I tried four different credit cards with four different portals, all went through as charges to my bank but were denied by their payment risk portal, I'm talking Visa, Amex, and Master Card. Support could only say to set up a cryto account and jump through a bunch of hoops. Wasted two hours trying to give these people my money.

I was able to check on your account, and the reason your orders were denied payment is because the price of the order is too high while several risk flags were found with the nature of the transaction. In order to protect buyers, we cancel and decline payments. BTC is still allowed because the payment structure is vastly different from credit cards. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hassle; your refunds will be automatically processed. If you decide to purchase again, I'm afraid BTC payments are the only way to go.

As with my reply to you on TrustPilot, the reason your case was declined is because our team received insufficient evidence; the screenshots do not incriminate your seller and the email change could have been initiated by anyone — including you. Moreover, we found out that you neve used the 72-hour grace period/inspection time; this is provided to ALL buyers to fully inspect and take ownership of the account, and allows buyers to find flaws and issues with the order. If any disputes are raised during this time, we will require the seller to fix the issue and if no resolution is provided by him/her, you CAN ask for a refund. I'm afraid after only 4 hours, you already accepted the order and it was treated as "successful" by our system.
Under these circumstances, it was only fair for us to decide the case in favor of your seller. Please write back to your ticket thread with us if you have more questions or concerns, Gianluca.

I gave proof of an account being stolen back after I bought it, and was ignored by staff. They are potentially working with people to make money, in an attempt to force people into buying their Buyer insurance

I was able to check on your case; I'm afraid the screenshots you show do not directly incriminate your seller as the one at fault, since the email change could have been initiated by you. There was no statement from the game company that the account was reclaimed or anything.
We also found no insurance on your order and as such, to set your expectations on this, we won't be able to provide a refund but we will still provide support for this. I have now contacted your seller directly to warn him that you're having issues with the account, and I asked him to provide you the account so the dispute can be closed.

I deal with haidi on their site and I've had nothing but a great experience. A+. I'm sure YMMV depending on who you deal with. Also I haven't had an issue yet so I'm not sure what mediation looks like on their site.

Worst experience ever. I buy isk on the site then i have to do a payment verification. They want me to send in my banking info to them so they can see that it came from my bank... then that want to call me after that to get a voice confirmations. But they didn't have the right phone number. I try to change it on my account on there and now they want a gov ID and a picture of me holding it then the corner of the ID block the side of my cheek and they said none of your face can be blocked. What the hell is going on there. Banks don't have this much BS going on. Its been 13 hours and i still haven't got past the payment verification yet. You amount of BS this site put someone though is now worth the time or hassle. I would love to pay a lot more on other sites then have to deal with this stuff again. And the thing is i bought from this this site 4 times before and i still have to go though this!

Person scammed 5 out of 7 last customers and customer support failed to contact the seller so instead of banning him or doing anything about it, they let it go and he made another account and continued scamming people. After almost 2,3 months of talking to support you get an answer that you can't file a dispute on the order because it can be only filed ONCE under same ID even tho it's still the same ticket.
To addition, I didn't even ask for refund because I figured I won't be getting one. I wanted the seller to be suspended or to do ANYTHING about it. Obviously they ignored it and sent me same reply about sending proof of recovery which I already posted.
While this time my transaction is good past transaction in regards to other games is dicey at best. PA will do everything they can to not refund you even if it is their fault so do be careful otherwise they are better then most other places.

I am sorry if you feel this way, but I'd like to point out that we have always made it a point to process payments and refunds according to how disputes turn out, which is also based on evidences we receive. If proof is compelling, we have an ethical obligation to process refunds or payments to the user. We have never held any refund or payment against a user, provided that the same user was able to give us substantial proof or evidence.

I am a loyal customer of many successful orders in the past since 2017. Things changed in mid 2018 when they removed Paypal and forced people to use crypto currency for payment instead.
Fast forward to Aug-Sep 2019, I have tried 100+ attempts buying some game currency/items by Credit cards/Neteller/Skrill/Google Pay but none of it got though their Verification system. I also lost money (withdraw fee and exchange rate difference) when I deposited into Skrill/Neteller account and withdraw later due to failed transactions. They kept defending that "your account information and payment information do not match" and "please use crypto currency like GoCoin", but in fact, this company REFUSE all types of payment and FORCE PEOPLE TO USE CRYPTO-CURRENCY for payment. In other words, this company is telling lies to their customers.
Don't bother with Crypto-currency if you are not an investor as you may lose more money if the currency price drops at the end of the day. I feel very frustrated and upset when dealing with PlayerAuctions now. I don't understand the reasons why they keep pushing GoCoin or crypto-currency in the business, but it's not a good moral practices for a company to treat customers that way.
P.s. I always get refund for every failed transactions (eg: some may get 4-5 days), but I want to have successful orders not refunds. If PlayerAuctions keep behaving this way, both sellers/buyers will leave this site and use other game trading websites. We cannot be your customer if you refuse EVERY TYPES OF PAYMENTS that you list on your website such as VISA, Skrill, etc (list for fun?) literally.
I purchased an OSRS account for $229 as it was fully quested and was sold my a seller I have dealed with in the past. When I attempted to purchase the account with card, I was declined and when I contacted my card company, they said there was nothing stoping me from purchasing from the website. So I decided to pay using gocoin as I had enough in bitcoin to purchase the account. After sending the bitcoin, it still shows that the payment is pending, and the only option it gives is to pay again. The bitcoin already left my wallet and I have the screenshots showing it was sent to their wallet address. I emailed all of this to support and nothing has been done, Only reply I got was to cancel the order. Which I did and I have yet to get my bitcoin back. I have msged support 2 more times with no reply.

Answer: Hello Elaby. Fabricating fake feedback is not "unintentional". The same goes with creating multiple accounts and faking the registration country/location. Disbursements are held for the security of the buyers if the seller is found to have committed several offenses.
