Horrible company. Use cheap half dead flowers

Absolutely terrible. Ordered for my daughter flowers arrived by post. Nothing like the image on the website. All dried up bent and dropped. Paid £81 for this and I could of bought better from Lidl for £5

The flowers were left outside my sister's front door. The tracking states they were left inside a porch, but she doesn't have a porch. They were left out in the elements all day. Not only was it an issue for potential theft but it was a very hot day and the flowers had to be thrown away less than 72hrs later as they had completely wilted and died. "James" at Customer Service could not have cared less. He told me that they don't have control over delivery as they outsource it, and he didn't care that Royal Mail had lied on the tracking. I've spoken to a few people about the issues I had and as soon as I said Prestige they all said that they had had similar awful experiences both with delivery and their customer service not caring/resolving the the issues. This company doesn't care. Strongly recommend that people search for a legit florist that don't outsource their deliveries so that you know that your recipient will get quality flowers on their special day.

Had flowers delivered sat 22 June wilting roses also they went to the wrong address
Absolutely shocking customers service! Told me that they had looked at the photos and they were in line with there quality standards really what wilting flowers great quality and standards then 😂
Also offered me a 10.00 voucher when I buy again are they joking

Prestweed should be there name would never recommend this company to anyone also I asked them to contact me twice tele but never they bothered

They were 49.99 with free chocolates lol the flowers are now in the bin
Reviews on most sites are terrible don't waste your money

I ordered flowers internationally 3 times and they were late every time in delivering them. The final time, they were given 5 days advance notice of the delivery date and they are STILL not delivered 3 days past the date. I was told by customer service that they do not guarantee any deliveries and do not provide refunds.

Appalling service! Do not contemplate under any circumstances what-so-ever!
Bouquet ordered to be delivered to a colleague who works in a school - first attempted delivery post 6.30pm, seconded attempted delivery post 6pm - clearly no idea about operational times of businesses!
No quibble service - requested a refund, told no as delivery attempted. No making a formal complaint.

Ordered flowers on Wed before Easter for next day delivery. When I checked the receipt the delivery address was my home address. I got in touch and they promised to change this.
Checked delivery on line and flowers were to go to Cheltenham tracking said they had been to Cheltenham and were in Swindon?
This was now Easter Sat I drove to Tesco and bought flowers which I delivered my self.
No more tracking available until Tuesday Still no trace of the flowers. I cancelled and had several emails offering me a credit or a gift! Refused these and stated that I wanted a refund by the ned of the day! I was told 3/5 days!
Tuesday a small box just a little longer than a shoe box arrived RM. This was declined and on looking at the size of the box it could only have held 4 flowers!
My friend had lost her daughter and I am disgusted with this Company is even allowed to operate! Less than 1 star

Terrible experience

Please, I advise people not to order flowers from this website. I had a terrible recent experience with them. I had ordered an expensive bouquet from them for my partner for a special day, however the surprise l completely ruined. They had sent a completely different bouquet, with completely different packaging. To add even more insult to injury the flowers they sent were not fresh at all. Upon putting a complaint they completely disregarded this and even though the photographic evidence was clear as day they still refused a refund instead they offered me a mere £15 credit to use on their website. They have completely ruined the sentiment behind my gift and left me embarrassed. There much better online florist such as apple yard and even e-florist I would recommend over Prestige Flowers. They are anything but prestige.

Worst service
March 9, 2024

Sent flowers to my mother for her birthday. Their website allows you to pick a date for delivery - which seems pointless. Birthday was on Thursday, it's Saturday and still no one from this company can tell me when she will get the flowers… if she gets them. But they do insist on reminding me of their t&cs to protect themselves. Wish I had of known about all these complaints before ordering through them!

Ordered flowers Thursday to be told on Saturday out of stock. Reorded on Sunday and guaranteed delivery Monday for Fiancées birthday.
It's now Wednesday and still no flowers.
They take no responsibility as they just blame the post office and say they can't guarantee delivery dates from a third party.
Useless.

I spent £45 on a bouquet of lilies expecting next day delivery as promised on their website and also expecting a lovely bunch of flowers.
Sadly neither was the case.
The flowers arrived 3 days late and were 6 miserable stems of wilting lilies with some buds, but I would have done better to go to the local supermarket, spend half the amount of money and get twice the number of blooms.
What a rip off!

