Scammers! They will allow you to register on their site, let you selling and then ban you when you have money on the web and you can't do anything because user agreenment allows them to do it. ( Binding no explanation needed and it's legal) There's basically nothing you can do against it
Every thins is ok now and the site managment they did the needfuk to make my order completed and buying fortnite account
Thank you very much for kindly confirming your order with us, Amjad. Hope you enjoy your new Fortnite account and if you need anything, please let us know anytime.
I got scammed. I purchased an account and the seller did not deliver, i then tried to file a dispute but for some reason they sided with the seller even though he had no proof i then tried contacting the support team where they proceded to ignore me. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED
Hi Jhon,
We have now frozen your seller's disbursement—you are not scammed and rest assured, our agents are focusing on the case.
The reason the earlier dispute process closed in favor of the seller is because there was insufficient evidence from your side. We would like to ask you now to please reply back to our agents with compelling evidence. Please note that we can still reverse the decision and you can still get a refund for this. Thank you for your time.

Richard
After negative review this was resolved very quickly.
This is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have dealt with ever. I politely have exchanged emails with these people for the last four days and have received the same form response over and over. It is mind boggling that a company cannot simply have a conversation without replying with form emails continuously. Why call it customer service if you are just sending form replies?
My 14 yo tried to buy an account so he registered on their site (no age verification to register an account which is silly if you have a policy regarding minimum age to purchase). We jumped through their hoops to put all the pictures and selfies required to purchase through them. He was then informed that since he was only 14 he couldnt use their site. Fine. So I created an account in my name. Attempted to buy an account and my account was suspended 10 minutes after creation. After repeated attempts at figuring out why, their customer service reps (all four that we have dealt with) simply respond to every question with a form email, sometimes taking days to do so. Their form email simply reminds me that they have the right to terminate an account for any reason they feel like and I am out of luck. Overall, I would stay as far away as I could as if you have a problem the abundant negative reviews concerning customer service should be a red flag about what to expect!
Hi Zayne,
Richard here from the other site; thank you so much for the patience you've extended with this, I am truly sorry again as the confusion is with us, not you. Your account is ready to go and once again, many thanks for your time on the matter.
Best regards,
Richard
I have purchased from them many times. HOWEVER, Lately they started asking for photos of my license. My card. My bank info. Which I even did that. Then after they "verified" my payment they suspended my account and never gave me what I paid for. Its now been 2 weeks since I made the purchase and still no refund. Every attempt I have made to them about my issues just gets blown off and I get told I need to send all my information again. Better run people they want that information for a reason beyond them saying it's to "protect from fraud". And I'm sure I'll get an automated response to this as well lol what a joke company.
Hi Eric,
I understand your enthusiasm to purchase again on the site; we appreciate that. However, there were fraud flags raised with your latest purchase and I'm sorry, we cannot accept your payments. This is not an automated reply, and this is a reply specific to you Eric. None of your money and information were taken. All failed payments will be refunded back to you in full.

Richard
Dont trust buying from this place. They ask you to give them a picture of your credit card and claim for verify purposes. After canceling your order it will take a week to get your money back as they charge your card before the fact. Never again…
Hello Vic,
The verification process is our standard anti-fraud security measure. Especially in your case, our system logged 2 different real names on the account so we had to verify you. The order was canceled by you, not us - just to clarify. On your ticket, you asked where's your refund, to which our agent already replied:
"Thank you for your email regarding refund time. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days; however, in rare cases it can take up to 5 business days for your account to receive the funds."
As for the charge, this amount of money is only put on reserved status and is not received by merchants yet (in this case, us, PlayerAuctions). We can only receive the money if the purchase was authorized and only after 7+ business days. We are not the ones who will refund you but your payment processor, since they need to reverse the funds and authorize it back to your account.
You do not have to "fight back" for your money. Refunds are automatically done by banks and payment processors.
Regards,
Richard
When my orders actually go through it's a grand time, sellers are quick and personable, but the times that actually happens is few and far between because PA loves to lock your account and make you do 500 verification steps to prove you're really you, EACH AND EVERY $#*!ING TIME. I've taken so many selfies for these people and it's never enough, I'm over it. They've forced me into a terrible experience over something that was meant to be quick and fun.
Hi Liam,
I am very sorry for the inconvenience you had; I appreciate that in spite of that, you continued to try purchasing and made succeeding payments work.
