16 May>>I recently checked my emails and found I had recieved one from Aitcha Batlak at Playandwin informing me quite simply that I was no longer welcome on the site, this was after a simple email back in April asking for my ban to be lifted as they had banned me by mistake when I was staying at my sister in laws and had thought she had made multiple names. They have anyone who appears on her I. P address banned even though they haven't blocked her actual ip, but they monitor and hound and then ban anyone who creates a name on her i. P inc her disabled daughter and autistic teen son (disgusted).
My sister has a new broadband provider and new I. P and can play games on the site quietly without trouble but what an awful ridiculous situation for her (Julie. M atwa32)).,
To further add today the 19th of May, Aicha Batlak followed her onto a complaints board forum and attempted to discredit her and demand the site remove the names of the staff she named even though she did not give any geographical location of them or descriptions of what they look like (just names for reference purposes relating to her complaint). June 24 I left a similar review on trust pilot for this company and had doubts it would stay published as it has an affiliation with them and they coincidently only have positive reviews unlike all other review sites online that show many disgruntled playandwin users, sure enough I checked this morning and they have pulled my review as playandwin have claimed I'm a troll (classic excuse).
To add further they told trustpilot (the fixed review site) that i was a problem for their site with innapropriate behaviour towards their staff and not only am i gobsmacked that a company can tell such a blatant lie, i know they will never back it up because it isnt true, i was on the site less than a day before they banned me for creating my account while at my sister inlaws who was banned.
The bully admin carromexpert Rob Youngs only coversation with me back in april before he banned me was to laugh and say he thought my sister in law was obsessed with him, thats disgusting she is happily married with 3 disabled children and the site had been a near on 10 year lifeline for her as she cant get out often and is now ill herself.
And now beacuse she is taking a back seat they are targetting me.
