We had booked a hotel in Jeju. Arriving at the hotel we were told that the hotel had been renamed with a new owner. Our booking through Prestigia was therefore no longer valid. The Prestigia hotline didn't work for 2 hours. After that, Prestigia apologized but told us that they could give us an another hotel but we couldn't stay in the hotel we had booked because it's way too expensive now. We didn't want to accept that. We paid the extra price and stayed in the booked hotel. The additional costs of €450 were not reimbursed. Instead we were offered a ridiculous 10% off coupon for our next booking - as if we'd ever book with Prestigia again after such an incident like this!
This site is crazy! They advertise rooms that don't exist, lie from consumers and steal. Please avoid them at all costs and do not spend money here. They are thieves.

I booked a hotel with them, then cancelled it (or so I thought), and later rebooked. Apparently, my cancellation didn't go through (some computer or WiFi connectivity issue), but I didn't know this until the day I checked in.
Even though the hotel was more than willing to ignore the 2nd booking, Prestigia insisted on charging me for BOTH bookings. Prestigia even admitted that the bookings were identical (same hotel, room type, dates, and same 3 people on the room) and that their system would have flagged it as a duplicate had the 2nd arrived closer in time to the first one, but because the 2 bookings were 12 hours apart, they insisted on charging for both because I "didn't cancel by their deadline." Again, the hotel was happy to forgo the 2nd charge, but Prestigia insisted on charging me despite knowing/understanding that it was a computer glitch. Talk about greedy and inconsiderate. I'll never use them again.

Terrible customer service. There was a glitch on the Prestigia website that very clearly indicated that I could cancel my booking, free of charge. Despite this, when I canceled I was charged the full amount for the booking, and was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. They were not able to reinstate my booking, give me a refund or credit toward a future booking, despite the obvious issue on their end with their website. I will never use Prestigia again.
I booked a room at the Bellagio in Vegas and unfortunately couldn't go to Vegas due to testing positive for COVID.
I understand that under normal circumstances, the room is non-refundable after a certain window of opportunity but Prestigia should be more empathetic towards its customers and allow refunds/exchanges in certain situations. Obviously, me getting tested positive for COVID was not under my control and when I emailed Prestigia, Yassine El Jahd, the representative was extremely dismissive and did not listen to my request at all, even though Bellagio said Prestigia could email their wholesale department to get the process started since this is a valid reason to cancel last minute. Will never book on Prestigia again.
I cancelled my accomodation 4 months ago, I have emailed them 4 times no response, called them many times to be advised that I will get a refund within the week, last time I called I was told I would have the refund in a few days and it has been over a week and no refund.

When i booked i was told by their customer service that i could get a refund if we caught covid. We had to cancel as one of us caught covid Presigia cancelled the hotel but kept our money and havent refunded or responded to our calls or emails. Regardless of price go elsewhere and dont use these guys else you WILL regret it!

After making a resevation for cancun resort last year, one case was canceled within an hour and another 2 cases were canceled within the cancellation period due to the hotel closing because of pandemic.

When I tried to use the credit, these scammers blocked my email address and the email bounced

Still not right to withhold money from a free cancellation deal.
I trusted the site even though I had not used it before. Had to cancel the booking within 12 hours of making it. They said FREE CANCELLATION, but have retained almost 10 percent saying its a credit to another booking. A business that lies so blatantly cannot be trusted with other things. Do not part money with these people.

My review is related to a cancellation I made to a reservation made using Prestigia. I made the cancelation same day I did the reservation, the money was not even removed from my credit card (the amount was pending).
First I got an email telling me that the money will be kept as Credit for future use which I found unacceptable. After I sent an email expresing my frustration I received another reply saying that the money will be deposited to my account but it might take up to 3 months. I booked in the past with Expedia, Bookling.com and I always got the money back in a couple of days so if you think you might have to cancel use a different company! (I also got a better deal from Expedia)
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
