Tried to purchase some currency for classic wow and immediately after, they took my money from my bank account and said "please contact your payment provider for a refund". Either give me my money back or deliver the currency I paid for. Oh and a screenshot so people can see that I'm not full of bs.

Your payment was declined because you had an incomplete name entry in the information page. We need customer information to be complete so we can validate your payment as the one you legally own — this is for security reasons. The name should also match the name in your payment account.
