People are confuse what is all about PissedConsumer. They are not BBB. Is fair enough they allow people to post they own experience and others to view those comments to be aware of bad business practices who can impact tremendously negatively they life. People should still complaint to proper channels like FTC, BBB, attorneys general etc. most important to FTC for they can take proper action against those businesses, like for example ORBITZ, EXPEDIA, all this third party, which betray consumers very badly

www.pissedconsumer.com allow consumers to say whatever they want and there is no recourse to settle with the consumer and/or remove the false damaging allegations. I have had to pay an attorney in excess of $5000. 00 attempting to remove damaging lies about my company... What else would you expect from a company that has named itself as such...

the company is not a merchant. they post consumers reviews and they are pretty good about it. is a verify trust source as they required a proof of purchase in order of the review to be posted

I ordered a "Geek Squad" refurb Xbox Series S from Best buy. When I received it, it was missing the battery pack AND I was sent the wrong charge cord without the AC wall plug. It uses the USB mini, NOT THE USB-C. After an hour plus going back and forth with online chat customer service, online Geek Squad, to which both just ended the chat without warning. To talking to someone at the call answer center. All told me to drive an hour away and return my item for a refund WTF! I ask them to just sent me the battery pack and I'd buy my own charger... No one would listen to reason or even cared. Use Amazon people! Boycott Best Buy! They won't even let you call your local Best Buy store. All calls are routed to a central call center and will not connect you with the local store. Boycott, Boycott! They have even blocked their own site from receiving reviews. "This function is no longer available" SERIOUSLY?!

After receiving a negative review from Pissed Consumer a supposed customer which I have zero information about, my research shows Pissed Consumer has no reach or credibility and lacks overall recognition in the professional business world. Character assassination is a form of defamation, and is a calculated and continued attempt to destroy a person's or a company's credibility and reputation through spreading rumors, innuendos, including deliberate spreading of misinformation. Instead of fact checking the validity of the customer's claim, they allowed it through obviously just feeding on the drama.

They keep saying "no special characters," which I didn't use. They won't post reviews without having you go back and answer a bunch of questions, but they don't accept your answers. I'll post on BBB from now on. Come on. They are supposed to be helping consumers, not making it more frustrating for them.

The owners of this website will post personal cell phone numbers as company business numbers when they cannot locate a customer service number (one does not exist for the company) and refuse to remove your number when you ask them repeatedly. I feel bad for whomever gets that number next. They'll get hundreds of calls a day because of this poor practice and the people calling will never get help. Awful practice all around.

I cannot say enough about how horrible it has been to deal with PissedCustomer. With its own abysmal 1.2 rating and its tasteless name this "customer service" contractor telegraphs its very tawdry and hateful attitude toward anyone's customers. Any company that uses this one instead of having its own customer service staff can only have a worse ratings than PissedConsummer. Don't bother wasting your time with this supposed "service" and forget about ever doing business with the company that sent you here in the first place to complain.

When I posted a negative experience with a company on their website, others were giving me their two cents.
First of all, on a site called "Pissed Consumer," others are going on there to post reviews because they are pissed. Users do not need other people coming along and talking their crap about their experience when they are already upset. That is just putting more fuel into the flames when pissed consumers do not need that extra irritation.
If a user can't tell somebody "I am sorry for your experience" then they just need to shut the hell up!
Do NOT post here to vent, either post here, or post on Trustpilot as well but NEVER post there. They will just make you more pissed off when you are already angry.
I had to seriously go off on somebody trying to tell me their nonsense that I didn't need to hear when I was already in a VERY angry state and didn't need the bull crap!
I am surely going to let you know, I will NEVER go back on there to vent about anything!

So I made my second review on my experience at Walmart stores, since my first review was quiet and uneventful I figured, what th heck. First 2 comments I got was not bad, then the harassment comments started. Had nothing to do with my review. Was just to start an argument. Insults, comments of abuse and bragging about it by the other member of passed off consumers. Though I flagged the inappropriate behavior and reported it, nothing was done. They allow this.

There are few ways to seek justice in scams against companies that have marketing, legal, service teams if you are taken advantage of. Especially internationally due to freedom of speech and legal differences. Pissed consumer let's you go straight to the problem. The company has the ability to respond and contact you to resolve. It isn't just sour grapes. You can't be anonymous and your review gets weighted by thorough supporting info/ pictures. If you are a business and you are legit and have good customer service and sell a fair good product, you have nothing to worry about.

BEWARE! This is not a legitimate consumer report site. It's full of trolls and hackers trying to access your personal information. As soon as you post a review they attack you in comments hoping to get you to respond and spend time on the site. The more time spent there, the more time they have to try to access your IP address, etc.

The site is completely garbage and allows fake reviews to damage reputation built by good business. And in their response to your fake review removal, they explicitly say they don't care in a way as quoted below.
"Please note that we are a neutral review platform where everyone, not only the customers but employees, ex-employees, people who never used the services/ products of your company can leave their reviews on PissedConsumer.com. We do not investigate the postings or users."
I'm writing this out of concern for my personal information's safety...
I contacted Amazon Prime, who I've been a long term member of. They delivered my time sensitive wedding package to a "back porch" that I don't have. It caused me great distress. I spoke with logistics who stated they would replace it one day before my wedding. This date hasn't occurred yet so I hope its correct, but I was instantly sent an email saying "thank you for using pissedconsumet.com"... to my knowledge I never used this site. I don't feel good about feeling my information is passed out like a menu.

A Better Business Bureau complaint states they were asked to pay 2k in order to have a negative review removed. I made the mistake of posting my own complaint a while back about an experience with my phone carrier and was immediately attacked by some mentally unhinged person in the comment section. I was called names, told I was immature and a child and that I am a child *. I reported the comments and NOTHING was ever done. Why do I want to use a site that allows people to libel and harass me? As someone else here asked, does that person work for PissedConsumer? Is that why they continue to allow this person to libel and call people names? All for just using the site? I don't get it.

When you go to file a complaint, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THAT COMPANY'S ACTUAL WEBSITE! Many people mistakenly believe when they are using Pissedconsumer, they are on the company's in question site and they are not. They are on a public forum that allows trolls in the comment section to harass you.

Pissed Customer is a pain, tried to leave complaints but they want 100 words and you have to jump through too many hoops to get them to comply.
Worthless Site and Will No Longer Use
I posted a complaint about a restaurant experience and was verbally attacked by someone the other posters called "Kevin". He called me names and made slanderous statements about me beating my wife. When I responded to him, I noticed my comments were soon deleted by pissedconsumer but this Kevin person's nasty comments to/about were not. I will not bother with this site again.
