I bought an account a little over a month ago.
The account was recalled by the original owner. I could see him log into the account to inspect the progress I had made before returning the account to me.
Steam then recalled the account stating I was not the original owner and now I can see that his email is attached to the account yet again.
I bought the insurance for the purchase. I bought the account for $300
PlayerAuction closed my dispute after I provided all of the email traffic and proof he recalled the account and they sided with the seller. Complete joke of a company.
As soon as my account was sold for $150.00, they decided to suspend my account and attempt to make me pay $150.00 fine. Their reasoning was because I offered my discord details to the buyer (After he purchased the account and already had it in his control, everything was complete) Now they're going to get an angry customer because I'm recalling my account and receive no money at all.
STEER FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A WEBSITE BASED IN CHINA.
He reclaimed the runescape a month later and im out 260 bucks I had 2 step on the account and every thing the don't even respond to your messages they just ignore you costumer support is $#*! stay away from this website for account buying

Went to buy from a seller on PlayerAuctions, had to try 6 times before it would actually process the payment and then 5 minutes later I get an e-mail stating the payment failed. According to my bank there is no issue and the payment was processed. So now I have to wait for non-responsive PlayerAuctions to release my funds so I can pay the seller directly and circumvent the circus of a website they have running. From asking around, everyone is saying the same thing. PA only wants BTC these days and has no one on the clock to help you anymore. Used to be a decent site but obviously has went downhill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

TLDR: Due to lack of visa/mc payments which are disabled for UK, had to resort to USDC payment, where the transaction is public and anyone (me/them/yourself) can see the money is already in their account.
I have been using PA for a long while now without problems until recently.
They, for some reason, disabled visa/mastercard payments. (Apparently there is a country filter according do their help pages and I am in UK!)
With the remaining methods I used USDC/coinbase which is available on their system as an ecommerce account. The transaction is confirmed many hours ago but the system still does not show this.
Support says and I am quoting here: "your payment is not capturing by our system due to the payment is not authorizing by Coinbase yet" which is ridiculous, because as anyone who is dealing especially trading with crypto on a commercial level should know there is no such thing as "authorise"
The information is all public, I've sent them the transaction ID's and screenshots, which clearly shows the money is in their account.

They cannot process payments. I had to enter 4 different cards multiple times before I could get them to take one. Then they charged a 6% fee on top of the prices. I tried using skrill but that was a joke they wouldn't process the payment either because the my last name was duplicated no way to change it tried opening a new account wouldn't let me use the card because they said you can only link the card to one account. Couldn't unlink the card because the account wasn't verified, won't verify account because I'm not giving them my social security number. Major pain in the $#*!, then they put the transaction on hold syaing I need to send screenshbot of transaction in my card webpage before they will process the transaction. Been at this for over half an hour still not processed.

I got tagged in a payment verification loop, where I received two or three word replies. I provided all proof required, but they got hung up on a "screen shot" from my banking app, which is blocked for security reasons. On their site they list several ways to verify payment, but refused to accept those. Yup, their right to refuse "my proof". But after 12 emails and 24 hours, way past their advertised 20 min response and resolution, it's my right to cancel the order so the seller may actually get a sale, and to leave a negative review of my very disappointing experience using the player auction platform.

The first time I tried to sell my account there, but the buyer deceived me, I gave him the data from the account, but he canceled the order and the money was returned to him, I wrote to support immediately, but they still haven't answered anything, it's been a month already, because of them I lost $ 300.

PA is like e-bay, people who keep complaining probably purchased from some shitty sellers. I recommend choosing ones with a lot of positive reviews instead of going just for a extremely low price.
Disappointing user experience with this website. I bought an account for 140$, I decided to pay with cryptocurrency to avoid the hassle people seem to be having paying with credit card, etc. as they require you to show ID.
Takes about 20 minutes to pay with crypto which is fine I guess they wait for the transaction to fully clear. The problem is that even after all that my payment went into ''verifying payment'' and it was stuck there. Why the hell does an irreversible crypto transaction stay stuck on verifying payment? I cancelled the order as suggested from their website since I got no email asking further information. I sent them an email but support doesn't respond. I was a customer of theirs since 2003 but today I've decided to not waste anymore time with their support and website. I've spent thousands of dollars on the website on a number of MMOs over the past 15 or so years. Sometime ago, I took a break from all MMOs and didn't use my account. They apparently changed their login system and my account was put in some sort of limbo where they can't fix it. They told me to make a new account with a new email and phone number. After arguing a bit about losing all of my reputation (feedback, like on eBay) I finally conceded and made a new account. Only for that account to trigger something in their system and get suspended (for making multiple accounts). I've fought with them all year in support tickets on this. Finally had someone respond today that seemed like they knew what they were doing and then they handed the ticket back to the original person that I've been dealing with the past year. I asked them to just delete my account entirely at this point and I'd setup a new one. They said they can't do that. I asked them to remove the suspension from the second account THAT THEY ASKED ME TO MAKE. They said they can't do that. Horrible support for an otherwise good site that I've trusted for over 15 years. Time to move on.

I was able to check into order 5390903, and one of the reasons this was ultimately decided in favor of your seller is because you never took advantage of the 72-hour inspection phase before confirming the order. This is when the account credentials should be inspected by the buyer, and as a company we never take part in this and we leave it completely to the buyer.
In the event of an account reclaim or loss, you can show evidence that the credentials worked during the inspection phase, and if it doesn't anymore after the sale, then you can easily show a comparison. Even with insurance bought, we still require users to validate their claim.
