I ordered a sweatshirt and the writings on it fell off. I addressed customer service, they took care of it without hesitation. They didn't ask me to return the faulty sweatshirt.
The sizes run small…really small on two of the three products I got.
Also, it is difficult to constant this company to ask simple questions…you must have an "order": number…well, how about when I don't have one? I finally got through, but I didn't even know I did…terrible interface for contact.

It was good, the sweatshirt was too small for my aunt. I ordered a 2X and apparently that was a little bit small for her. In that particular sweatshirt prep sportswear does not have a 3X.
