Going to be contacting Plumbworld direct, as we need to have the taps replaced, and for someone at Plumbworld to be responsible to pay for a plumber to carry out the work..

Ordered shower which was an easy and fast process. However when came to fitting realised that the shower head was missing rom the box so contacted customer service via email and they immediately organised a direct delivery from the manufacturer to correct.
I purchased matching shower and taps in brushed gold to find out my wall wasn't thick enough to take shower so had to change it. Although you have to sort out your own returns this was easy enough (I used parcels to go) what I was disappointed and felt this let the company down was the estimated delivery time from DHL which was 3 hours late. A second occasion I found out I had purchased a sink and unit without a waste or plug. Customer care were very helpful sent me a photo of the matching plug again let down by DHL I paid for next day delivery which it did come next day but again about 3 hrs late do the plumber had left and had to return next day. Also it would have been helpful when ordering the sink/vanity unit if I would have been prompted to buy the waste and plug at the same time while online and not finding out at the time of fitting that I didn't have them.
10 days delivery the website said, 4 weeks later I cancelled my order. Communication is non existent unless you call, then all you get is lies, I do wonder what made me so special that my Mira shower tray was made to order! Went elsewhere and got the same shower tray in 4 days. Gets one star as I can't leave a review with no stars

I was very happy with it the cost of bathroom and the quality was very good indeed my taps very imprest got the plumbing bit with it like I side very happy if you r thinking of getting any think from them I would again.
Needed a replacement pumped shower. Plumbworld had it cheaper than everyone else. The dispatched it quickly and communicated this promptly. Unfortunately the courier didn't deliver this until 8.30pm on a Friday night, which I wasn't happy about, but this was not their fault!
Good quality bathroom suite, very reasonable, first cistern was cracked, they sent a replacement within 2 days good service.
Pay for a specific delivery day to work around your life and they deliver when they feel like it. No understanding of the issue from customer services. I lost a days work. Thanks a lot plumbworld.
Good product range at competitive prices and prompt delivery. The kitchen sink range and taps was awesome
This company advertises things on ebay which they do not have in stock, and even when they are telling you it is discontinued they are still advertising more than ten items available. They do not reply to emails and will only respond when ebay get involved. They don't answer telephones blaming covid-19, however other companies are diverting telephone lines to ensure great customer service something Plumbworld don't seem to care about
Great prices quick delivery kept advised on tracking of postage item was exactly what was ordered instructions were easy to follow.
Really quick turn around, best prices and great aftercare, if you've got some time to wait on the phone! Telesales answer first ring tho.
Their plumbers have proper knowledge of tools... Fixed our kitchen water walls in a day without a mess... 5 starts to their efficient workers and customer service.
Left with faulty LED on bath after informing them I waited 48hrs still no response from the manufacturer. Plumbworld yes sir sorry sir someone will be in touch. Wish I had seen Martin Lewis reviews before I wasted my money. Not worth the hassle. It doesn't and won't work.