I was able to check and the reason you got asked to verify again is because you changed payment accounts. You previously used your card, then on other payments you used Google Pay. We perform a new verification for every payment method used. In the case of cards, once a credit card is verified, it is good to go for the next orders and verification won't be needed again. Google Pay may require several verification processes because Google "masks" your credit card number by giving merchants like us a new card number for every transaction. My recommendation is to use the card you already verified with us so you won't need to verify again.
Again, my apologies about this. Thank you for appreciating the site's services, Liam.

Richard
Was able to play fine for like 7 months when all of a sudden I had no access to the Fortnite account I bought. No access to the account or the email I was provided. I submitted an "account was reclaimed GAR dispute" and posted the evidence with the screenshots. Playerauctions replied stating if the seller didn't respond within 72 hours, the dispute would escalate. 3 days later I get an email saying playerauctions had reached a verdict. I follow the link to find the message "The PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee has completed its impartial review of the reported dispute and found in favor of vukoluca154's demands." So no refund! I had all the evidence and the seller didn't have to say a word. Looks really bad on playerauctions, I don't think it's crazy to say they might even be part of the scam. I even bought "buyer's protection" which doesn't protect anything apparently. I will NEVER order from this website again for anything.
Hi Brandon,
I'm sorry but the evidence you sent is insufficient. We need to establish that the seller took away your account and that is what your evidence should show. One way you can do this is by acquiring a screenshot of correspondence from the game company, informing you that the account was returned to the original owner or was taken back by them. You bought protection and you still have 110 days on it — you may still reopen the case and send compelling evidence during that. Our doors remain open.

Richard
I read a lot of reviews here, but they weren't convincing but after a lot of personal verification, everything went well.
First time is was skeptical, why i need to give out a lot of information but it really the only good way to prevent frauds.
The verification process was little bit to long but in my opinion.
The seller was nice and helpfull, this was my fist time useing this site and im quite positive ab it.
Hello Benke,
Thank you very much, this is very kind and we are grateful for your trust and understanding. It's imperative that we are able to protect payment accounts from possible unauthorized use and that will always come first before our earnings. Thanks again and I hope you enjoy the order!
Regards,
Richard
Many people believe this isn't trust worthy for buyers, but I experienced how it isn't trust worthy for sellers either. Buyers will just buy the account and submit a dispute a few days later after gaining full access to the account. Playerauction will 95% of the time side with the buyer and make you refund them and will do nothing in their power to get your account back. So you will be out your account and money and on-top of that player action has the audacity to charge you a 35 dollar fee for losing the case. Do avoid this site at all cost!
Hi Al,
The buyer was able to prove that he was left unassisted with his issue about the account. Please note that we always require sellers to assist buyers when a report is made. As for the account, you should be able to recover it with your recovery info; if not, then it most likely means you have incomplete information about it and that is going to cause trouble down the line even if you complete the order. Accounts are generally required to be recoverable so that if anything happens, you can protect yourself as a seller by showing our team proof that you recovered the account involved for the buyer anytime the buyer reports the account to be lost.

Richard
Some things on here you can buy "instantly"... dont listen. You will need to send them an email of ALL your information. Card, bank, ID. I only spent $40 too haha, and they ask for your life story. All this was supposed to be instant, took 30mins and I did it pretty fast. Go to another site that sells
Hi Brett,
We offer "Instant Delivery" but not instant processing. We perform this procedure to avoid fraud and theft, so we have to verify the person's ownership of the payment account being used. I'm sorry if you had inconveniences with this. In case you decide to purchase again, we offer PayDo and Coinbase as alternatives that do not require verification. Kindly let me know if you have further concerns that I can help with, Brett.
Regards,
Richard
The website has a perfect layout. Anything you need is easily accessible, cheap, and fast! As soon as my payment hit, I received an email with the details. Will be using again. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the detailed and kind review! You're definitely welcome and we hope you enjoy your order, Asa.
Bad feeling from first moment. Went through KYC process like a medium size company, great service when needed to take my money and then needed to chase unsuccessfully the account i purchased who was not delivered. 4 days - numerous emails and messages to both playerauctions and seller with no results. When they need your money, they answer on the spot, when you write them you havnt received what you purchased for 4 days now, they ask you to contact seller who doesn't bother to reply. Shame on this site.
