I would never use this company and highly recommend others avoid using them at all costs. Their gift cards expired within 6 months of the issue - which I have never encountered elsewhere. I went to use a very sizeable amount of gift card value and was told they had expired in late July and August of 2023. After contacting customer service, they immediately said there was nothing they could do to help. They absolutely didn't care and didn't even try. I would never use this company and highly recommend others avoid using them at all costs. Clearly, they kept the company/sponsor's significant investment for themselves.
This company is shady. I got a couple Visa Cards from swagbucks rewards and they expired all of them before I even got a chance to activate. When I got around to trying the links they all said expired. When I reached out to support they told me basically to go to away, their response " Unfortunately, the time frame to claim this token has expired and is no longer eligible for replacement.". These tokens were from a year ago. What kind of company expires then before you've even activated them? Like I said, don't trust them and avoid them unless you feel like donating to these thieves.
Completely worthless service. If I would have knew what I'm getting in to - I would have never trusted them with my money. This is a warning to all - beware! Virtual mastercard is good for nothing, as most of services I've tried paying with it - declined it. Physical card has never arrived. They ship with postal service that takes 30 business days to deliver a single card and provide no evidence they actually shipped it, nor guaranty you'll receive it (no tracking number or anything). Provided no solutions - apparently they can not refund my money back to bank account, because my mastercard (that I never received) doesn't allow that :D So if I wont receive a replacement - the money is good as gone! Stolen by this "service provider". And their customer support is worthless as the company they work for - no solutions offered, rude and respond only when you start loosing patience... AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!
I received 2 emails in quick succession, thanking me for 2 different purchases that I didn't make, on a card I do not own.
So curiosity got the better of me and I Googled the company, thankfully a warning came up. Please refer to photos!
I have used other digital payment providers with a few glitches, but this provider is the absolute worse of them all. I am pretty computer saavy and can follow directions. That being said, I have reached out to their site by phone, chat (the limited time it was available), and by email. I simply need to know the status of a refund from a retailer, since it's exceeded the window of time that was provided. Not only that, my ability to view my transaction history was suddenly prevented. I followed all directions and still no update on my refund and again when speaking with a rep, he said their system crashed and he could not view my transactions either. Come on, please do a better job with helping customers. I will avoid this digital service in the future!
I'm writing an update of this review. After being unable to spend the balance from the digital card with quite a few tries, I managed to use it on Amazon. I don't recommend and I would never use this service again. The so called support replied with a copy/paste generic answer (might not be even a real person). I still don't have the "approved" merchant list I requested!
I can't pay with this virtual card as a normal card, the reason is: "Merchant not in Network or No Purse Exists". Why would you have an approved merchant network if this is supposed to be a normal card, visa or mastercard...
This company is starting to feel more and more like a scam. I've been trying to purchase something for over a month and I keep getting different replies from the customer service team as to why the sale is not going through. At some point, their solution was just to just buy from a different merchant, and that didn't work as well, cue another excuse from customer support.
This company is a scam. I have repeated to them 3 times now via email that I have waited the 20 business days to get my pre-paid Mastercard and they keep sending the same automated reply that I should wait 15-20 business days. What a scam! Heed the warnings. There's no wonder it's a one star rating company in satisfaction.
Anyone, but anyone would be better than these people. I have had nothing but trouble from the start! And it doesn't end there. They continually rejected my purchases so long that my card was about to expire! I had to make at least 8 phone calls and request a higher manager in order to get them to reissue me another card with the amount I still had coming to me (over $300.00). I hopefully won't ever be issued another card from this company (prepaiddigital solutions.com) so I won't have to go through this again. Also, when I try to get online 9 times out of 10 I get some song and dance about being redirected by another website and I can't even get on to check my balances. This place is ridiculous and you're better off with anyone else!
