Tried to purchase some currency for classic wow and immediately after, they took my money from my bank account and said "please contact your payment provider for a refund". If these individuals are actually attempting to verify information, they are going so far above and beyond, it's just too much. I was leery even considering sending them a screenshot verifying the transaction. Then they asked for a photo of my credit card. That's just going way too far. Considering all the information I've provided matches in order for the charge to go through, and I provided a screenshot verifying the purchase. It is simply too much. This just represents a significant hassle, and frankly I doubt the legitimacy of this organization. I think it is far more likely that they are attempting to defraud individuals than they are to provide a service. Please do business with someone, anyone else.

I am very sorry for what happened, but as per checking, we can't issue a refund or replacement because no insurance was purchased. And even with insurance, we require buyers to send compelling evidence. In the dispute thread, we did not find any suitable proof that can incriminate your seller as the one at fault, and as such it was closed in his favor.

I recently made a purchase through this company and had no issues at all with them. Make sure to check your email right after completion because they might have a few things they want you to send them to verify you as the buyer. Glad that they did that though, security is not something that should be taken for granted.

I candled my order due to the fact that the website was telling me to pay for what I wanted. After they pulled the money from my bank account which does not make sense for me to pay twice. I still have not received my refund, the directions and "customer support" is completely useless. Please help!

They suspended my account right after I register because they claim me "already have an account" and what they call "security reasons".
When I try to argue with them, the response I got is "PlayerAuctions may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account at any time".
Customer Service is doing an "excellent" job, it feels like talking to a robot instead of a human, it's really very bad experience.