Hi Yoav,
The transaction process is entirely between the buyer (you) and the seller. If the seller is unresponsive, that is what the dispute system is for so you can be able to ask for refund. PlayerAuctions is not involved with the seller's delivery time and response timing, but we provide you, as a buyer, the opportunity to ask for a refund in case the order gets stalled. It's also not true that 4 days lapsed. Right after you mentioned this order, our agent replied after 2 minutes.
Regards,
Richard
I ordered an account from here was given all login details accept the email access to the account (most critical information) i have lodged a refund dispute but have to wait for seller to respond to dispute which they still have 72 hours time to reply before a refund will be automatically processed (in hope). A very poor experience, I put through a support ticket and still haven't received a response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!
Hello Tazzar,
Your issue is with the seller and the fact that we have a dispute system means the site is doing its intended function of assisting you. All orders have 72 hours before they close and this is where you can ask for the account information to be able to secure it. Please continue communicating on your dispute channel so this may be resolved.
Regards,
Richard
So, If this Website fixes this Problem it's gonna geht 5 Stars because the Service right now is AWFUL. I paid my Money with my Bank Account, after a few Seconds it says that the payment failed. BUT they didn't refund that... So i Messaged the Support who Said that i will get my refund in 14days... 3 Werks over and No answer and especially no refund... Thx support
The Problem Got solved and They refunded my Money... All good thx
Hi Soren,
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. I messaged you back on ticket 1008357 to let you know this has been handled. Please note that the delay is not with PlayerAuctions but with the payment processor you used for this order. As you can see in the screenshot we sent you in the ticket, the refund was already processed a few weeks back. We hope you could resolve the rating since it's not with PlayerAuctions and we've also resolved this now.
Please let me know if you need further assistance and if there's anything else we missed.
Best regards,
Richard
Just wonderful. Declines all of my payment methods, unless I pay the the lord almighty coinbase.
Trying to buy a $20 account and bought it 3 times using different methods. It's hard since every other service is a scam, I've been looking for an account for 3 hours. I don't understand why they ask for so much security, I know so many people would use this if it wasn't strict. I also have to wait 2 - 22 days for the $60 to get back in my account. It took me 2 - 22 seconds to spend $60.
Hi Jordan,
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience; upon checking, I found out your payment was being declined since the real name and address between your PlayerAuctions and payment accounts are mismatched (either one of the two or both). If you'd like, I can change your real name. Just send me a private message (DO NOT post your name publicly for your privacy) and to provide proof that you own the account, just tell me your:
- Username
- Email on the account
- Current name
- Name you wish it to be changed to (which should be the same as your payment account)
The address can be freely changed anytime by you.
Coinbase was suggested because it's a stored wallet and we no longer need to check for name/address discrepancies.
Best regards,
Richard
Tried buying some in-game supplies from a seller but I was notified I need to provide personal ID before they would confirm my payment. This includes 4 steps, of showing real life photo ID, screenshot of banking app, photo of you with your ID and other extremely dangerous info to give out.
This was for a total of $43.
Last year I bought something on this same sight for $63 with zero need for this type of privacy breach.
Imaging having to do this for Walmart, Amazon, Target, eBay, etc. Absolutely ridiculous.
Hi Nicholas,
I'm very sorry if you didn't like this; buyers are always given the choice to send these or not. If they don't want to proceed, the order may be canceled anytime for a full refund. If you were charged twice, it means the Pay Now button was clicked twice or the page was refreshed. Kindly note that no merchant can't charge you without your authorization be it via a button or page submission. These will be automatically refunded back to you in full after a few days.
The reason we ask for these documents is to secure the payment process and avoid fraud. This aims to protect the payment account owner from fraud or unauthorized use. We function differently: we do not directly sell. Buyers on our site buy from sellers; users who are just like you. To protect their disbursements, to protect the site from fraud transactions, and again, to protect the payment account owner, we verify payments first — after that, the payment account is good to go without needing to verify again.
Hope this explains it, Nicholas. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Regards,
Richard
I made a purchase of over $53 and they asked me for verification through email. Eventually, I cancelled the order because I didn't want to go through the hassle of censoring all my ID and taking a picture, plus it would elongate the wait time to receive my order. When I checked my bank account to ensure no money was taken, they had taken my money and it was FOUR TIMES the actual amount of the order so I didn't receive the purchase and I was charged excessively.
Emailed customer support for a refund that they did not answer to and they still have have not given me any refund. Very poor customer service, huge scam, never buying here again. I DO NOT recommend.
