Sony PlayStation withdrew almost $600 from my PayPal account without authorization. It happened over several months with multiple withdrawals on the same days. I rarely use my PayPal account so, shame on me, for not being on top of it. When I realize what was going on, I called Sony and explained the situation to them. The PlayStation belongs to my grandson who did not make the withdrawals as he doesn't have access to my account. Sony told me they would refund the money. I called two months later and they changed their mind. I put in a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. To retaliate, Sony banned my grandson's network access so he can't play his game with his friends. He is 14 years old and was devastated. Way to go Sony. I, or my friends or family Will never buy another Sony product again.
