought a size 2 and 4. And all they did was steal clothing designs from cheap websites like alibaba and slap their expensive price tag and name on it.

And their return process is horrible and nobody responds to the emails or calls. I have tried to return something before and nobody ever responded to me through email or phone so I had to just dispute the purchase with my bank! They don't care about customers all they want is money by selling their cheaply made overpriced crap clothing. And all those pictures they have online of the clothing is of course photoshopped and fake, and all the "models and girls" are fake and photoshopped, they are not real life people. The clothing is obviously photoshopped because reality, when you receive it, it's poor quality and will never look like the photos you see because those photos are all photoshopped.

And NEVER believe any of the reviews you see on their website saying "i love this it fit so well it's gorgeous", all those reviews are fake and lies just posted by princess polly employees and comnent bots they bought and they type in what they want each fake positive lying review to say, and they also paid to have all those fake positive lying reviews bots generated on their website and on here!

Princess Polly is nothing but a scam!

And it's false advertising and a lie on their website when they show alot of their items as "sold out" in size 0,2 and 4. That's a lie and false advertising because nobody is buying their cheap overpriced clothing cuz nobody can't afford it and nothing but a bunch of fake positive lying reviews on the princess polly website for clothing items. They are not some well known clothing company and you never even see any advertisements of them anywhere because nobody knows of princess polly. And their clothing items will eventually break and fall apart and buttons will eventually fall off, there is nothing good to say about princess polly except for the fact that they're CRAP!:)

WARNING: DO NOT buy from them! Let them go bankrupt and lose money due to their extremely terrible customer service and cheap overpriced clothing and them buying all these fake positive lying comment bots reviews on here and on their website! :)

Really cute clothes and true to size, what more could I ask for. No duties or taxes at the door and I live in Canada. I thought I would be slammed with one since I believe this company is Australian based but they literally just left it on my doorstep. It took about a week and a half to get to me which seems to be the all around consensus with all my packages that I order online. Would shop here again. ( it's my first time) (; got the top in a extra small. Its called Ferentina Crop Top. Then I got he cardigan in a small. It's called TWIIN Era Cropped Cardi Top. Quality is overall good but I would stay prices are a n little steep.
