What's the point of having so many levels of security just to access my card? This is seriously over-engineered and I can't access my gift card because it's just too convoluted. Nothing works and it keeps logging me out!

Left a review on trust pilot where one of their team td me to call up to get the issue with my measly £5 being paid to me but as usual was just smoke and mirrors!
Spoke to 'Ruddi' who told me to "get to the point." and the manager 'john' is as helpful as Swiss cheese in rainstorm!
Not one of them has the smallest bit of customer service skills or empathy and they have STOLEN my money... scammers will scramble for any bit they can get!
Don't know if I'll ever see my money but by the time I do will not even be worth the effort!

I will not go into full details, but their KYC and customer service provides dreadful experience. Once they ask you for your ID or utility bill to confirm the account (after freezing it in the first place), nothing happens. You can call them, email them, submit contact forms, just forget that they provide any kind of service. Calling them multiple times leads to their default statement that no documents have been received. Don't believe their responses on Trustpilot, mentioning you should contact them by replying inline on their standard emails. It is a waste of your precious time. This headache of a company deserves a zero star rating, avoid at all cost!
I only had to set up an account and verify my email, but overall it was very easy to redeem and claim my reward from Digital Wallet through InboxDollars. Definitely would recommend.
My employer used this company to offer gift cards to employees through a reward system. The cards expire in 6 months, which is unheard of. Once they expire, if you're lucky and they even let you request a new one, you have to print a form and mail it in. They claim they never receive the form half the time causing you to have to mail it in again. They also charge you a fee for this service which is deducted from your unused balanace. The company is called My Digital Wallet and they make you mail a form to request a new card? This is clearly an attempt to persuade people to give up and leave their balance unused. Customer service is horrible. I notified my HR department and they let me know that they received complaints from many others. Needless to say, my company of 10,000+ employees no longer uses this dishonest and sleezy company.
What a horrific waste of time and money this service was. I'll never use them again for all the trouble they've caused me and my employees.
There is no way to transfer the money to any other possible account.
Also, I have also been calling since 9:00 but no one has picked up the phone so far. Not sure what time they start working
I got a $250 card as a rebate, which expired within a few months of receiving it with zero notice. To re-activate the card, you HAVE to go through their TERRIBLE multi-step and heavily redundant site to find a form where it charges you $12 to print a form that you HAVE TO MAIL to get a new one.
This is shady business at its finest. Those who use prepaid cards tend to fit a certain financial demographic and they're being exploited by this company who intentionally makes it difficult to do these steps so that funds will expire. Shame on all of you.
DO NOT use this Company! WORST Experience EVER! Received 2 cards through redeeming points at Mypoints. DOES NOT tell you BEFORE you order the card, that it WILL EXPIRE! No local store would take the paper printout - could not use online unless EXACT amount - or I would end up leaving money on the card that I could not access. I got sick, and could not use it before it expired. Cost me $20 to have 2 cards Re-issued! THIS IS a blatant RIP-OFF. Would give a negative three stars if I could!
Very Upsetting. No proper customer care support. And if the reversal amount comes back, no extension. It looks like they want to use these money for them.

I won a rewards amount from Inbox Dollars. Unfortunately, I chose to receive the reward amount via Visa. Prepaid Digital Solutions "Digital Wallet" was the contracted vendor Visa company for Inbox. SUFFICE it to say, the reward card is NOT USABLE FOR ANYTHING ANYWHERE. NOT REDEEMABLE... SO IM S. O. L... LOSS.OF REWARD. DO NOT EVER USE THIS CHOICE METHODNOF REWARD RECEIPT.
Avoid these scammers, they take your money and you will be left with nothing! Look at all the reviews on the internet and think about it, before you buy!

On December 1,2001 I ordered a prepaid Visa card from Prepaid Digital Solutions as a Christmas gift. On December 29,2001, I phoned Prepaid Digital Solutions to inform them the recipient never received their Visa card. A manager validated the card was shipped and there was no usage on the card. She advised me to allow an additional 10 days. On January 20th, I phoned again to advise the recipient has not received their gift card. The representative advised they were experiencing issues with cards being lost and to allow an additional 10 days. On January 30th, I phone again to advise the recipient never received their gift card. The representative informed me she would cancel the original re-ship a new one. On February 21, I spoke to a representative who also advised he would cancel the order from January 30, and would ship another card. I've attempted several times to retrieve the card; either by phone or via Prepaid Solutions trouble reporting ticket system the following dates: 3/22/22,4/21/22,4/25/22 and 5/13/22. As of 5/24/22, you'd think by now Prepaid Solutions leadership would contact me to validate if this issue has been resolved. Still have not received the $100.00 card I purchased in December 2021.
I purchased a $300.00 virtual Visa card. Everytime I try to use it it get declined. In my opinion this comapny is a total scam site. Do Not Use!
