I bought a league of legends account from PlayerAuctions and the account was reclaimed a week after i bought it because i didn't buy an extra guarantee, what kind of * scammy website is this? You claim that in order to file a dispute, i need to have proof from the game developers that someone reclaimed my account, except the developers will not divulge that information unless i can prove that i am the original creator of the account, which clearly i cannot since PlayerAuctions is the only one with that information, so this website is intentionally making it impossible for me to even file a dispute. All riot will even tell me is that unless i can prove i am the original creator, i cannot "recover the account". The worst part is in additions to the week's worth of time that i spent on this account ranking it up, i spent an additional $20 to buy rp on this account and now that's gone too because scammers thrive on this website and know they can get away with it. What kind of * is this? Is player auctions ever going to respond to my several emails? Probably not!

I don't usually sell items, I usually buy. I always have a good experience when buying items but I decided to sell one item and it has been awful. I tried to change my disbursement email because I can't get access to my old paypal account, I've sent so many emails but they all seem to say the exact same thing which isn't helpful what so ever. I still need to get paid for the item and it has been weeks. Extremely annoying.
It should be so easy to change your disbursement email but instead, they make it so difficult.

Brought a wow account and paid extra for buyer protection 2 days later the account was reclaimed, i got in touch with blizzard who sent me an email saying the account had been reclaimed. I forwarded this to player auctions thinking that was pretty much me covered but no i just kept getting emails asking me to prove the account had been reclaimed.

Following our live chat I checked and the account that previously had the email xxxxxx was claimed and returned to its original owner and its active, if you paid money for this account and services on it please contact your payment provider and ask for a chargeback of your money.

For the love of god, only use a payment method (ex. Paypal) that has BUYER PROTECTION. The website claims to have 100% money back guarantees etc but it is an insanely stressful process to go through if you want any type of refund.
Awhile back I bought a Pokemon Go account which didn't work and was deleted by the game staff when I tried to use it. The seller wanted to give me another account to use but I didn't want to risk wasting my time if the account was just going to get deleted again, so I decided to ask for a refund which the seller refused. This ended up being a month long back and forth process since the dispute process with "PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee" is about as useful as a broken condom! No buyer protection! I had to open a separate dispute with Paypal, and it wasn't until I escalated my claim on Paypal did Playerauctions finally refund my money. So long story short, if you're going to buy ANYTHING on this site, I would highly recommend to use PAYPAL ONLY.

During the dispute process I felt like I had very little support and communication and it seemed like I was left with a "take it or leave it" response from Playerauctions when I indicated I did not want a replacement. Since I hadn't received a refund until AFTER I escalated my dispute, yeah I think Paypal did have some influence here, and in my honest opinion, if I didn't escalate the dispute I would have never received my refund from Playerauctions.

I bought an Account for about 30 Dollar and neither did I recieve the data nor did they refund my money even though I asked for a refund at least 3 times.
The excuse of my Account being banned because i didn´t register with a valid phone number prevents me from taken care of my business myself, therefore I can´t do anything but advise you to KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I bought an LoL account in april. After 3 months it got reclaimed by the original owner or the person who stole the account and sold it to me.
The Playerauctions site acknowledged that the account got reclaimed. They e-mailed me about taking further action for it. I had e-mailed them originally and received no response for 3 weeks. Then I got an official e-mail asking me if I thought my account had been reclaimed. (duh)
Really unimpressed with what they offered as customer support. All they tried to do was asking me questions like "Did you ever share your login info with anyone. Did you ever say it in chat." "Did you contact the original seller" (I did but of course I haven't received a response from them either.)
They basically e-mailed me 3 times asking me to prove my account hadd been reclaimed and then said if you don't have proof in 72 hours your case will be closed. They're a joke.
