When I posted a negative experience with a company on their website, others were giving me their two cents.
First of all, on a site called "Pissed Consumer," others are going on there to post reviews because they are pissed. Users do not need other people coming along and talking their crap about their experience when they are already upset. That is just putting more fuel into the flames when pissed consumers do not need that extra irritation.
If a user can't tell somebody "I am sorry for your experience" then they just need to shut the hell up!
Do NOT post here to vent, either post here, or post on Trustpilot as well but NEVER post there. They will just make you more pissed off when you are already angry.
I had to seriously go off on somebody trying to tell me their nonsense that I didn't need to hear when I was already in a VERY angry state and didn't need the bull crap!
I am surely going to let you know, I will NEVER go back on there to vent about anything!

HOWEVER... last year the Pissed Consumer support team did reach out to me months later about they did apologize for my experience on their site. When they had reached out to me I told them why they were given a one star, explaining "I had already gone through a trauma and I didn't need this random person trying to talk their nonsense." They did go to my review and deleted every comment that was posted on my review. I do give them kudos for that and very much appreciate it.
Which is why I will say here "my rating for them have went up to a three" instead of a one. But I will not change or delete my orignial part of this review because I still want others to be aware that others leave comments to anger people.
I see go on their site at times. Not to post a negative review, but to check to see if their site is safe enough to post a negative review. When I go on the site, at times, I still see comments being left like calling people idiots and babies.
For right now, this site is still not safe enough for posting in my opinion. I appreciate the Pissed Consumer support team for reaching out to me and handling my issue. But until comments like those stop for good, whether it's my review or someone else's, I will NOT be using their site. They need to eliminate more trolls if they expect me to show up if I ever need to post a negative review in the future.
First they let fake reviews and then they are making bad reviews to disappear but only if you pay money!