Hi Josh,
I'm very sorry but the refund duration is not with us. I empathize with the situation but it's incorrect and unfair to put the refund delay on us since banks and cards need time to process the refund back to the card/account holder. This should be 7+ business days; by the time the money is sent back to you, the "scam" remark would no longer be absolutely true.
Multiple charges that happen may be due to clicking "Pay Now" more than once, opening parts of the website on a new tab, or simply just refreshing the payment page or reopening it again. PlayerAuctions cannot charge you more than once other than the amount of clicks initiated on the site — no online merchant can do this. It's how online payments have always worked.
I'm sorry for the hassle again; you will receive the money back soon.
Sincerely,
Richard
Payment verification sounds nice until they ask you for stuff you cannot provide, e.g. a screenshot from your bank account showing the withdrawal.
Let me explain... My credit card company in Austria is not a bank, its PayLife. This would not be an issue, buth their website does not provide realtime expense view for your credit card. The list of expenses is always 2 days behind.
The only thing i get as a customer in REALTIME is a SMS stating the amount and the curstomer paid to.
OF COURSE playerauctions does not accept this as verification.
And of course they dont recognize a goverment issued ecard as identiy verification. Well ok for that i sent them again a photo of my passport.
Oh yeah and each answer of them asking for the next tiny bit of information they require takes around 30 minutes...
So i wasted around 90 minutes for nothing.
I am really curious how long they will take to refund me for the cancelled order.
I CANNOT recommend this website at all as for the stupid customer service they have.
It might work for people in the US though. Too bad for the rest of the world...
Hi Alexander,
I am sincerely sorry for the issue you had. I will be bringing this incident up with their supervisor to let them know what happened.
Rest assured, we won't be asking for your payment receipt next time and anything that you already sent us that was approved will carry over on the next order — in case you wish to purchase again. Once again, I am incredibly sorry for the inconvenience you had.
Sincerely,
Richard
Answer: You don't want to buy from them.
Answer: Just don't use their service. Trust me, you will save a lot of your nerves and time if you don't.
Answer: How to get started. Click the URL bar and type anything other than your terrible website. Unless you want to be scammed to lose time and money, in which case go ahead and continue using playerauctions.com.
Answer: You got scammed! So did I. PlayerAuctions is nothing but a SCAM!
Answer: Maybe this will help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playerauctions Regardless they have terrible Customer Service. Their english is not proficient to be doing business in the US and their work ethic is just terrible. It's a shame that they show the stereotypical greed of chinese who just does it for money and doesn't care what gets in the way and cuts too many corners to be acceptable to be called "The world’s safest player to player trading marketplace for WOW Gold, Runescape Gold, Guild Wars 2 Gold, ArcheAge Gold, CS: GO items and much more."
Answer: Don't do business with this company, they stole my money after my account was recovered merely a month later -- I'll be reporting them to the BBB after tonight.
Answer: Hello Mikael. Could you please try accessing the site again on a different browser? It might have just been a temporary website server issue, and this might be sorted out already. If you continue to have problems with this, please take a screenshot of where there seems to be an issue, then send it along with your username to support@playerauctions.com.
Answer: Absolutely. As a buyer, your payment is secure with us and will not be released to the seller until you click confirm on our website, once you have decided that the item/gold/account that you bought is good and complete. If you find any problems with the sale, you may dispute it and if the sale you received is not as described, you will be issued a refund. As a seller, your payment will be released once buyer is satisfied with the sale, and this guarantees that you will receive payment as opposed to transacting blindly on the internet with someone you don't know. In the case of disputes, if you've proven that you were able to deliver the sale successfully and as described, you will get the payment. Please note that we enact the User Assumption of Risk as stated in the front page of our website, in that we cannot guarantee that all trades will be free from risks. However, by carefully securing your order and being wary of scamming attempts, together with our team's efforts to secure an order, this can be thoroughly mitigated. I can elaborate more if you'd like, just post another question, Sabrina.
Answer: They will make sure you don't get refunded. Be sure of that. There sites a massive scammed just Google them...
Answer: Hello Elaby. Fabricating fake feedback is not "unintentional". The same goes with creating multiple accounts and faking the registration country/location. Disbursements are held for the security of the buyers if the seller is found to have committed several offenses.
Thanks a lot for the awesome review, Ilya. Hope you enjoy your new stock of UEC! Happy gaming. :)
