One pleased shopper

After seeing all my friends wesr this brand, i decised to make a purchase. After i made the purchase i noticed that the unit number for my apartment was missing, i reached out to PLT on WhatsApp and to my surprise they answered back pretty fast and was able to solve the problem. Ikra B was amazing and really fast and great response and customer service.

Horrible Quality

I ordered a hoodie recently, almost $40. I tried to refund before the order was even ready, but they never responded and decided to ship it out anyway. After only two (2) days of wearing it, I noticed a rip in the hoodie sleeve. I'm not sure if it was already there, or if I had teared it but all I did was sleep in it so i'm only assuming that it was already ripped. The quality is soft and comfortable but obviously cheap. For $40, you'd think the material wouldn't be so f*cking sh*tty, but whatever. Also, the hoodie that I got is so thin and NOTHING like the hoodie displayed in their image. Smh

DO NOT BUY!

POOR QUALITY CLOTHES, I ordered some dresses and two tank tops from them, I wore one of the dresses to work and it literally ripped! The dress was one size too big as well. I never received the tank tops they want me to pay to return the items I never received.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RETURN POLICY IS TRASH! I ORDERED A COUPLE OF ITEMS IN MAY AND IT TOOK A WEEK FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO ME IN CANADA FROM THE U. K. I WANTED TO RETURN THE ITEMS BECAUSE THE CLOTHES NEVER LOOKED THE SAME ONLINE AND THE SIZING WAS A BIT OFF. FIRST OF ALL, I PAID $10 FOR MY ITEM TO GET SENT BACK TO THEM, WHICH ISN'T A BIG DEAL FOR ME BECAUSE IT'S ONLY $10. I JUST KNOW A LOT OF POPULAR ONLINE STORE THAT OFFERS FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS WHICH IS NICE. IT TOOK 2 DAYS FOR MY ITEMS TO BE RETURNED TO THERE WAREHOUSE IN TORONTO. A WEEK WENT BY AND I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND ON MY CC OR A EMAIL STATED I WOULD GET A REFUND, SO I DECIDED TO EMAIL THEM. THEY SAID TO ME IT WOULD TAKE 20 DAYS FOR THEM TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS AND THAN THEY WILL GIVE ME A REFUND. THAT IS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE IT ONLY TOOK A WEEK FOR THEM TO DELIVERY IT TO ME. NOW IT HAS BEEN 15 DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND. I AM CALLING MY BANK TO MAKE THEM DEAL WITH THIS!

Pleaseeee don't order from Pretty little thing! They will sell you really cheap, thin, poor poor quality clothes that not even worth the amount they're selling to us. Most of their item probably only cost them $2 but they will sell it to us from $60. I just brought few stuff from them and I'm returning all the item. The worst part is that they even CHARGE FOR RETURN! NOT FREE RETURN! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON PRETTY THING THING! Also some of their clothes smells like mold.

I made an order of 5 things. All of my items came with tag EXCEPT two things which came unbagged and tagless. Does that not seem strange to y'all? And I contacted this company not even asking for a refund but asking them to mail me a shipping label so that I can return these items that smell and look like they were worn and returned and snuck back into my order which was over $100 of my hard earned $. This company is unprofessional, selfish and deceitful. They don't care about ppls well being just $ in their pockets. I will be filing a dispute with my card company as well as PayPal as they should not even be sending customers things that were returned from the house of someone else. Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT SHOP PRETTY LITTLE THINGS!

I ordered some clothes online with the application and I paid 5£ for the delivery service. Unfortunatly, I couldn't be home the day they delivered the parcel (since I have a day job). Instead of leaving the parcel to a postal office near my house, they returned it to the company. They refunded me automatically (the clothes), but not the 5£ delivery fees. I asked them to send back the parcel, but they refused. I asked them to refund the delivery fees since I paid 5£ to get absolutly nothing, but they refused. I asked for a discount that would cover the delivery fees so I could re-order the same clothes without paying twice for the delivery fees, but they refused. So I'm just very disapointed to have paid 5£ for nothing, they made me loose my time. I think this company might be a scam...

Missing multiple items
August 9, 2022

The problem is I have with this company is that when things are missing they tell you based off our records the things were skinned and packed in the bag I'm telling them that I did not receive items multiple times and they're saying oh we sent them to you. I've ordered from PrettyLittleThing a few times and am leaning towards not making any future purchases with them. My biggest hangup right now has to do with items having the potential of being falsely advertised.

