Sony-Playstation has the WORST customer service EVER! I have never felt more stressed out. My kids saw me cry for the first time over trying to get service and trying to make a return. Its horrific. Very frustrating.

Make sure that you don't save your credit card information inside the account on the game because it will let your child charge with out authorization from you. AND, they don't refund even though they know it was a 10 yr old kid.

I didn't know that playstation has its own official website. I always checked local retailers' websites for a game console. Please check out the website itself for prices. Local retailers in my neighborhood charge us up to maybe 20 percent higher and claim it is tax and shipping cost and... you know all the hidden costs. I want more people to be aware to check the official website more often.

I trying to go online and every 2 days there's an update! Can someone let me in on the happens?! Stop the update please. I'm paying for online to play when I'm ready not wait on no update every 2 day. Bad business. Do anyone care any more. Smh

So you buy a new game and it's $60 to buy a new game but you don't get full access to the game to play it on-line. You have to pay for a PS Online Account and for some games you have to pay fees to play those on-line as well. PlayStation went from a fun tool to play games on to something so costly that we stopped buying games and machines for our family. The machine was $400 and the games were $60 so spending $1000 a year for gaming was excessive and not a hard target to hit.

They are the pimp and the prostitute, all at the same time. With Playstation network, this company is "racking up the dough". They charge for everything; example, imagine if someone charged you for coming into their home. They also charged you for a glass of water, and to use the restroom. Oh yeah, and while you were there, you were being charged for breathing in their air. This is Playstation and their network in a "nutshell"

Definitely best gaming console, PS5 just came to my house. I really loved it, controler fits perfectly in your hand and now with new sensors, it totaly changed way of gamming. One thing that we can all agree, is that waiting list for PS5 was too long, but it's wort waiting!

Playstation sucks

I have been trying to get someone to talk to about my account why it charged me but I still can't play my online games. It's saying I need to buy my month subscription that I already have bought so playstation sucks n I am so mad because no one will return my calls or anything it's just saying error wtf n I will show it my bank where it took it out of my account n I will show you what it says on the account on my ps4 but I still can't play my online games

I have been a Playstation baby my whole life and I just has an experience with PSN that makes me never want to buy from them again. I bought an upgrade to a game and accidentally got the wrong version.
I immediately called to ask for a refund and it took 3 DAYS to get a live person for one.
Second, I was told I would not get a refund because I started the download process, even though I never used the product and I should have known before I downloaded that it was the wrong version.
I was also told if I disputed it with my bank they would suspend my whole $#*! account with over 400 games bought, WELL over $5,000 worth if games, over a 22 dollar refund. 🥴🥴🥴
I will NEVER buy through PSN again!

They Robbed me!

Worse customer service EVERRRRRRR! I tried to get a refund so I could use my discount but the system did not work! I had to get it escalated just for them to wait until it's 14 day policy passes, so they can refuse the refund! Scammers! Chat was up to 500 in line waiting on agent. I called and it hung up on me and said try later. I finally spoke with them but my discount was expired! I took screenshots and everything but they can't do anything. They never know anything! Terrible company under Sony! I don't know how to report a complaint or anything! Where is the corporate expert team members that can override things? Nowhere! They robbed me! Still haven't refunded me even though it was under 14 days! They lie lie lie! Zero star it is for me!

It's complicated and boring having to register credit card to send funds to the account of the Playstation Store, should have option to pay by invoice or online transfer. But everything is processed quickly and that made me happy.

Despicable

Sony PlayStation withdrew almost $600 from my PayPal account without authorization. It happened over several months with multiple withdrawals on the same days. I rarely use my PayPal account so, shame on me, for not being on top of it. When I realize what was going on, I called Sony and explained the situation to them. The PlayStation belongs to my grandson who did not make the withdrawals as he doesn't have access to my account. Sony told me they would refund the money. I called two months later and they changed their mind. I put in a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. To retaliate, Sony banned my grandson's network access so he can't play his game with his friends. He is 14 years old and was devastated. Way to go Sony. I, or my friends or family Will never buy another Sony product again.

If you are an uninformed mother like myself whos child plays fortnite beware! Sony PlayStation allowed unauthorized charges on my 9 year old's account in the way of 1300 dollars! The process to getting to even apply for a refund was absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient! I never once got my issue all the way resolved because you are prompted through the entire conversation as if they already know the outcome! PlayStation was never going to give me my money back they just lied and waved it in front of me! I would never recommend dealing with them if it can be avoided! I tried to give my son and gaming a chance but what needs to happen is more kids get outside instead of supporting such a crooked and corrupt industry! No company should stand proud knowing they are completely ripping people off! What a waste of three months of my life i dont even want to give them a single star

All I'm trying yo do is get logged back on to my account.
Playstation networks have over-complicated this process to the point of causing some serious frustrations.
Can't even set up my system after attempting to reboot/reformat which displays as:
"Too many USB devices connected."
After seeing all other reviews, it appears as though you guys don't even care to respond.
If I can get some proper help with this, then I would be more than happy to upgrade to 5 stars, but until then, I'm still left with unresolved issues on being unable to access both my PS4, or even log in.
