Avoid like the plague. Ordered through them to deliver flowers for a friends birthday. No tracking link provided and when I tried to find out the status of the order on the website, I was informed the order number didn't exist, despite being within the confirmation email. When the flowers did finally arrive, my friend sent a photograph to say thank you and I was mortified - a few measly stems that looked utterly pathetic and given the price, daylight robbery! I have shared the photograph with Prestige Flowers, highlighting the sparse nature and how deeply embarrassed I feel having sent these as a gift at vast expense. Their response? Please send more photographs. As IF I'm going to ask my friend to take more photos and send them to me - I'm embarrassed enough! When I explained the situation, they then offered a £10 credit to my account as if I would ever use them again! I requested a refund in full to recognise the appalling service and standard and the door was firmly closed. I will never, ever use Prestige Flowers again and suggest anyone else avoids them as well! I'd also suggest that Trading Standards carries out a full investigation into this organisation profiteering from life milestones and emotions with diabolical delivery.
What an awful experience with this horrible company. It was stressful enough having received the shocking poor quality half dead flowers as it was as it ruined my wife's birthday, but they saved the real stress for later when speaking to customer services. It was a very traumatic, distressing and upsetting experience that I would never want to wish upon anyone. It was actually a wind up and their agent Megan was enjoying it. Ordered the bouquet, looked nothing like what we received. Not even one of the stems/flowers that I saw in the picture was present in the so called bouquet. I spent £5 extra for a medium and still got a shocking small bunch, I hate to see what the normal size was! The bunch delivered was half dead, no presentation and well below average. At the bottom was the greeting card that was soaked with water. Just so sloppy and careless! So it got worse when contacted customer services and spoke to a Megan. B She blatantly refused that there was anything wrong with the flowers despite several pictures sent of brown dying petals on the roses etc. Squashed flowers and half eaten stems. She said the florist is happy no problem with the quality blah blah, so we cant offer compensation. So lots of back and forth - she would just not accept there was anything wrong. 2 days later instead of them blossoming with the food she told me to give, they went the other way and were dead, rose had dropped dead. You think that would have been sufficient for a refund. No, they said good news, we are very pleased to offer a new bouquet - no extra charge! No I said. I wanted refund. Given what their quality has been like I did not want to complain again. Back and forth again, I asked for a refund. Megan b AGAIN then suggested a new bouquet and to what address? Not listening. Insisted on refund. I'm sure most of these messages were just auto replies, I don't know. Then to my horror, expecting them to offer a full refund, Megan then came back and said GREAT NEWS! We can have a credit and great news its valid for 6 months! OMG. This was so bad. I actually had to write back that Megan, I dont believe you are human and I must be chatting to a BOT as no one can be so insensitive, stupid and unprofessional in just not listening to the customer! You didn't listen when I told you they arrived half dead and you are now not listening when flowers are dead! ANd again ignoring me requesting a refund! This experience really was traumatic, upsetting and distressing for me in having to deal with this. I wasted a whole day almost.
I eventually just replied I will contact mu credit card company to obtain a refund. I'm sure my dead flower pictures will be enough. Megan then replied back saying they will refund! All in all this took over 10-15 conversation. I can imagine everyone else would have given have given up but I wasn't going to. It was like getting blood out of stone. Why does it need to take 10 attempts to get a refund? I can relate to the reviews on here that this firm is very shoddy, poor quality flowers and even worse dopy, dimwit, incompetent idiots working there which unfortunately I had to deal with. Shameful. Advice: Do not play with human emotions - I know you think it was funny Megan but trust Karma.
You did nothing to try and put it right, instead you argued there was nothing wrong with the flowers, when clearly there was and they dropped dead 2 days later. Also, £25 off? These flowers were no way £49,99 in the first place, maybe £4.99 at best.
Please do not be fooled by these discounts - flowers are CRAP and so are the morons working there. Megan b was just not human, no care or understanding or wanting to help. I'm sure I was talking to a bot as no human could ever behave like that to a customer. And if she wasn't a bit and Megan is a real person, then thats your character. Shame on you. Pics, 1st 2 pics day 1 arrival, last 2 pics, day 2 evening - dead
Sent my Aunt the large Wild and Wonderful bouquet. It was all lame filler flowers - no roses as advertised in the photo. They sent a replacement bouquet that was not much better. I have been sending flowers through them for years. I live in the US. I am so upset that this is the quality that she has been receiving. I am now looking for a local florist to go through.
Absolutely terrible experience with Prestige Flowers. I ordered a £40 flower arrangement as a surprise anniversary gift to be delivered to my wife. Instead of ensuring proper delivery, they left it in a so-called "safe place" without confirming with anyone. My wife checked with the reception—no one received it, and there are no neighbours at that location. Prestige Flowers refuses to take responsibility and blames the courier, even though it's their job to ensure safe and proper delivery of gifts, not just parcels. They clearly care more about taking your money than delivering the service they promise. They ruined a special anniversary moment and left me with nothing for £40. This was a complete waste of money and time. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it—especially if you're sending something that matters.
Received flowers for my anniversary from my husband who had unfortunately forgotten that we avoid this company at all costs due to the appalling quality of several bouquets we have received from various friends and family over the years. I think they count on people being too embarrassed to complain as something was a gift and so unlikely to tell the person that they had paid for something that is such shockingly bad quality. Flowers that arrived bore absolutely no resemblance to the photo advertised with roses squashed and half dead. Two days later they were completely dead and the freesias the following day. Mostly all white flowers in a clump and a couple of pink roses at the side with yellow freesias still in bud, the bouquet was tiny. Prestige flowers have ruined so many special occasions for me and since my husband contacted them a week ago and sent all photos requested they have now stopped responding. Absolutely appalling company and customer services. Avoid if you don't want the embarrassment of sending someone you love dead flowers and paying a fortune to do so. Another bunch of flowers that I received from M&S lasted over a week and was a third of the price!
