For some reason I was suspended, and they will not inform me and why I was suspended. So apparently they don't have a reason.
You literally can't talk to people online without getting banned I am tired of there game being so tight on security let people have fun this is why I am switching to Xbox
I`ve been using the various PS consoles for many years since childhood. Many good games to have fun with. The remarkable ones are the PS exclusives - most of them are really love. Great :)

About three months ago assassin screen three pack was on special I added it to my cart but was not sure I wanted to purchase it and I forgot about it
I saw a new version of Galaga that I wanted to purchase
So I went ahead and purchased the eight dollar game and did not realize that the $175.00
3 pack which was now Off Special and cost $175 for a game I didn't even want was in the cart accidental purchase chat bots phone calls chat bots phone calls well you know the drill no refund I guess PlayStation is going to be this way and sealing the deal for me not to use PlayStation products anymore it is for sale PS five and I will never go back you'll have to learn how to treat your customers for them to do business with you even with AAA games the future is wide open I recommend all PlayStation Sony customers teach Sony a lesson for their failure to listen to their customers goodbye Sony!
I have numerous purchases on my account and playstation threatens to suspend or ban my account for "breaking code of conduct" im assuming it's probably some things I said to some old friends a while ago. It sad that old friends can ban your account because you no longer get along. The internet is an unrated place, yet playstation imposes a rating for children as an adult. The child safety bleeds into adult accounts so watch everything you say and send because it may bite you in the rear-end. The bot in support was no help and never understand my answers to their questions. I could never connect to an actual human agent, I was told less than ten minutes but yet sat for half an hour waiting for them, then the chat closed itself and I was unable to start another support chat, even with a bot. Playstation truly makes me sad, not for the American consumer. I honestly think im going to move onto pc or Xbox say the least. I wasn't going to get myself a ps5 but it was gifted to me. I refuse to buy Sony as it's just a terrible company
Useless playthings! My wife presented me PS4 for B-day. It was interesting during four months. Now I don't even touch it for a long time. Maybe it is just not for me.
I love play with friends, but we like PlayStation 3 more. Because on PlayStation 4 ther is not to many games with spltiscreen. We love play together in games like uncharted 3.
My son bought a zombies pack for call of duty 4 and it will not let him play it I've tried to get ahold of somebody for a week now straight garbage shouldn't take that long to get a refund

Email showed someone from Vietnam hacked my account then they put 2nd stage security in place so I can't access my account and change the password! Can't make contact with anyone at PlayStation just get the usual robot to talk to. DONT BUY PLAYSTATION, DATA NOT SECURE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOESNT EXIST! DONT BUY PLAYSTATION! Amazing console, I wait for PS5 for one year, but now when I get it, I spent all my free time playing. Just love everything about it, games looks unreally

In my childhood I had SEGA Dreamcast and so the happiest child on Earth! At age 26 I bought PS3 and 2 years ago PS4. The reason I choose PS over XBOX, of course, were PS exclusives (Last of Us and God of War) They are simply amazing. Waiting for sequels=) But I would pay a lot of money for a remaster of Skies of Arcadia from Dreamcast - it is the best game ever!
Almost a year my console start freezing and crashing. At least it is under warranty, but you have to go through a process before requesting a repair. I got a usb to save games on but the 256gb turned out to only be a 248.9 and ps4 does not allow you to save games to anything unless it is 250gb plus on storage. So i wasted 30 bucks. Now lets get to refund request. If your game is out right buggy sony/playstation will tell you to contact the company who made the game. Three things can happen, First, company rudely ignores your request never responding, Second being they will tell you that they are improving the performance of the game soon which never gets fixed, Third, they tell you playstation has to give the refund not them, they don't keep track of purchases etc (happened recently to me). Playstation support will not help at all. They could at least get in contract with the company and ask why they are ignoring the costumer etc. Unless playstation is ignoring you or lies to make 14 days past so they don't have to give a refund. But why would they do that? Also i got an email about an auto renew ps plus, but i just checked out settings and the auto renew is not checked.
Other than that i love the games spider man, and red dead. That's why i didn't go below two stars. Just hope the ps5 has a better dashboard and overall better performance. I might come back and give a more positive review if it does.
Way more into the PS Line than Xbox, just better games! The website and PSN are on point too! Never had a bad experience with service or products~
Games are cool and I use it everyday easy to use smooth format unlike the blocky formating of the xbox best system so far in my opinion
The other day I get a vague email from Playstation notifying me that my account is suspended for seven days due to breaking policy when it comes to harassment or vulgarity so out of curiosity, I go to court and then try to get an answer of what exactly did I do so after being on the phone for over 40 minutes the representative gives me no answers I proceed to ask for a manager and conveniently the phone gets hung up. I called the following day same thing on hold for 40 minutes representative can't help and has no answers because that department closed off and nobody can peek into that door I asked to speak to a manager, and yet again the call gets disconnected just got off the phone for the third time. Spoke to another manager but at least this time they didn't hang up on me and all they could tell me is a repetitive. There's nothing we can do to help you and there's no way to find out what exactly you did or said even though, if you spent five minutes on call of duty, half a PlayStation community would be banned yet I that never uses racial slurs or anything homophobic get banned for seven days because in the game of dead by daylight, somebody was upset because I caught him cheating. I've been a PlayStation customer since PS one. They used to be very good with their customer service answering the phones right away resolving issues or clarifying issues now it's we don't have an answer for you now go F*ck yourself and by the way, don't forget to keep on spending money on PlayStation. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on their products games and services and this is how they treat their clients their loyal ones I am seriously considering jumping ship to Xbox or another platform because Playstation is not living up to her type, especially customer service.
Answer: At the start it was because my friends talked me into getting it. It has great exclusive games but i really want a pirate like game that they don't have. Policy for like returns where not bad when i first started before they screw over the costumers with the automatic download and no refund for it policy.
