I didn't get the sweatshirt I ordered. I got a different one.

Great selection to pick from. Although it seemed slow to receive I had to also remind myself that this is custom made not manufactured so the wait was well worth it for the look on my son. Will continue to use this company in future orders which I know will happen!

Originally I was sent the wrong order, but it was handled wonderfully and I ended up with the shirt I ordered. My only minor issue was that I didn't have it when I needed it.

So easy to navigate through website and order. Fast shipping too.

Rating is based on experience, not product since I'm still waiting for it. I ordered my items on September 5th and acknowledged their production time of 10-12 business days with a shipment timeframe of 1-2 days - per Prep Sportswear@ time of order. On September 17th I had not received a shipment confirmation so I contacted customer service, and by the way, the only way to contact customer service is through the chat application on their website. I was told "we are expecting delays in our products, we will send you a confirmation when your order ships. But it hasn't been 10-12 business days and 1-2 shipping days." So I counted the days per the text & notes I should receive shipment by September 24th. I blatantly asked if I will receive my order by September 24th. The customer service rep repeated "we are expecting delays in our products, we will send you a confirmation when your order ships. But yes, by the 24th." So the 24th arrives & still no shipment confirmation & no product. I once again contacted customer service and get the same message…… "we are expecting delays in our products, we will send you a confirmation when your order ships." I'm not unable to cancel my order because you only have "2 hours after order is placed to cancel due to products already in production." So now it's September 27th and I still don't have my order and I get an email "we are expecting delays in our products, we will send you a confirmation when your order ships." This is BS! I specifically ordered these items for parent's weekend at my child's college. It won't be here in time now. And unfortunately, this is the only company who makes the college's products!

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'LL NEVER GET IT!

This was my second order and it went much better then the first.
My third order arrived today so I'll get to look at that order.

I don't believe this "company" has such high reviews. They have a host of complaints with the BBB. I ordered my T shirt on 8/24, and as of 9/18 still have not received it and they have no tracking information or ETA for it. In addition, they say that the consumer should do their research and ask questions about the company before placing an order because they "cut each t shirt by hand in Kentucky, don't work weekends, and operate on a very short staff". They make no apologies for the delay in shipping and offer NO refunds once you pass THEIR 2 hour window. In other words, they can take as long as they want (once they have your money), but the consumer only gets 2 hours to cancel.
I literally placed an order for a simple college T shirt from my alma mater. I could get it any one of a million places. I am still out the $40 and no shirt in sight. I have filed a dispute with my CC card company (finally).

I hope college football is not over before I get the college T-shirt I ordered that represents my grandson's football team!

This not a good company to deal with. Despite not having started my order, they refused to cancel my order even though it was only a couple of hours outside of their ridiculous 2 hour window to cancel. They have a no return/refund policy. They charged me an exorbitant shipping rate. I will NEVER do business with this company again!

I would be very careful from this company. Ordered a item back in August, paid for quick shipping. Over 30 days and still have not received it, every week simply stating they are out of material. I tried cancelling order (5 days afterwards), and they say you can only cancel within 2 hours of placing order (even though it hasn't been produced). What type of company has a 2 hour window for cancelling and unfilled order? Hard to speak to someone on phone. I have chatted with their agents and they are nice - but not equipped to solve problem. They simply state they are still waiting for material. Nowhere on the website does it state they are out of stock, etc. I should state that all I ordered was a long sleeve dry fit material shirt with my son's HS logo on it. It was meant as a B-Day gift for late August.

Long story short - just be careful. I do think they are legit company - just be careful as it may take months for delivery of a product.

Entire experience was easy and fast. Thank you. I appreciated the discount code. I will buy a sweatshirt when you issue another discount code.

First of all there's a WHOLE other page for customer reviews (mostly complaints) that are being ignored. trustpilot.com. Which is where I posted my complaint that's never been answered… even on their "chat" option… I still never received a reply to my message I sent.
Supposedly they print everything "specifically for you"- for the reason you have to wait more than 10 business days to receive any INFO on your order…Finally, upon receiving my order- 2 shirts were incorrect. Wrong prints. Very unhappy because it's not the right print and because of how long I had to wait to receive my order. I bought 2 shirts and 3 sweatshirts. Very expensive order, both shirts were not the "custom print" I ordered. I'd like my money back because of the hassle it's been during the ordering, waiting, and the merchandise I received. But it's been useless getting a hold of someone. No phone number or email. Only chat option or leave a message and get a robotic reply days later… stay away from this company. I wish I did.

Customer service just got back to me today. They're working on correcting the mistakes. I appreciate them contacting me. I hope they can correct this so I can go on cheering my kids at their games while representing their school. I'll keep this updated…

Easy to search but out of stock on certain shirts and colors.

I would have ordered more if there was free shipping for larger orders.

The size was not in men sizes as advertised. The shirt was extremely small for large and the lettering was not straight in the front.

Easy to navigate the website, plenty of options, friendly customer service. I noticed that the wrong mask was ordered. I called the next day and the customer service rep immediately fixed the problem.

The only issue was delivery time. It took weeks to receive our order.