Dead flowers within 3 days. Sent photos and email within 3 and half days and was told they cannot do anything because they should have been reported within 3 days.
So 3 days is acceptable for dead flowers on Mothers Day?
Mothers Day flowers arrived late the following Wednesday afternoon - 3 days after due delivery date. Tulips very limp and unable to stand up in a vase. Some with very yellowed leaves. Very disappointing from both the giver and recipients point of view. Would definitely NOT recommend Prestige flowers and can see why there are so many bad reviews.
Outraged is an UNDER statement! The package I ordered for Mother's day was delivered an entire day late, the reason said that access was not available to the property when I was home ALL DAY waiting. This was supposed to be a "next day delivery" for a very special presentation that was ultimately ruined due to the package arriving late. Secondly, I have sent Megan. G the image of the flowers I received compared to the flower image that I ordered the flowers from and what I paid for was vastly different to what was received! I have the images to hand and I also don't approve of how Megan. G has replied on my ticket as Megan has ignored part of my message, only choosing to reply to the part that signifies that the parcel was late. I have subsequently asked for management to contact me and take over the ticket for a swift resolution. Ticket No *******
Mothers day tulips delivered followed instructions to put in vase and they drooped dowd and next day they had totally drooped and useless, contacted company refund refused, crap company would avoid them at all cost!
flowers
Fraudulent company, ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery on 30/03 which never arrived, never got a tracking e-mail either, breach of trust and contract, do NOT entrust your special gesture to these jokers, will just make it look like YOU don't care instead
Spent a lot oof money ordering for Valentines Day and if the bouquet received was large I would hate to see a normal bouquet. Plus on top of that, the next day two of the roses were already starting to droop. Got in touch with the support dept and all I was offered was a £5 credit for a furure order. If they offer a bouquet at £5 I may buy from them again. By the way, the 'review us' link on the app doesn't work. Why am I not surprised.
Very disappointing. Ordered what looked like a lovely arrangement for my wife but when they arrived with Royal Mail in a cardboard box they had no wow factor whatsoever. They struggled to come to life and after four days had pretty well had it. Were as the bouquet I bought at Marks & Spencer last month lasted well over 3 weeks and was twice as vibrant for the same price. Won't be using Prestige again!
Extremely dissatisfied customer. Will not be using again, even after reaching out to customer services who said that I should use the food packet to help the flowers grow and resemble the pictures. Erm, not quite sure how you think the foliage and stems are going to reproduce in number to reflect your own photos of a large bouquet! Sent as a gift to elderly mother, most definitely underwhelmed and last time I use the service.
First photo is of delivered "large" Festivity Bouquet, 3 others are the advertised bouquet in medium and large.
After submitting the order with the wrong delivery date in error which was totally my mistake, i emailed immediately to update the delivery date. A few mins later I received an error simply pointing me to the terms and conditions stating that the order had been dispatched so nothing could be done. Absolute lack of interest from customer service, i wish i'd read the other poor reviews before making the mistake of trusting this company for first and last time.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
An abysmal service. I ordered flowers, a card and chocolates for our wedding anniversary.
The card came soggy from a leakage from the flowers. The chocolates were some random inferior product, not even the Pralines we had ordered.
Then the flowers were old-looking to start with, the roses in particular looked very sad.
I complained to customer services and was asked to take photos from several angles which I did happily to show the state of the flowers. I was also asked to take the "guard petals" off the roses and wait as apparently, they were the cause of the roses looking old. They suggested that I follow the care guide which I did, (we buy flowers fairly often so we know what we are doing (though it is the first time buying from these clowns).
After a week the roses have not opened and everything is ready for the bin. (see photo, day 8).
They have refused to give a refund and keep implying that our care of the flowers is not very good. Very difficult "customer service". I will not buy from these unprofessionals again. I suggest you look elsewhere too.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered for my daughter flowers arrived by post. Nothing like the image on the website. All dried up bent and dropped. Paid £81 for this and I could of bought better from Lidl for £5
The flowers were left outside my sister's front door. The tracking states they were left inside a porch, but she doesn't have a porch. They were left out in the elements all day. Not only was it an issue for potential theft but it was a very hot day and the flowers had to be thrown away less than 72hrs later as they had completely wilted and died. "James" at Customer Service could not have cared less. He told me that they don't have control over delivery as they outsource it, and he didn't care that Royal Mail had lied on the tracking. I've spoken to a few people about the issues I had and as soon as I said Prestige they all said that they had had similar awful experiences both with delivery and their customer service not caring/resolving the the issues. This company doesn't care. Strongly recommend that people search for a legit florist that don't outsource their deliveries so that you know that your recipient will get quality flowers on their special day.
Had flowers delivered sat 22 June wilting roses also they went to the wrong address
Absolutely shocking customers service! Told me that they had looked at the photos and they were in line with there quality standards really what wilting flowers great quality and standards then 😂
Also offered me a 10.00 voucher when I buy again are they joking
Prestweed should be there name would never recommend this company to anyone also I asked them to contact me twice tele but never they bothered
They were 49.99 with free chocolates lol the flowers are now in the bin
Reviews on most sites are terrible don't waste your money
Answer: And such a poor customer service attitude. They made a mistake and blame me...
Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
