They dont let you get your item before 6 hours. I waited 6 hours before i just contacted customer help and they corrected their system. Either its that long of a wait time, or people working on playerauctions are just really lazy / bad. Would not recommend.
If you dont buy a insurrance per trade which costs for example for an 25$ purchase like 7$ extra, then they don't help you if you got scammed by a seller on their site.
No help at all, you totally rely on the seller.
And paying 30-25% of the total price as an additional insurrance is bull$#*!.

After complaining to their support, they did nothing. After writing a review here the reviewed the case and they gave me a Promocode for their site so I could buy another item for nearly the same amount. I only fear that that account will have the same problem in some weeks. Lets see.

Been at it for over two weeks now trying to be paid through PayPal. Same story. A carbon copy response that the payment was declined. And you won't be informed of this unless you actually open a ticket and ask.
I checked my Paypal account. I've contacted Paypal. The account is fine. And there is NO indication of an attempted payment from PlayerAuctions.
So now, I've setup an account with Skrill to try getting paid through them. Player Auctions may be an okay place to purchase goods and services. But I will definitely avoid using it as a seller.

So yesterday i have spent $10 to buy platinum for warframe accounts, in the next 2 days my platinum that i have paid was refunded, and i was left with a ban in warframe saying that now ill have to payback that platinum which costs $40, do not trust playerauctions in any way, the most reviews are before people being scammed, everything on this website is a scam. I sent in a report with all the evidence, the pictures showing what happend, i legit have all the proof, when i wanted to go back to my order history i was unable to go back to my orders and see if i got my money back. Its ridiculous do not trust this site please. You will regret if you're willing to buy anything from this website.

Simply put, the product is good, but the support service is the worst I have ever used. They ignore you, refuse to answer questions, don't trust their customers at all and treat a $10 dollar purchase like you are buying house. Stay away, terrible system. Having a 3rd party when dealing in the virtual buying and selling marketplace really makes the experience so much better. They have a reasonable price for their service and I haven't had any problems with the site at all in the 4 years I've been dealing in Virtual Accounts.

I had to contact support due to outdated account info, everything was resolved in 3 e-mails and 1 phone call (please work on your call quality I could hardly understand what a person from support was telling me). As for site itself they charge a bit too high comission in my opinion, and there should be some e-mail notification when offer is bought but before payment (scared me a bit when I couldn't find my offer and it was reserved due to being before payment) overall 4/5 is a fair rating.

I have been using it for months and no complaint. There is a slight issue with the dealers selling the goods on the site because of time differences.
No matter how many times I think that buying an account from this site will work, I always get scammed. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges and have never lost with this site, because they are not a trusted seller. I would not recommend using it.

No matter how many time i provide my "payment receipt" i get told to submit it even though i follow their request each time! I don't know how many time i have to give them my paypal screenshot with the exact page of what they want but this is ridiculous. Went to PlayerAuctions Help Center to see if i could get any help, but they only redirect me back to the email support telling me to follow their request even though i did not even get another email back from the email support after my last reply and i told them the issue.

This site is amazing, fast delivery with "instant delivery" feature. Its so difficult to sell my item to different country cause the time difference. Buy with instant delivery i can relax while someone buying my account. But there is some bug like when i want to create an offer, a fill all the detail and when i'm done, click create, it all blank and i have to refill all the detail again. Its lil bit annoying. Hope PA can fix the bug^_^

I had my Old school runescape account recovered after 4 months and i gave evidence and provided pictures! On top of this, 3 other buyers from that seller reported their account got recovered as well. The seller said nothing in response so I'm thinking "hey I should receive a refund since I gave proof and the seller didnt even respond.
