I ordered a trench coat. It was made way too big, it looked like a costume. The pink jumper was way too long in the legs. I am still waiting for my refund. I have not received a confirmation email yet about my refund and it's been way longer than their claimed refund policy. I would never buy from this company again.
First time ordering from PLT and the clothes was the same type of material that SHEIN uses and the sizing is way off. Having to return everything and being charged $4 for that. You can't even leave reviews on their website I guess I ignored that red flag!

I returned an item and it was lost in shipping. I opened a claim with the courrier. All PLT had to do was answer an email from the courrier to say they didn't receive my package, but they ignored the emails. Contacting their customer service is the worse experience I've ever had with a customer service. Every message you send throughout a conversation is answered by a different agent who didn't read the previous messages in the conversation and they give copy & paste answers that are completely irrelevant.
I keep telling them I need them to answer an email, they ask for my order number, I give it to them, then they tell me they didnt get it and to open a claim with my courrier. I have repeated that I already have a claim open and I just need them to answer the email so my courrier can refund me. They answer with "we'll refund you as soon as we receive your package" I remind them that I am aware that my package is lost and my courrier will refund me, they just need PLT to answer their email" and PLT answers me with "if your package is lost, please open a claim with your courrier."
I have been going around in circles for weeks trying to get them to understand something so basic. I must have spoken to a dozen agents, if not more.

My order arrived from PLT 2 days behind schedule, which was fine. Upon opening my package i was missing an item. When i contacted PLT they said they needed to review footage. They stated the dress was sent to me, which it most definitely wasn't in my order! Emails back and forth and now they are refusing to refund me or send me the missing item. I am now a dress short for my childs graduation. As a first time customer I am appalled at the awful customer service, and will never use this company again. I am also taking this issue further, as from previous reviews it appears this isn't a once off issue and this company needs to stop ripping customers off.
I ordered from them 3 different times the first package took an entire month to get to me till it even said delivered on supposedly a regular 7 day shipping and after an entire month I received nothing at all. Was lost. I ordered a second time I rushed delivered it the 2 days shipping that they keep advertising and it not only didn't take me an entire week to get it. But they didn't send the whole thing so a third time I had to order a skirt. I overnighted it and they failed to overnight. It is now day 6 and I needed it. For an event and all they told me. Is I have to wait an entire month to even get a refund for my shipping Or my item when I'm telling them. I don't even want the item anymore I want a refund. They just keep your money and keep charging extra fees and take their time. My friends as well. FedEx never even got the item from them, and they keep blaming FedEx. Ans they refuse to give me a refund.
I've used PLT as a hit and miss for purchasing clothing but because it is cheap and less expensive for the majority of clothing. I do not mind it not being the proper sizing or the threading falling apart as soon as it comes in the mail. Unfortunately with sponsoring all pricing has doubled over and unless that will bring change to the quality of manufacturing I would not recommend nor use a low quality product such as Pretty Little Thing for its price advertised.
Every time I buy clothes they always smell and the quality is terrible. I always give it a chance thinking it'll be better but it always disappoints. Bought a Tshirt and dress that I've had to throw away because they can't be worn unless I want the world to see my breasts and cooch as they're practically see through
Part of my order didn't arrive. Thought it was going to be an easy process when they said they'd check CCTV footage of my order being packed. Instead I was basically called a liar and told I wasn't getting a refund or reorder and the decision was final and they wouldn't be revisiting my claim. They've just taken my money and are now ignoring my emails. So disappointed as I've been shopping with them for about 4/5 years with no problems. Now I know I won't ever be again.
I have purchased a Free next day delivery royalty membership, ordered something on August, 11th and received a notification from Evri on August 12th that the items are with them and that I should expect a delivery shortly with more information. 2 WHOLE WEEKS LATER - STILL NO DELIVERY, OR UPDATE.
Prettylittlething refuses to acknowledge my frustrations, issue my refund and keep sending the same response that I should wait a little longer. There is no number to contact Evri or PLT, and I am not making any progress. A complete disappointment.
I placed a large ordered of 50 items, all of the same style just in various sizes. I only received 48 items with one extra size that I did not order and 3 items missing. I have been going back and forth with customer service for over a week trying to get this rectified and they have done nothing but ask me to jump through hoops. This return/ exchange process has been so difficult I have just decided to eat the cost as dealing with their customer service is more exhausting than it is worth.
I had a missing item from my delivery from PLT. I had a total of 18 items that were supposed to be delivered but only 17 came. When i emailed them they stated something about the camera footage shows them all items were scanned and put into the bag so they believe i received the item and am just lying about the item not being there. They said they would not be issuing a refund or would be resending the item. They literally STOLE my money for this missing item. I will be contacting a lawyer and will be suing them for stealing.
Ordered a pair of heels size 6 and they sent me a 4. I'm a size 6 and you can fit another foot in there, so sizing is wayyy off. Not to mention my toe screamed during the 10 seconds I tried them on. Now I have to pay out of pocket to return the item!?! Wth?
The dresses are absolutely trash, see through and itchy material.

I have even asked these $#*!es to at least return HALF of my money! They refuse to do that. Told me wait till august 5th to get the package, that date came and still NO PACKAGE! I order and green original camo color and a black pair. Nice look pants, when is tried on the black before I could leave the house the zipper popped a week later I wear the green and by the time it's lunch the material has tore sort of shredded next to the inner thigh seam don't know the return policy, quests I'll have to eat the expense and learn from it.
Terrible. Ordered about 20 items and only 1 fitted. The sizes are all over the place. Some coming up big and some coming up 2/3 times sizes too small. Not even just a little bit. Reached out to customer service and they were less than helpful. Would not recommend and will not be using again.
I bought a dress for my graduation and received a terribly made item that I couldn't even wear. The dress I received had terrible sloppy stitching, came with a hole in it, and strings sticking out. The fabric was terrible, cheap, and already damaged. Their website is extremely misleading, especially when it comes to damaged items. You would think they would deal with THEIR defective items that they sell. Not just give you a damn 20% off code. Scammers. If you want to return you need to pay for shipping. For damaged items it says "WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY? Sorry you have received a faulty item! So we can get this sorted, please contact our Customer Services with a picture of the faulty item and your order number using one of the methods you can find here". I've contacted customer service only for the poorest reply ever. "Thank you for sending me that I shall raise it with our team, as this should be an easy fix, if you would like to keep the item, for the inconvenience caused, I can offer you a custom 20% off sales code, Exp 31st Aug 23, Ziaur." I shouldn't have to repair an $80 item I paid for and couldn't even wear. Terrible business avoid at all costs. Now I need to deal with the bank to get my money back. Why would anyone want a code to buy more defective clothes? Absolutely disgusting business practices. You should cover the cost of sending out $#*! quality items. Get some quality control for god sakes.
