I can tell you it is a "fixed" website. If you are not one of their favourite players they will screw you and would even make up reasons to do whatever they want. Also, I believe the customer service reps do not know to communicate properly in English.
If you must play on this site, play for free, do not waste your money.
Maybe you have to suck up to the admins to be in their good graces or they can have you banned. And the prize drawings are not random at all, it always depends on how your profile look and if they like your pics or feel sorry for you in some way. Dumb site!

I have had no problem at all since joining this site. Yes, there are problems whenever there is a Java update but besides that I have had no issues at all and I have been using it on and off for around 10 years.

Re: people complaining about being banned - I haven't heard of this so much since the forums were 'dropped' and when I have seen people banned there has always been justification (in fact I would probably have banned them sooner).

As for the favouritism accusations, people who visit the site regularly get to know each other and will chat to each other. If you don't like it either a) don't have chat on or b) visit more often and get to know them.

VIP membership costs me all of £5 a month - approx. 16p per day. Hardly breaking the bank!

Awful admins and higher staff that knit together to bully users and have no respect for peoples feelings. As all other review sites contain mostly if all bad and negative feedback about this site and from my own experiences i tend to go with the majority (complaintsboard.com, sitejabber and many more.
Any negative feedback is often referred and passed off as users with a grudge, When it seems there is a pattern of complaint of cyber bullying admins that have the support of the companies Aicha Batlak who actively prevents letting it be taken any further, And they rarely have supported screenshots to back up the allegations/reasons behind their bans.
Enjoy the games but avoid the staff or at your own peril.

They have alot of fun single player or multiplayer games including tournament game. So when u need a break or time to kill try this site. U use tokens to try and win prizes. My only bad experience on this site was when i got banned for a day i think because they said i had two games opened at once. Though at the time i was only playing one for weeks trying to get my medals(the game chat was tripping too on that day). So that was a mix up that i got wrong dealed. So i dont try for prizes anymore i just play. They seem to be adding new games every couple months too. Have fun

I was banned last week cause I spoke to a admin about a tv programme and they said I was racist and it wasnt at all I think the website needs to be shut down the admins are really bad specially that carrom and nelly05 who do they think they are hiding behind a pc bet they wouldnt tell anyone in real you win all these tokens you dont win any prizes its fixed and corrupted. Ive read all the other comments and they are right in everything other users are up there arses kissing them I would never ever join this site ever again I hope they do get found out and the site gets closed down for good that carrom prob sits on his arse allday banning people thats all he can do love to meet the guy hes prob some loner sat on a pc hes a wanker they all full of $#*! makes me mad that they ban you for 1 little thing

I was previously admin, but was dropped as i was not trained v well, the admins are up each others bums, and if you are not interested in the head amins radio station then basically you are screwed. I can honestly say the site is not fixed, but the members who pay for membership will win more games. There is a huge list of banned people, some for bullying or inappropriate behaviour whether it be language or sexual talk, however i did find that 3 admin memebrs, each would gang up on players. It seems to me if your face dont fit then you are ulimately screwed, i left site and closed down my profile. I will never return, i was screwe over, and discussed with other players, bad site bad admin, the site developers are also bad.

Admins are really horrible CARROMEXPERT is the worst, and he should be ashamed of himself, I dont how its even legal to pay someone for just being sly and vindictive and paid to bully people, he thinks hes all that when in real life hes a low life wannabe that loves himself, I have had loads of problems with him and other admin, they took my money then banned me for nothing just for complaining and trying to make a complaint about abuse of power and threatening mail from admin. This company need to get rid of all them and start a fresh and bring in younger more reputable people.

I was banned off this site for no reason and when asked for screen shoot evidense of what id done nothing warranted me a life ban. I have seen alot of abuse an been harrassed by one of there admins carromexpert.he was not only happy getting me life banned of there he has followed me to my other site woohoo bingo.com which i have been a member for 7 mths with no bans.he came there harassed me n tried to get me banned it backfired he got banned.is that a good person to be admin on a family site where children as young as 5 can play. Think they need to get there priorities right somewhere. Please all u good parents out there keep ur children away he behaves much worse than i have seen children play up on there xxxxxx

Playand win web site is a fix and con i have paid 75 pound vip for this siteand all it dose is boot u of all the time when u in a middle of game i complained to this site and they keep saying it java and fault when it not they are refusing to give me my money bk and if u wining sumone one in game they boot you so they win i think this the worse site and when you get booted lose rating i know it not java as i able to play on other site and also there soupose to be a chat room in the game room but chat don't apper on my game as it won't load the chat room and i have complained lots time and u just get the same answers over and over i have vip till oct next year and i have asked 4 the money bk as i can not play without geting booted and they refuse do not play on this site worse site i een on
