Site Legit, sellers not

The site provides no actual protection from scammers and their way of helping you is to send the proof that you provide to the seller and ask them if it is true. There may be legit transfers from this site but the first one I went for was a scam and the company did nothing to help.

MAJOR SCAM DO NOT TRUST
November 5, 2017

Purchased my League of Legends account and after one month the seller took it back and changed everything so I now do not have a League account to play on. I ask them for help and they give the most automated response ever of just asking Riot Support for who currently is in control of the account. Riot said they can't give me that information unless I have the background history information of the account in which I do not, only the seller of playerauctions does but playerauctions told me they can only help me if I ask Riot to confirm who is in posession of the account. They are also SUPER SLOW AT REPLYING DO NOT TRUST.

Very good

Really good service and customer support. I got my accounts fast and easy. They were able to answer my support requests when my account got suspended and within hours or a day they were able to get back to me and they helped me with my problem. Selling is no problem either it's easy to create offers and its safe.

Really fast and good site for buying accounts, this is like 3rd account im buying and all of those were sent to me really fast, but the first acc i bought had 46 skins instead of 117 so i contacted support and they didn't do anything about it, maybe ill get my money back.

So after more than a week of message done with the support via sitejabber (thank you Richard from playerauctions support), and no support what so ever from the website, playerauctions are refusing to re-activate my account unless i provide the below:

For us to reinstate your account, kindly provide the following requirements:

1) A digital copy or photo of your government-issued ID such as your drivers license or passport. Make sure that the photo is clear and not cropped.
2) A copy of your billing statement showing your new address. It shouldnt be folded and we need to see the whole page. You can send a PDF copy of your billing statement if you are using the paperless option.
3) A photo of yourself holding your ID. Please do not cover your face and the ID should be clear enough to read.

Also, please fill out the information below:

A. Full Name
B. Address
C. Phone Number

My order is still "processing" because my payment needs to be verified even though I paid 7 hours ago, and i wouldn't normally be upset about something like this and I didn't expect to get my account immediately, but if I hadn't been told that it takes on average, one hour to complete I wouldn't be quite as agitated as I am now.

Couldnt even sign up for an account, tried using several friends phones to receive the SMS and it would never send... Pretty sure this site just exists to get your email/info. I go to contact support and no help, but i see they are busy replying to peoples reviews instead XD

%100 Scam!

Okay so, I have found the cheapest pubg in here, which is 21$. And the I paid for it and I added the ICQ number in the product description. He did not want to sell me pubg but I was already paid! When I ask for refund to playerauction, they said you have to wait 3 days! Its true! 3 DAYs! So simply, this company create cheap products, and then ppl pay for it. With that way, they are keeping money in their hand for 3 days. %100 Scam

+ I have sent them 3 tickets and they DID NOT ANSWER FOR 2 DAYS! AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE 7/24 SUPPORT LOL

I did not cancel my order just because of I want, I cancelled it because seller did not deliver cd key in promissed time.

I'm terribly sorry for the trouble you experienced with purchasing a key. Our team was able to respond efficiently, and the order was closed with your cancellation. However, since the order transpired just this Saturday, then the refund amount had to be processed on the first business day, since we only release payments and refunds on business days to coincide with how most banks are open during those. Scared But Satisfied

I ordered a case key and did not get it, 2 days later I contacted the seller hoping for a reason for why I did not get a trade request. The seller told me that it was the automatic trade bot system, which did not seem like it was. I contacted PlayerAuctions, and they wanted me to verify some stuff. I was confused on what to do. They said show us proof to make sure I was not lying and actually did not get any trade offers. After that one day later they sent me a trade offer and I was ready to go!

Conclusion: Do I think player auctions are scammers? No. However, I do think that you should be skeptical about buying accounts although, since a lot of reviews are saying that they got reclaimed wich, would be the seller's fault, not player auctions.

Horrible refund process

I made an order and the agents weren't happy with my paypal information. After hassling between 20 emails, they finally cancel my order. However there is still a paypal authorization they won't remove, I've explained to them it's their end, but they keep telling me to wait 5 days.

As soon as the transactions went through, my account was immediately locked

I don't know how trustworthy these guys are but I'd really like my money

Update:
There was a minor hiccup on my side. I didn't realise I had a duplicate account. All matters resolved and I have made a proper purchase with these guys. Quick and easy.
