People are confuse what is all about PissedConsumer. They are not BBB. Is fair enough they allow people to post they own experience and others to view those comments to be aware of bad business practices who can impact tremendously negatively they life. People should still complaint to proper channels like FTC, BBB, attorneys general etc. most important to FTC for they can take proper action against those businesses, like for example ORBITZ, EXPEDIA, all this third party, which betray consumers very badly

Pissed Consumer is a useful site for posting your grievances concerning companies that you have had dealings with, but they keep asking for information that is not provided by this company. I recently tried to post a review of a terrible company that hides behind a PO Box to avoid having to deal with it's victims, and in order to post a review of this company, Pissed Consumer wants a ton of information about this company that is not there, like an Email address (not provided), a Google account link (not provided), a Youtube account (not provided), or an Instagram account (also not provided), in order to post your review.
This is one of the issues that I had complained about in my review, that this company provided almost no means to contact them except to send mail to a PO Box, or call their support number, which is almost always closed.
OF COURSE, the Emails you get from Pissed Consumer are ALWAYS *******@pissedconsumer.com, so there is no true way to ask them about this!

A Better Business Bureau complaint states they were asked to pay 2k in order to have a negative review removed. I made the mistake of posting my own complaint a while back about an experience with my phone carrier and was immediately attacked by some mentally unhinged person in the comment section. I was called names, told I was immature and a child and that I am a child *. I reported the comments and NOTHING was ever done. Why do I want to use a site that allows people to libel and harass me? As someone else here asked, does that person work for PissedConsumer? Is that why they continue to allow this person to libel and call people names? All for just using the site? I don't get it.

Pissed Consumer is not a legitimate review site. They garner negative reviews by impersonating the company being reviewed. Then they hold the reviews hostage, forcing the affected company to pay to manage the reviews.

They let cyber bullying take place they let ppl leave reviews about people that's not even businesses where people can go in and comment on little kids and cyber bully them they will not reply to any emails one little girl that is being bullied on the site tried to commit suicide and they still will not take down the slanderous statements made about her nothing in this post has anything to do with a business all it is is a bunch of name-calling and slender and they will not do anything to stop it they should be ashamed of their self at Pissedconsumer.com can anyone help me with this situation

What a scam this site is. It is not there to help the consumer. It's sole purpose is to extort money from small businesses. It doesn't even verify that the complaints are real or even if the person writing the complaint has actually purchased from the company. It charges the small business big bucks to have the complaint removed. For $250/mo they will even let the business screen all of it's reviews before they post them. Can't believe google allows this trash to rank so high in the search engines

Recommend not posting to this site.

This website allows you to post a review, but then you are inundated with negative feedback from possible employees who are probably paid to do so. After all, "Pissed Consumer" gets their income from selling their "protection services" to businesses with bad ratings. Be cautious if you post a review an expect the venom of their "employees"

I agree with omega. There is no way to repair ones reputation once on here. Also no one from this website contacts you back. It is a free for all for people to leave false reviews and even when your competition is making false reviews as well.

I posted a complaint about a restaurant experience and was verbally attacked by someone the other posters called "Kevin". He called me names and made slanderous statements about me beating my wife. When I responded to him, I noticed my comments were soon deleted by pissedconsumer but this Kevin person's nasty comments to/about were not. I will not bother with this site again.

Pissedconsumer.com is a defamation website that is designed to extort from small businesses or destroy them. Pissedconsumer.com violates our First Amendment by posting and promoting hate speech. This is only lawful interpretation of their posts on Pissedconsumer.com. Anyone whose life has been affected by Pissedconsumer.com must file a formal complaint with FTC(Federal Trade Commission) calling FTC hotline: *******222. This will stop this horrific company from destroying small businesses with baseless and unsubstantiated reviews. I have come across this site when I was looking for reviews about the site that I was about to purchase supplements from. There were few reviews about that vitamin store but they are rude to death! If you were like a first time buyer, or if you were born yesterday, you'd probably be fooled by the rating. I ordered from the website anyway and all the comments on the pissedconsumer website were the exact opposite of my experience.

A disgusting site!

I have been trolled for years on this revolting site that allows anyone top post anonymously and without verification of their post details. They NEED to be shut down for the damage they had caused. I have even had comments such as I hope god cripples your children. I have asked google to remove all links to the site but they always come back with a lame excuse. I know for a fact that it is only one person who is posting the negative stuff about me and my business, using a variety of names or doing so anonymously!

I find the site useful for info, but there are thousands of obvious fake five star reviews by employees of TERRIBLE companies. One company had 100s, all with similar names AND all of those fake reviews were reviewer who only reviewed 2 companies, the other company a subsidiary of the first. I pointed this vary obvious issue to Pissed Consumer and they did not respond. The company I pointed out sells used and broken appliances as new and drags out it's responses to the bad product so that the customer is outside of the return window, but has stellar review averages as employees review everywhere under obviously fake names. PissedConsumer knows and doe not care. Good place to vent without consequence tho. Re

If you post a bad review to this website, prepare for a lawsuit because that is what they are likely to give you. After you hit the button stating "submit review", the website automatically asks you for your email address so "The company can contact you based on the information they had received". This sounds like a very bad game to me, so the best advice I can give you is to stay away.

Not only is this website not seeming to care really about consumers it is extremely slow about password retrieval. Even after I've complained to them several times they still haven't improved that.
I also have great difficulty tolerating them sending me emails to update my reviews on their website and then when I have to reset my password I have to wait at least 20 minutes before I can get the password and log on again. So I have to review a review site; that says a lot!

Pissed consumer allows negative only reviews. They invite a vocal minority to destroy small, local businesses. The heart of a community.

They then charge money to the businesses to respond.

They live off of advertising from the very companies they trash.

Calling or emailing them is impossible!

Total scam. The FTC should look into them.

I would NOT recommend posting on pissedconsumer.com. ALL the SAME posts I have posted on here and other websites like yelp.com they have ERASED!
They also play "tech games" by CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD so that what you entered DOES NOT work to log in and when you try to enter a new password by inputting the "security code" they provide it DOES NOT WORK!
THIS is just a website ABOUT PERPS BY PERPS to get YOU the consumer PISSED OFF MORE!
