I made a purchase of multiple items in one order in March of 2019. It is now June 2019 and I am still missing items that are still listed as processing. I have reached out to this company but just receive generic responses in return. It's not bad enough that they have now broke my order up into 4 different shipments but by the time I get those last items, my daughter may be to big for it. Smh. I would never order from here again. I should have taken the advice of other reviewers before I ordered.
Beware of these scammers! Their 5 star reviews are fakes! I nearly purchased two dresses from them but when I saw the currency conversion I decided not to continue with the purchase. My card was charged anyway even though I did not complete the payment process. When I asked for my money back I received a $#*! and bull story about the difficulties of their financial department in processing refunds. When I challenged this I was informed that I wasn't charged as they don't have my PayPal password! My bank account suggests otherwise. I seriously doubt that I am getting my money back from these scammers!
I ordered 23 days ago and still I didn't receive the items. When I ordered dresses for my kid's birthday, I chose faster (5 days) shipping by paying extra money as my kid's birthday was in another 10 days. Now birthday is gone 13 days ago, but still the order not shipped. I have been asking them since last 2 weeks to refund my money, but they are not doing it. They are saying that they'll be shipping soon. Now, I don't need dresses any more, but I'm not sure how to get my money back.
I wanted to return some of the items (order#*******) as they were either damaged or too big. I kept emailing for 4 full days and no responses and I also called customer service line and the line is not connecting at all throughout the day.
I even attempted to reach out to them on Twitter and facebook but no responses either.
This is a web-based shop which shouldnt cause stress for people to return/exchange as we can not try on the clothes and these are especially for kids whose size can vary.
Very very disappointing as the designs are so cute but due to the poor customer service and logistics, i will never ever buy anything from this website again.
I still want my items to be returned and refunded so i can move on!
Update on May 1st: I am still in a middle of returning products and not getting refunded. Another product which was ordered at the same time hasn't even arrived - taking more than a month just to receive the product.
Two months later still nothing and cannot get a response from the company. Also, submitted an case on paypal and they quickly sent one item and told me the rest would come in 7 days and it's a month later. My only way to get my money back from paypal is to spend $50 shipping the $10 item back. Stay away, they are scammers!
I ordered outfit with a shoe for my kid to wear on his birthday, I also chose the 5 days shipping cost so can get it on time... until now I haven't got it and my son's birthday was a week ago. I emailed them and they said that one item is not on stock, it didn't say that when I place the order. Now I don't want them and anymore and asked for a refund, they get back asking to confirm amount twice and now they said that it will take 20-30 days to get my refund. I don't know why they took $ from my account when they didn't have the item in the first place. I am NEVER going to shop from here ever again
Clothes here are really POOR. I never thought someone can sale these items. Really too bad. Horrible without brand. You will never have notices of me again. I lost money with you. In internet the pictures are wonderfull but the true is totally different. They dont know how to make clothes. Wow i really surprised and very disappointed.

I guess laced an order 4-29-19 and received part It Of My Order a month later and still haven't received the rest of it. You have to email to get a response, they do email back but they don't answer your correct question. All they kept telling me is my order will be shipped as soon as they can it's a delay because of high demand

This company is a joke. They have the worse customer service. They never answer the phone. Sent several email, requesting my refund haven't hear back from them. I also emailed them the return tracking number and still haven't heard back from them. This whole " I'm sorry" crap is getting old. The worse online shopping experience ever.

So i very rarely write any negative comments, but i have to this time. I placed an order on popreal.com. I placed on order on January 23,2017 and received the package only in The beginning of March, 2017. The quality of the dress that we ordered was pretty bad(if i would see it in the store i would definitely not purchase it). And we ordered size 120 and it came in totally different size.
My attempts to contact them were failed. Nobody ever replied to me either with apologies or explanations. So unprofessional. Disappointing.
I have ordered several items on February 2nd (and paid unfortunately via PayPal...), 5 weeks later I tried to cancel the order, when I learned, they have not yet started the production.
Since then, they write an email to me every day, if I am not interested to keep the order - I would get an coupon for it. The offer started with 7 $, in the meantime we are at 15$. I answer every day, no thank you, no interest - but they simply ignore me and refuse to refund my money to my PayPal account.
In the meantime I received one dress, where the quality could not be worse!
My experience is: very unprofessional, ignorant, bad quality shop!

I will never order from this company again! I ordered a size 17.5 shoe came and it says 29 on bottom. I made sure I used size chart to a t before I placed my order. The show is so big my daughter can't wear until she's in her teens and she only 5 now. I contacted them and they say it is the correct size. They don't want to help me at all, and there customer service is the worst. If you call them a machine picks up, and they will never call you back. If you write a email they won't wrote you back for at lest 3 days. I will have to file a claim with paypal I guess to get my money back. Don't ever order they are such a scam

I ordered cute mom and daughter Christmas dresses Nov. 20th. The website says it takes 5-7 days to process the order. It has still not shipped 15 days later (12/5.) I have emailed and called several times without any luck. I need the dresses for Christmas photos and am not freaking out because I am worried they won't be here in time. Customer service is terrible. I requested an order be cancelled BEFORE it was shipped and the stupid lady emailing me ignored it and then after it was shipped told me there was nothing she could do! So I got stuck with one order. She finally cancelled the second order and promised me my money in 3-7 days. It has been 12 days and still no refund! Customer service ignores what you request. The dress is super cheap. I paid like over $30 for it. On top of that, I am without my money and the other dress I paid for. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this rip off Chinese website. It's a waste of money, stress, and time. All of the people on here satisfied with their orders obviously don't realize they are paying a high price for a cheap piece of fabric. Awful awful awful.
The clothes are adorable. That's about it though. The sizes are never the same or what you'd expect. The material is poor quality. And don't even get me started on the shipping. Don't even bother paying extra for quicker shipping it doesn't make a difference. Things that should have taken 10 days MAX I didn't get for about 25. Oh and if you email them about it asking for your expidided shipping fee back all they will say is " thank you for the email customer" It's a joke. Save your money.
I bought a bathing suit in May. I emailed them after it had been over two weeks and the site said my order was still processing. They said they were backed up but would see what they could do about expediting my order. I emailed them once again when it had been over a month asking for my money back so I could buy a new bathing suit. Instead they immediately and magically shipped it out right after I asked for a refund. I would have much rather just gotten my money back so I could have bought a suit elsewhere much faster. It's been almost two months, their tracking site they use said it was in transit to my home 3 days ago and I still have nothing.
Wish I could have read reviews before placing order. More than a month and tracking number says shipped to India. What a waste. Please don't get tempt with their catalog and read reviews before going any further with this company. Called back to dispute the money.
