This site has no idea what a low profile cap is. I'm very disappointed that these hats were solid as a rock and anyone with any knowledge of low profile caps know they conform to the head and are softer material which neither hat was.

I greatly appreciated the offer to replace items that had the wrong school colors; however, they were replaced with the same wrong colors. I checked the website two days ago, looking for possible Christmas gifts…. Still wrong colors. I did order gifts for other nieces and nephews who attend other schools. Those orders have always been fine in the past.
