I paid for fast shipping to USA, order date April 26th. 2021... it's May 9th & my package is not even to the USA yet. Worse customer service. Not worth headache
This isn't even a joke, half of the sleeve was missing on a dress I ordered. I only got half of my money back since the shipping was expensive too. Never again.
I placed and order in the beginning of January never received it and they said sent it back to PLT, never received full refund. No one would help and still never got my refund.
It did not look the same in person, and a button was broke. Paid $15 for shipping and had to pay $4 to ship it back for a broken button that was not fault of mind.
I refunded an item that was sent to me in a smaller size. I returned the item. PLT stated that my refund will be issued on 4/7/2023 on my debit card used for purchase however I never received the refund. I contacted customer service via chat and they informed me that a refund was issued. I provided customer service a screenshot of my bank statement that showed no refund was issued on the date that was stated. I even contacted my bank who stated that a refund was NOT issued from PLT! This was a total loss! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO PLT WITH THE EXPECTATION OF RECEIVING A REFUND! YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED ONE!
I ordered two corset tops which were cheaply made, so I returned them and they told me I would have my refund by the 12th of February, and I have still NOT received it (04/03/21) and they have made it a very difficult process to actually get the money back and at this stage I'm assuming I will not receive it at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Cheap clothes and you dont get your money back!
I am beyond disappointed, the clothing materials are cheap and see through and delivery is terrible. Ordered one dress in may, and i still haven't seen the dress.

Will someone send me their return address? I'm trying to send all of my clothes back and my bank will not allow me to pay the $4.00 to return due to its location so I'm having to pay for it myself.
If I could give this company a 0 STAR I WOULD! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Lesson learned! I ordered clothes over $100 on May 28 2018 & paid for regular 5-7 business day shipping therefore, (not including Monday because of the holiday) my order should be here by tomorrow June 6 2018! However, the company delayed my sending out my package & barely responded to me in regards to the long delay. Now the company and its shipping carrier are saying I wont recieve my package until between June 21-July 6 2018! That is ridiculous especially when you paid your hard earned money and expect something in the given time! This company is false advertisement please listen to the reviews and their better business bureau rating is a F! They only care about themselves and the money! I will also expose this company with screenshots I have of their verified twitter account promising me I will get my package this week but it is not even in America yet! Never again will I spend a single penny on this company! I also told them if I dont recieve it in due time, law officials will look further into this and do what they have to! Im just trying to save and warn the next person! If you have any questions I have screenshots of everything on file!
The sizing is literally completely off, the waist size is the same sizing as the hips it's ridiculous do not order from here

I ordered my item and, at first glance, it all looked okay. I tried it on, it was all okay. However, I was disappointed when I took a further look and found stains all over the top!
I never received the merchandise. I could not request a refund. No customer service phone. It is 3 months and I have not received neither merchandise nor refund.
I ordered a few thing from PLT and when i got my conformation email the address and everything was correct. A week or so passed and i did not get my package so i went to track my package and it had said i entered an invalid address. When i looked at the address it was not the address i have given to PLT (which i do have proof of) i emailed PLT because i could not find the phone number to this Horrible place nut all they told me was that they would give me a refund for 23 dollars which was basically the same exact amount of money i spent on shipping. Since it was a issue on their part for not giving the shipment company the correct address i am not understanding why i was not refunded the money for shipping too? This is absolutely ridiculous. I emailed them my phone number and they said they would call at 11 but its 6 hours later and STILL no phone call or reply to my emails. I want all my money back or my products... literally a scam. I have never been one to write reviews but this customer service has been the worst i have EVER experienced, it sucks being ignore when you have an unresolved issue.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses and already I was pretty disappointed because they charged me a ton of money for shipping and they ended up being $21. Then, shipping took forever and when it arrived I wasn't there to sign so they brought the glasses to my post office without an email or anything so I continued to wait. I finally figured it out when the post office called me. Finally got the glasses and they were BROKEN when they arrived and because they were at the post office for so long I can no longer return them. I've NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED in a company before and they clearly don't allow reviews on their website because they know their products are crap.
