Playstation network is very unsafe for children of all ages nothing but violence and bad language in every game they have I am make it my mission to shut this crap down who will join me in calling and emailing this crazy company and telling them to STOP HARMING OUR KIDS shut them down now

They will ban you for swearing but not stealing. Terrible service who doesn't care about their customers. They don't even let you dispute cases, what a joke.

The agents on the chat room are very rude and they cut the person off. Then you have to wait for another 30 minutes to speak to someone about different issues. This happened several times with me.

Wont return your games, even if they dont work or have no mod support. WILL ban your account if you challenge them at the bank.

Do NOT purchase a PlayStation membership unless you're ABSOLUTEY sure you want to support this crappy company. I have all three major consoles and was recently charged for my PlayStation membership two days ago. I also purchased a slightly discounted annual membership on Christmas Day and was going to use that but PlayStation charged me without warning for my annual renewal. Called them to refund my charge from 2 days ago and they said they couldn't because it's their policy to not refund more than once and they refunded me 5 years ago in 2016. Also, their phone lines were off for Christmas when I tried to call and cancel my membership anyway.

I haven't dealt with such ridiculous customer service in years. I hope they took my credit card info off of their bullsh*t! I want nothing more to do with this company

So I have been with Playstation/Sony for a very long time, but I've been hoping to see more stuff being added in like Xbox where you can change your username for an amount of Microsoft Points, the price for Playstation Plus has increased so much and honestly I think we all want to pay for membership for a much cheaper price, for the Playstation Plus Members I know they are not always satisfied with the monthly games we get and when I see Xbox they get games that would actually entertain a lot of members and in the future I am hoping to see playstation start changing and see much more from them!. So all playststion members can be satisfied.

I would love if I could play games and talk freely but your console won't allow that I really hope y'all all die and never be reborn

I keep getting reported for everything I say in response to a message like the ppl that message me r terrible ppl an txt me bad things but when I respond I'm already banned for something I never even did like PlayStation sucks $#*! stop banning the ppl that r getting harassed an start doin ur job correctly im switching to Xbox there so much better an don't ban ppl jus because

PsNow kept ceasing to work and make me redownload it. They told me I had bought it more than 14 days ago, so no refund possible. PsNow is a month long service

I just want to say sony sucks, no fight night boxing for ps5. What a waste of money on my ps5, no new good games, we are still playing old versions of games, no gta 6,.

Recently everytime I use a headset I get controller lag. I decided to buy a $100 PS headset BELIEVING that a headset from Sony PS would fit better with PS4 and I AM STILL FACING HUGE CONTROLLER LAG every time I use it.

PlayStation direct was so easy I order on Sunday night …. By Tuesday morning I had my PS4 was so fast and my PS4 slim was new and I have nothing bad to say about them and they send it by ups overnight it….

I bought the game to test out, but I didn't like it. So, I called customer support and they gave me a full refund and the game was removed from my Game Library! The best customer support!

2 weeks later I get a call and email from someone name Mathew who works for sony that tells me he heard the racist remarks that were said to me and what made me send him a vulgar language message but the ban would not be lifted. He didnt care about me as a customer and with all the black killings going on it bothered me when spongey_seaman21 said what he said about black people. He then sent me a messages taunting me because he reported me and knew they would ban me. So I sent to sony and he replied nice i only got a warning. Sony supported his racist remarks but banned me for my vulgar comment. So the racist remarks got him a warning but my vulgar language got me banned. He said F all black ppl at least he can be something in this country and sony said they heard that but suspended my account for 30 days. Even after I calmed down and tried to reason with the racist guy. Playstation did not care after looking at the entire convo and using common sense. The said he plays pc and they can do what they want on playstation messages. Im very disappointed in sony because I've been a customer over 20 years... Very disappointed
