I sold on PM for yrs. I sold a pair on new Pair of shoes. Scammer bought shoes took off tags wore them, damaged them stuck tags back on & filed complaint with list of 7 lies. Poshmark refunded based on dirt between sole and shoe. Not present when I sold them. They only communicate through an anonymous message system where ignore most messages. Still trying to get Poshmark to fix this!
The return and refund policies of this store do not respond to customers when their products do not serve those who buy them. In other words, they force customers to stick with products that don't work.
There are so many scammers out there that purchase your item then destroy it and Poshmark sides with them and refunds there money. Poshmark needs to stand up for there sellers. You can sell a brand new pair of shoes or bag they wear it and destroy it then request a return after a week and Posh gives them a refund and it doesn't matter that you have photos and receipts they still let the buyer return the damaged item for a refund. Crazy. Closing my account until they change there policy.
I bought a necklace off of Poshmark accidentally and tried to cancel the order about 15 minutes later. They never cancelled the order, which their website claims that you can do within an hour of purchase. I received the necklace and complained to the company, stating that they shouldn't advertise that orders can be cancelled if they are not going to honor the cancellation request. After multiple emails back and forth, Poshmark said that they would deposit $25 of credit into my account. I check last night, about 2 months after receiving the email, and the $25 credit isn't there! They are liars, they do not care, and I will never attempt to do business with this company ever again. The government should force them out of business for dishonesty and false advertisement.
I have ordered three blouses from Poshmark in my size. They took months to arrive and though the sizes marked were correct, none of the blouses fit. They were at least three sizes too small. They also did not look like the pictures, and one of them never arrived at all. Poshmark isn't a business, it's a scam.
If you are being bulled or harassed by users - which happens often on this terrible app - they will do nothing despite documentation and reporting.
They will not remove replica items, despite multiple users documenting and reporting the situation.
Perhaps worst of all, if you have any issue with your order they will not assist you. My package was delayed 2+ weeks from their HQ authentication services with no explanation and, despite their auto message saying they will get back to you in 24 hours, they did not reply to any of my support requests throughout the duration of my issue.
If you are looking for a place to safely buy and sell, please do not use this app. It will only cause you stress and frustration - all while charging you a 20% fee.
Someone got my credit card information and use it on posh mark I've never heard of this site in California I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin they took money off my card it took me a couple days to get it back from poshmark.com I don't even know who these people are nor whoever got my information.
The only person making money off poshmark is poshmark. Their fees are ridiculously high. 20%. If there is an open case against you, there is a very high probability they will favor the buyer even if buyer claims it is not seller fault. They will

Never got my merchandise from this seller kimberlylibb767. I ordered and paid for a purse that I have been looking for forever. I placed the order on 11/7/19 and as of 11/21 I still have not gotten it.
Poshmark actually refunded my money since they could not get seller to respond to them as well.
I thought once my sale was refunded she would list this purse again; it still is showing as sold. I really want the purse and I am not sure why kimberlylibb767 cannot at least answer questions respond back.
I sold a jacket in excellent condition, the buyer tore the jacket and claimed it arrived in that condition. Clearly my photos show the jacket without any rips, tears. Poshmark sided with the buyer, now I'm out money and a jacket that was returned damaged by the buyer. I closed my account and will never sell on this site again. Anyone can clearly see the jacket i sold was in no way torn. The buyer complete destroyed the jacket, she could of returned it, not rip it up.
Please beware of your buyers, clearly poshmark is blind and cannot see the condition the jacket was in before sent to the buyer, which was in excellent condition.
I ordered a pair of shoes, identical to a pair I bought from Target, but in a different color. The shoes from target fit perfectly. The same shoe, same size that I ordered from Poshmark didn't fit. When I walked in them, my heels lifted out of the shoes. I requested to return them, as they do not fit and poshmark refused to allow me to return them. They told me I did not "qualify" for a return. Really? Having a shoe that does not fit correctly isn't a reason to allow me to return them. What a total rip off! I'd give a zero star if I could.
I purchased a Lululemon shirt that was labeled a size 12, my normal size in Lululemon. It was at least 2 sizes too large, clearly mislabeled, according to the official Lululemon size chart. The seller refused to allow me to return it and Poshmark backed the seller. I will never shop on Poshmark again as their customer service is awful.
I have shopped on Poshmark for myself and a lot for my kids. I have found great deals and also sellers are always open to negotiation. I have used ebay which is good, but have found better prices on Poshmark, and for the record I have purchased over 40 items from the site. I have also used other online consignment, Thredup and tradesy, and found their prices a lot higher. Just my two cents. Right now I am thrilled to find kids clothing lots and do all in one season shopping for each of my kids. It's convenient and I can't beat the price.
I signed up and immediately red flags were popping up in my mind. I spent 45 minutes trying get to find out how to delete the account but never found an answer. I uninstalled the app but will start over tomorrow trying to close the account. There are way too many assumptions being pressed on a new user way too fast for comfort.

I purchased an "authentic" Fendi bag from a seller on Poshmark. I followed their policy exactly, sent in pictures of the bag and the fake serial number and they refuse to claim it as a fake bag. They told me if I wanted to make sure it was authentic to get it done at my own cost. Excuse me? Never again.
I used my bank debit card to purchase an item for $200. It was my first and only purchase at this marketplace website. Two days after the transaction was finalized and money had changed hands, I received an email from Poshmark stating that the sale had been "canceled" because the seller "changed mind." No other reason was given. In some states, that would be considered cause for a a breach of contract action in cuvil court. The same email also stated that my money had already been "immediately refunded." My bank takes one business day to post a refund once it has been received. It is now seven days since I received the email from Poshmark. According to an Operations Officer at my bank, the refund has still not been credited back to my account by Poshmark. Buyer beware!
Purchased two pair of Gucci shoes. Have had toenail fungus because of the shoes. Never again. Using meds for a second year now. Stay away. Is not the company, is the used shoes that were in good shape. I will now buy directly from Gucci, money or not.
I have been using posh Mark since 2017, for two years. I always had great experiences until the last few months. Two returns in question have resulted in my loss of money. Poshmark has policies for how items should be described. Their policy states the seller should be as descriptive and as accurate as possible with details of the item being sold. I have have two returns that Poshmark did not follow their policy. I've lost money in the last few months on two returns that they have not approved. I am going to leave Poshmark, I am extremely dissatisfied.
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!

Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
