Try to follow their instructions? The web site doesn't work, the phone hangs up, no answer on wait, this is a rotten way to conduct business at any level. Companies that buy these cards for employee gifts should stop immediately. You lose confidence in your employees, and this company is just stealing your money.
I loaded $500 cash onto one of these cards. I was only able to log onto the websites twice, once to activate (which I worked fine for me), and once to check my balance. When I tried a third time, I got an error and to call customer service. That was about 3 weeks ago, and I have been able to log in since. You can check your balance through the number on the back of the card, that's easy enough. But while I've not needed or tried to talk to a person, I'm always met with messages of long hold times. As of right now I'm pretty positive I still have a small balance on the card, but the phones system says zero, and again, I can't log on. I haven't tried nor will getting to a live person. I'll wait it out a couple days to see if a balance settles after my last fuel purchase (while you can, I'd also recommend not using this to purchase gas). I've been able to use the card online, at convenience stores and restaurants. There were a couple of online retailers that I got an error message that they didn't accept that payment. Ok. Since this is already a one time use card, I won't be using it again. I also will look for a different option when the need arises again. I would encourage you to look at other options also.
Ever since I originally registered the website does not let me log in. The phone number for customer service works less than half the time. Sometimes you get the initial voice menu and then it hangs up. I have a prepaid gift card and once it's used up I will never buy another one from the same organization. I have no way to know what the balance is on my card.
Received as a $50 gift. Online registration failed so I called. Got disconnected after a long wait. No help at all. Worthless card. A total scam. Please do not waste your money

Website to view your balance is always down and if you try to call the number on back of the card, its always busy. Buy your cards from a bank, when I have it has always worked.
I have had a gift card for a while. It was never used and register when first purchased. I went to use it online and the card was declined. I called the number on the back of the card and sat on hold for over half an hour after being hung up originally. When I finally spoke to someone, they were very rude. Did not help in any way. Told me there was nothing I could do because the card was in someone else's name even though I personally registered the card. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. There was no one else available to help and she hung up on me mid sentence. $100 is now wasted and this entire company is a scam. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THIS CARD.
30 minutes after purchasing this $25 card I attempted to register it online and got a message claiming their servers were down. I called the phone number on the back of the card for balance inquiry and I received a bust signal. As many before me have said DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CARDS! Total scam. Going back to Kroger and deal with it there. I doubt seriously satisfaction will be in my future.
Just dont ever buy prepraidcards ever ESPECALLY from these braindead humans. Super long wait times and the card gets locked for trying to use pay pal. It locked a 100$ card for 24 hours
Received as a Christmas Gift. When I went to use it I couldn't. The card is worthless and and the people who are issuing this are criminals beyond a doubt. The authorities should look into this scam and make some arrests. From the reviews I have read there are many people who have experienced the same loss. And probably many many more who just did not say anything
For the last couple of days I've made several attempts to register this VISA online to no avail. Then I called this "non existent" credit card company & after about 10 minutes of waiting, I hear crackle sound followed by the computer voice saying: "Good bye" then it hung up! I wish they had got me an American Express giftcard!

Worked 2 days ago. Now it isn't. Should have at least $26 left on the card (purchased at Kroger). As I said before, worked fine 2 days ago for an Amazon purchase. Now it's being "declined". Fix your s***, prepaidgiftbalance.
You should be sued and forced to refund every last person who's ever used your cards. YOU are responsible for funds being stolen and YOU should pay every last red cent back.
After reading so many people having the same problem as I (getting this card for my birthday, opening it brand new and going online to register, having no luck with the website so called to see the balance, HAVING THE BALANCE BE $0 when i just opened it and the transaction was the night of my bday in several cities over, calling customer service & having them tell me it's in someone else's name and there's nothing they can do, then telling me I need to fax over my drivers license?)
This is the biggest scam. This company is clearly making fake transactions, stealing money, stealing information, and SCAMMING HUNDREDS/THOUSANDS.
In truth I was one of the lucky ones and had used most of my card before These guys either A. Scammed me out of the rest or B. Somehow lost the remaining funds for apparently no reason, Amazon declined this card when I tired to buy a RAM stick for my PC thankfully it worked on Steam games and Google Play so I could get Music and video games before. Honestly not even mad anymore I have a RAM stick now thanks to my Grandma giving me real money instead of a card. At this point am just lurking around this site watching the dumpster fire rage on. And of all the times to have this happen was of course over the holidays, whatever chance of recovery these $#*!s had are now just a pipedream. On the brightside I now know to be mindful of gift card providers.
Tried to register it online, didn't work. Tried multiple browsers, didn't work. Called, was on hold for 10 minutes. Called again and directly hit zero to speak with a representative, she said it was activated and to give it one hour. Currently waiting to see if that works, but boy oh boy, what a pain in the $#*!. Do yourself a favor and avoid getting these cards.
My wife bought my son a card for the holidays. Unfortunately every store he tries it in it gets declined. I called the company and am told we will send you a replacement card. Let's check the address, now 24 hours later the address still isn't changed and I have to wait another 4 hours to call back again to see if it got changed before they can send me a card. I can log on the website for faster service however the website will not allow me to log in. This company is CROOKS! Scam is not the word for it. They are the worst. STAY AWAY

Answer: I've been on hold for over a half hour and I honestly don't think anyone is going to answer. This is unbelievable
Answer: When you buy at the store it will be activated by the casher, if you have problem go back to store with your receipt and they will fix. You know you should always get a receipt for giftcards!
Answer: From my experience you generally don't need to register a giftcard for instore use, only for online or other types of purchases.
Answer: Contact customer support number. Wait time... varies. Theyll help you register your card without having to deal with the janky website (if the wait times arent 2 hours of course)