I fell in love with this dress they have on their website with splits on both sides and when I got the dress there were no splits. Lol, the dress was still cute without the splits, but what sold me on buying the dress WAS THE SPLITS. I contacted customer service and asked them if I reordered the item could they guarantee that I'd receive the advertised product that I wanted and they ensured I'd get the item I showed them. My replacement came and guess what? No splits.

Whoever their manufacturer is does a poor job on some of their pieces too. I ordered a plaid skirt and the alignment of the plaids were clearly off to the point it couldn't be ignored. It was a defective item. I returned that skirt and reordered the same style because I liked the skirt so much. The replacement's alignment is much better, but it's still off. I got the item with a 50% discount, so I guess I got what I paid for?

On top of that, some of their selections run small even according to the provided size charts so the outfit still might not fit in the size you think you need! It's really annoying to have to pay for shipping to return the items every time there's an issue with the product, wait for the refund and reorder the item with the risk of it still being wrong. Such a shame because they have really cute clothes!

DO NOT ORDER

I used to order from here for years but for my last couple of packages, the experience has been horrible! My packages didn't deliver all items ordered, and my other package didn't come at all! I wrote them about the package that I did not receive they told me they would refund me then canceled my refund supposedly resent the package without asking me might I add! Then I never received the new package they were supposed to have resent! I spoke to many different reps who gave me the runaround! Everyone I spoke with kept telling me to wait using the same automated response! I would wait until the said date and write them again and then they would tell me to wait longer they never sent me a confirmation email or tracking number and kept making me wait completely refusing to give me a refund for weeks until I read another complaint on here that said they threatened to report the transaction as fraud and surprise surprise as soon as I wrote them that I would contact my bank and report fraud they refunded me for everything no problem two months later!

Worst experience
December 2, 2022

I ordered my order on the 12th November and it was supposed to be here on the 17th because I paid for express. Then it goes onto the 21st. I sent a message and they told me that it has been delayed till the 23rd. So I waited till the 23rd and still didn't get my parcel so I sent a message again and they told me to wait AGAIN till the 28th so I DID and I never got my parcel and asked where my parcel was then they had the audacity to tell me to wait till the 1st of Dec? I waited till then and still has no parcel. So I messaged one last time and they said that my order was lost. And asked me if I wanted to reorder my items but one of the items were out of stock so they wanted to refund that. I was definitely not waiting another 2-3 weeks so I am finally getting my REFUND. Such a disappointment because I never had a problem before.

I will not shop on PLT's site EVER again! They do not restock like many of the other retailers I shop with. You don't even have the option to put your email in so that if they have a return in your size or they do get more shipment, you won't be notified personally! Also, the AVERAGE woman is a size 8.5-10 in shoe. ALMOST EVERY SHOE ON THEIR SITE IS OUT OF SIZE 9 and 10 to START! I have been checking on some boots for months and they have not had my size. I swore off forever 21 because of the same issue with their clothing and I DO NOT shop there. I will NOT buy another NOTHING from PLT AGAIN!

This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. This was actually my first time ordering from them and this will absolutely be my last time. I placed an order around April 25th and I received my package on May 7th. That alone should have told me something was wrong. When I finally received my package after almost waiting about two weeks, everything I ordered was too big and the material was bad quality. I ordered a size 18 in each of my items but when my package came everything was a size 24. So I contacted customer service and whoever it was that responded had an attitude. She told me the sizes are based on the UK and I explained to her I live in the US and on their website it doesn't say UK sizes only everything is displayed as a regular size. So I informed her that I would like a refund and she told me they will give me a refund but if I wanted to change the size I will have to reorder each item over again and on top of that I had to pay a $4 return fee to send the items back to them when in reality it was their fault. Please do not waste your time ordering anything from this website!

Severe Disappointment

In a world of online orders, customer service is a huge factor to success.
I wanted to love PLT so much because their online photos are very appealing. Both times I have tried to order from this site, the tracking # literally disappears after a week or so saying "unable to track". You are lucky to receive the order shortly after the estimated date but in most cases their packages get lost in limbo and you won't receive your items for 4+ weeks. The worst part and biggest tragedy is their customer service. H E L L O i am not going to download Facebook or Whatsapp just to find out where the heck my package is. Create an online webform and let us inquire that way, like literally every other online platforms.

Next, is simply the quality. The 50% deals are honestly a disservice. The clothing price points are too high for the quality. Poor seams and stitching. Sizing is all over the place
Looks NOTHING like the beautiful photos online.
Sadly I am sure their returning customers decline due to these factors. And I doubt they are listening to the feedback their consumers give on EVERY review site