Visa digitla wallet as well as tango are scam artits. Do not try to claim any digital pre paid card from these people they dont care about you only you getting scamed by them to get the money you earned
Bad customer service and Card delivery:
At first they said they shipped my card to my location, but I never received the card and somebody else was using my card for transactions. I called them to report theft and to replace another card, they said they shipped another card, and I will receive it after 10 business days.I was hoping to use this card for my holidays but I never received the card even after 12 days. When I checked the customer service, they dont have any information about the package or the shipping information. Only thing they said is they can replace the card and again wait for more than 10 days which we dont even have guarantee that it would be delivered.
I've won my cards through NM Lottery and have 3 cards with balnces of 170.00 qnd have been trying to redeem or use my remaining balance I spent 2 hours on phone with the same 3 people answering the phone from Central America they had me using my user ID which was my email but after 2 hours of trying to login they tried.to get me toogin with a email address I never created I need.to know how to retain the pw and how to by pass.the puzzle with non stop pictures I also want to know why the.state of nm is using fraudilant.outside the state source shame on you Gov. GRISHIM
These people... I swear... DO NOT accept a "gift card" from AT&T, because they give you over to THIS company, who then issue you a "Virtual" Visa card, which you have to use TO THE PENNY, rather than use like a REAL gift card, such as applied toward some purchase or invoice balance. Otherwise, if the amount is over the amount of the gift card balance, the transaction gets declined for "insufficient funds" like it's a checking account! If you email them to request assistance, they respond with some script about how you can check your balance and access your funds online, but do not actually give you ANY real assistance with HOW to use this card without going over (declined) or using it for under, leaving an unused (unusable) balance remaining... which I can only assume these SCAMMERS have built into their contract to KEEP if it goes unused after a certain period of time. I call that fraud. It's RIDICULOUS. It's a scam. Stay away.
I requested my card several times but never got one. When I went the last time to request it, the site said it had expired and the funds reversed. $1050 gone. With no recourse. It's absolutely unbelievable. I plan to reach out to RocketTrip, who was partnering with them for employee rewards, to complain. Hopefully they revoke their partnership.
I get my digital wallet gift cards from work health promotions and its basically useless. Seemingly designed to be as hard as possible to use. Thanks for nothing if i could rate this a negative star rating i would!
I got a $100 virtual visa card from reviewing an app we're using in our company. I can't use it anywhere unless I buy from western online shops, but I'm not from the west! I asked their customer service, and at the level of their clueless-ness on how to solve the issue, they're either have 0 knowledge on the technical side of restrictions (region-lock or something) OR they're purposefully hiding you the truth on how to solve the issue. I strongly do not advise this website because of this.
When I called this unprofessional place, they were rude, and said that Meijer could just "hand type" the card # at the store. Stores NEVER do that. The exception is for a Link card, which I do not have! Told me to order online, but the problem is this: Why would these idiots allow a Meijer online order to go through, when they denied the 1st attempt! CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WITH THIS CORPORATION!
Prepaid card doesn't work. Waste time filling in review for $#*! company promising 10usd when you finish. Takes freaking 30 minutes to finish the job to get a non working 10 USD vouchers you can't use
DO NOT BUY THIS CARD FOR ANYONE that you truly want them to feel like they got a gift.
The customer service rep I was FINALLY able to get in touch and speak with was "all about the policy" yet kept getting policies confused because he is in a call center that represents over 500 different types of cards. You go online to chat and you speak with "people" who sound like a broken record and aren't even answering your questions; you'll get better responses from Ai. The card, they don't tell you, but you can get a virtual or physical card ONLY if you request a physical card before spending any money. You can't use at most brick and mortar stores because their policy is they can't manually enter a card number without the card vs. it being printed on a piece of paper. Virtually, you can't use it because many places want you to use the exact amount or they won't let you use 2 forms of payment if you go over the gift card limit.
Received this card as a reward. Been 7 days still can not get this card to work. I have contacted "customer service" three times now, no response.
They did however respond immediately to the bad review I left on another web site. The card still can not be used anywhere. This is a scam.
I think they will wait until the card expires so they can charge a fee to reinstate.
