I own a PS4 and completely happy about it. When you`ve got nothing to do at the evening or just want to make yourself a day-off with no people around you - sit back and relax playing your favourites. Amazing!
Playstation has only its exclusives to even make it worth it. They can't fix someone harrasing you through group messages but oh if you say one word you're banned. Support sucks too, good luck taking forever to find a human for help. Why is the party and messages in one group too thats so stupid. Wanna take over 2 years to release a pro controller like they aint just copy xbox. It really shouldn't be allowed they can ban an account unless your cheating or stealing in some form. The $#*! is the reason for spending all these money on games for the word gay to be too offensive to be used in messages. Grow the $#*! up, like someone aint making a gay joke all the time or we aren't livng in a free communication country.
I got banned from psn for a username I've had for over a decade. Their "support" was non existent and pretty much only consisted of a chatbot. After some research i found that they do this to their customers a lot. Once my PlayStation craps out I'm getting an xbox
Can you please make your customer service user friendly? I realize giving this company a bad review won't matter because you're so big that a few people don't matter. I'm hoping to contact someone with an honest conscience that cares about other people.
I have no other way to contact you other than this random comment on your post because your "customer service" refuses to help me & when I finally got a human in the phone, they were lifeless & robotic. They just kept repeating themselves while ignoring what I was saying. Finally this robot person just said "thank you for baking Sony. Good bye. "
New Years eve I purchased an online game by accident. If anyone had bothered to look at my account they'd see that I don't order games. I barely play at all. The game was downloaded which took almost 2 days. I couldn't get help on new year so I was stuck with this. I never imagined that you guys would leave me stuck with this. I realize there's probably people that take advantage of things like this but I'm not one of them. I have no idea what I'm doing & as for this game, I'll literally never be able to use it. It's far beyond what I can understand.
I'm asking you please, if you can help me, don't leave me stuck with this. Please do the right thing. (I would've preferred not to make this public but there's just no recourse for your customers) I'm glad to update this if they can do the right thing. I just have no idea how to talk to anyone that cares
Was charged 127 dollars for a premium PlayStation subscription that I never signed up for. When I went online to cancel and get a refund had to wait an hour to have the system shut down and not be able to talk to anyone. Extremely poor service
If I could give them a zero I would. This is the most frustrating company to go through. We accidentally gifted the wrong gift card to my brother and the code is still intact and not scratched off. The lady on the phone told me I could not get my money back and that I would have to give it to another family member. No one cares to use it so I guess we are out 60 dollars. 10/10 do not recommend
I tried to renew my account and it charged me $50 for an answer service and did not renew my service. I tried posting before and it removed my post before I could complete it. Just answer is a terrorist group, do not support them. Also of you have used them change all of your passwords
They are the WORST. Account had unauthorized charges the playstation website said to contact my bank and report it. I did that now they suspended my account and won't let me get back in. I spent hundreds of dollars on them and now I can't even use it
I have been using PlayStation since high school and have never and will never messaged anyone that wasn't a close friend to simply ask if they want to play or not. Recently I was banned for 7 days for messaging "hate speech". I would never do this regardless I am banned because their system is horrible. Buy a Xbox people PSN is a bunch of woke idiots with nothing better to do but take your money. Oh ya that leads to me next point I was charged for my PSN membership the same day I was banned. They took my money then banned me and I can't even log in to end my membership.
It is very difficult to move around on the android PlayStation store. Which it makes it frustrating to buy things you can get only there. The store on PlayStation 3 I know was functional but had a lot room for improvement. I have recently purchased a PlayStation 4
When it gets here I'll tell if all hype over it true I tend to think it is because they would loose a lot of face to be caught intentionally misleading anyone about anything on PS 4
I purchased a game expansion called Trailmakers Deluxe Edition (Add-On). When I attempted to install, it gave me a CE-107 880-4 error and said to try again later. But trying again later didn't help. After 2 weeks, I googled and followed several suggestions such as restoring the licenses, clearing the cache in Safe Mode, uninstalling/reinstalling, and starting the download first from your PC. Multiple attempts and several hours of that led to nowhere. I started a chat with PS support. They offered the same suggestions and none worked. I asked for a refund and they responded that because it was purchased more than 14 days ago or because it has been downloaded or consumed within 14 days from purchase (it was not consumed since it never installed), they were unable to offer a refund. So they can keep my $25 but I will not give them any further money and warn everyone I know of their buggy code and feigned customer support.
Tried to contact playstation about an issue that occurred with their system on black friday. It charged my card 3 separate times, but did not go through. I tried to contact to help rectify the situation as I would still like to purchase the items. Was dismissed by Daniel and then his manager stating my card wouldn't work and blamed me for the issue. (Note I just used it on the site 10 minutes before for a ps5 that went through and already in transit) recieved no help nor understanding to try to correct the situation. Had the chat ended abruptly as they did not care to help
I will always be a PS man over xbox. I know everyone is on about the better graphics, and while they would have a strong case, I still prefer PS as my system. Its called gameplay and its more important to some. Waiting for the ps4.2 that will let me keep my ps3 games going, but im still never jumping ship!
Parental controls, accessibility and fun other games are allowed. You may put restricted access on use of the PS4 if needed, so it is good as a discipline system. The community is MUCH better than XBOX and is much more better. 10/10!
I've had years of experience with Sony's playstations which goes back to the first one. It pulled me through my childhood and I had a lot of joy with it. Sony has never disappointed me with their most successful product.
When i go to normal store i can try things before buying. When shopping online i can return it if doesn't fit. Play station store sells you cat in the bag. But when you open the bag and find a dead cat instead, sorry, you cant return it. You opened the bag! If this is not a scam than what is!? The returns policy is a joke, how can one judge the quality of a game before downloading and starting it!? Avoid at all cost and buy disk instead. Disk you can always return or resell.
My son's online account was compromised. You cannot speak to a live person. I finally got to speak with an online assistant. I was told I would get access to the account within 48 hours. That didn't happen. I had to go through online support again to see when I would get access to the online account. I am now being told it is an undetermined amount of time. I tried to type out another question and the online person ended the chat. Now I am back on hold waiting for another online chat person. A 5 minute conversation is turning into hours of my time.
Had a PS4 Pro for 5 months of the 12 month warranty period and they refused to fix it after it suddenly stopped working. No warning, no related events before, just quit, and they refuse to honor their warranty!
I was logged out of my account after switching WiFi. I can't get logged back in because of the 2step verification, a code isn't being sent to my phone. There is no option to select resend code like their website tells you. I've been trying to contact playstation support for a week, but everytime I try they are receiving high amount of calls and their system hangs up on me. The live chat robot is no help and when it trys to connect me to an agent, again they are receiving high volume of calls and I get no help. My playstation is basically a paper weight right now.
As a gamer, I care about gaming, not quantity of sales, and as a gamer quantity will never beat quality! PS has let "players" down by releasing a lot of mediocre exclusive games that have high sales because there's a drought of platform exclusives.

Answer: At the start it was because my friends talked me into getting it. It has great exclusive games but i really want a pirate like game that they don't have. Policy for like returns where not bad when i first started before they screw over the costumers with the automatic download and no refund for it policy.
