This "prepaid" visa tool/website is maybe among the bottom 2 or 3 worst websites/vendors to deal with. Between my companies "rewards" tool shenanigans and this websites obfuscations & expiration dates, I waste more time, energy, & money-as-time than the "prepaid" card system is worth.

I wish my company and its reward company had chosen something better.

-DON'T LOSE YOUR TOKEN #... OR your card #... OR your username (& password)... or the darn website name www-dot-prepaiddigitalsolutions-dot-com
-"cards" expire in 7 months: so spend ASAP!
-Don't DARE get a card with more money than you're going to use b/c you'll never be able to use odd leftover amounts for anything useful
-Has an ultra-confusing login and verification system with: token #s, usernames (not e-mails) with unclear rules for names, won't let you login once your cards in your "wallet" expire, but won't let you re-register that same wallet name, makes you jump through multiple hoops to recover password (good luck IF you didn't save your username, token #, and remember your personal question answer)
-charges $3 if you want a physical card

The only reason I give it more than 1 star is because I've dealt with it before: I used my company's health reward system to claim a reward prepaid card_only_ when I decided I wanted to buy something on a website, I asked for a card with the exact amount (taxes, shipping, and card all ready for payment--that can include VISA), then it took me maybe 45 minutes to wrangle through the reward e-mails (don't lose track of the subject and sender of those kinds of e-mails!), then immediately got a "virtual card" and used it. BUT, when I tried adding it to my existing "wallet"--no dice b/c all those cards w/ remainders were expired!--and then tried to create a new wallet--through a dozen hoops & tries--, it took about 30 min. I did this ONLY in case of a mess-up with my order--in case the merchant needed to refund my payment. (Lord help me if I needed to go through that mess w/ prepaidigital...)
