Worst experience ever. I buy isk on the site then i have to do a payment verification. They want me to send in my banking info to them so they can see that it came from my bank... then that want to call me after that to get a voice confirmations. But they didn't have the right phone number. I try to change it on my account on there and now they want a gov ID and a picture of me holding it then the corner of the ID block the side of my cheek and they said none of your face can be blocked. What the hell is going on there. Banks don't have this much BS going on. Its been 13 hours and i still haven't got past the payment verification yet. You amount of BS this site put someone though is now worth the time or hassle. I would love to pay a lot more on other sites then have to deal with this stuff again. And the thing is i bought from this this site 4 times before and i still have to go though this!

Thank you for explaining your issue. This process of verifying payments on the site is actually the norm, and even though accounts were already able to purchase on our site before, we may still go through this in order to completely authenticate payments from said accounts. We completely understand that you may not go through the same with your bank, however, we have an obligation to safeguard your account from any unwanted access and the info we get from you is used to verify payments again in case there are erratic changes with your account.

By doing this, we are able to make sure payments are authenticated by the actual owner. We'd like to assure you that any info we get is used for verification purposes only. It is kept confidentially and professionally, and is NEVER shared outside of PlayerAuctions.
