I tried for over a hour to talk with someone because my account was hacked and the email was changed. And I no longer have access to it.

They have a terrible customer support. They are misleading their customers and taking their money.
They are all thieves.

Shouldve just excepted the Activision Xbox deal. Stop making crap decisions. Would have loved to play Bo2 again. As a playstation owner yall cant get your stuff straight. Cmon playstion.

Bro my account of 3 years I can't sign in thanks to something that's being recommended by the PlayStation when I did it now I can't even go pass it

So stupid that i cant find a PS5 MONTHS after they have ben released. Absolutly outrgous. I just want a ps5 :(

We have been using the PSN for a number of years with our PS3. So at Christmas we decided to get a PS4.

Everything was great and we set everything up with my account. I noticed that there was a product that I had not come across before, Playstation Now.

Sony where offering a 1 month trial of Playstation Now and I thought that I would give it a try. When setting it up everything went fine. Within a few minutes I had an email from them. The email said that they had just charged me £12.99.

I wasn't happy as the offer said that it was free for the first month. I tried to contact Sony but everytime I called them I was put on hold.

I then decided that I would contact my credit card company and explain what had happened with a screenshot showing that it was free.

The bank then did a charge back, due to the evidence that I sent them. They then gave me back my money.

This week I have tried to login to my account over 3 days and could not get on due to problems with Sony's servers.

I searched online yesterday morning and it said that the servers where back up and running again. I got home and went to logon to the PSN and got a message to say that i had been banned!

So gave Sony a call and got through and asked about my account and they said that it was banned dued to a chargeback of £12.99

So where am i now...
I have an account that I can not use because it is banned
Purchased PSN Plus and can't use it
The case has been forwarded to Head office, but they don't know when I will hear back from them, it could be weeks!

Just called them as I have not heard anything back from them for 2 weeks. I was told that I need to pay them £12.99?
And even if I do pay them, It doesn't mean that the ban would be lifted.
On top of this, i'm then told that they may ban my PS4!

I have now been told that I need to just wait to hear from someone...