I ordered the flowers on the 20th for delivery to the (UK) church on the 23rd for a funeral on the 24th. They were delivered on the 25th. When I complained I had emails from 5 different people including one that said Prestige Flowers were not liable for late delivery so no refund. They make all the delivery arrangements yet they are not liable? Do not trust Prestige Flowers

Next Day Delivery...NOT

I ordered flowers for my stepmother's birthday. Obviously her birthday is only one day per year, so it is important they arrive on that day. The Prestige Flowers website says 'Next Day Delivery', and when you checkout you choose the day you would like flowers to be delivered. What it should say is 'Next Day Delivery, But if you check our T&C's, this might not happen but that is OK with us, and there is nothing you can do about it.

The flowers did not arrive Next day, but that is down to Royal Mail. What bothered me is the attitude in Customer Service at Prestige Flowers, who could not care less. Royal Mail offer a guaranteed Next day service, but Prestige choose not to do that, they choose the possibly next day service, and if Royal Mail deliver in 48 hours instead of 24, then Prestige is happy with that.

The flowers arrived after 48 hours, and after so long in transit, not only were they late, they were wilted and brown. I reported this day after delivery, but they simply referred to T&C's and ignored my complaint.
I reported again on the 3rd day, again they denied anything was wrong.
On the 4th day I said again that the flowers were brown and wilted, and the response was that it is too late to complain now as it is more than 3 days after delivery.
The service is scandalous. I reported one day after delivery, but they ignore you for a few days until they make sure it is too late.
I care less about the money paid to them than I care about missing my stepmother's birthday, and then disappointing further with substandard flowers, and all I have asked for is an apology, but they will not apologise for the let down and disappointment.
They offered me £10 off my next order, but there will be no next order.

I recently had a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience with Prestige Flowers that has left me with no desire to ever order from them again. I had ordered a bouquet a whole 8 days in advance, hoping to ensure timely delivery for a special occasion. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing.

The flowers were posted last thing in the day, meaning they arrived a day later than expected. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering well in advance to ensure the flowers arrived on time for the occasion. When I reached out to express my disappointment and frustration, the customer service responses were robotic and lacking any genuine concern. It felt like I was interacting with automated responses that were more interested in quoting company terms rather than addressing my concerns.

To add insult to injury, I was also paying for their annual delivery charge, which only made me feel like a worthless customer. The lack of empathy and genuine customer service, combined with the delay in delivery, has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to spend money on a service that not only fails to meet expectations but also treats customers as if they are expendable.

In light of this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to stay away from Prestige Flowers. There are plenty of other florists out there who value their customers and provide a much more satisfactory experience. I, for one, will not be returning to Prestige Flowers and would caution others against making the same mistake.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst company and experience ever.
- I ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies for £25.49 with £5.99 shipping. So a total of over £30. And this was supposed to be a medium bouquet with a discount applied to it, marketed as a good deal to get it for £25.49
- It arrived a day late. The day after the day I selected. Therefore missed my Mum's birthday
- When it arrived it looked like a £5 bouquet from Tescos. Small, tiny lilies, tiny roses and sparse greenery. It was a joke
- I emailed to complain that it arrived a day late and got replies from what seemed to be automated bots
- I arranged the crappy flowers in a vase and assumed they might look better when the lilies opened. However, THEY DID NOT OPEN. They were such bad quality that the buds stayed closed and then died
- I emailed customer service to complain and they said they'd give me £10 off my next order. Not good enough, why would I want to give them any of my money again? So I responded back and forth with someone who didn't appreciate or seem to understand the fact that the flowers literally died unopened. They then offered me £5 off my next order. LESS than the original offer?!?!?! I said no and that I expect a full refund. They then said that because I didn't email to complain within 3 days, which is their policy, I wasn't due any compensation. I did email within 3 days, to complain they were late. I didn't email within 3 days to say that the buds didn't open because HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THEY WOULDN'T OPEN?!?!?!? The lack of care or customer service is WILD
On their website it says '100% customer satisfaction'. I can assure you its NOT. Overpriced con, poor delivery, bad quality flowers and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over £30 for dead flowers delivered late. I wish I could upload an image for you to see. Don't order from here.

Terrible experience with ordering 50th birthday flowers. They were nothing like the bouquet advertised, flowers well past their best and there was a lot of greenery to pad out the bouquet, rather than actual flowers. I ordered a large size (compared to the medium as shown on the website) and the bouquet received was not even as big as the medium. Totally disappointed, embarrassed to have sent these, and I feel completely ripped off as they were expensive. AWFUL... avoid avoid avoid! This has put me off ordering flowers online in future.

I highly recommend not to purchase from them. They lie about the service they offer on their website. This place is a whole SCAM. Your orders will arrive late always. Not customer service, and if they speak to you, they lie to your face. Don't believe on 'next day delivery'
