After receiving order confirmation, there was no further contact. No email updates, no shipping updates, no delivery confirmation. I had to go in and track my order on the website to figure out where it was. It took a really long time to ship, so I had to check frequently. I almost canceled my order. It is even weird that you had to send a follow up to ask if I received my order or I canceled it.
