It took 19 business days for my order to be processed. I messaged 3 times asking for status and finally was able to figure out the live chat and my order was processed and shipped within 24 hours after that. Only communication was through the FAQ before that.

They tracked and told us what the status was along the way. It was a very professional, clear and good experience the entire process. It took a little while to get processed but was totally worth the wait.
Was kinda frustrated that the artwork isn't just one big collection and only certain groups of designs were available on certain shirts. Would be nice to be able to choose whichever shirt and whichever design combo I wanted.
