Too long to get product. Website did not include a contact number. So customers think they are getting scammed since it takes too long receive. Emails replies were canned. When products finally arrived they were cheap looking. Step it up, Prep Sportswear.

Shipping was slower than I expected. And communication should be better - when I ordered I was told I could expect the item in 10-14 business days. Only after I sent an inquiry was I told it was now 17-21 days. You should have notified me of that in advance of my having to ask after waiting the 1--14 days.
