Not a legitimate anything
June 8, 2024

So much to warn you about that I don't know what to start with. I do know that I will tell them not to bother responding with their scare tactics because I won't be stating anything defamatory or erroneous in nature.

This is one of the comments I made regarding a troll profile and trying to get others to report the troll to pissedconsumers.com hoping they would remove the bully. This was before I realized that it most likely is the site itself and they are not a legitimate anything. I am now referring to the BBB and the FCC for legitimacy.

I have reported several times and some comments have been removed. However, the bully has made a fake profile very close to my nickname on here (fake one = April M Pwq and real one = April M Twq) and is continuing to use it. I advise everyone to check where you have made reviews and/or comments to see if it appears that you have made some insane, heinous comment. If you see something odd check the profile name carefully. Mine had 1 letter different. I have seen others with a period where there isn't one in the "real" nickname. Also have seen the number zero 0 used for the letter O. Then make a report. Eventually they will have to figure out how to get rid of the bully.

Pissedconsumer.com also does not put the comments in any kind of order. This is done so as to confuse anyone reading the comments and think that the heinous and libelous comments are made by the "real profile" and not the "fake profile".
Farris Urq was one of the trolls that started on my comments. They have many other IDs and I believe they are using Neon Biscuit currently.
They accuse/imply posters and/or commenters are "going after children", beating up elderly, being groomed by parents, being SA by employers, need to be physically harmed by parents (your parents should whip you) and many other untrue statements being made by troll or the fake profiles.

Now if pissedconsumer.com is not the actual troll(s) then at the very least they are allowing this erroneous activity to continue. I made a review for the profile Farris Urq and it was removed but the profile was allowed to stay up.

If you do decide to use this site be warned that one or more of their resident trolls will start harassing you and make libelous comments about you and what you like to do in the shower with your grandmother or how you beat children. If you report these trolls, PissedConsumer will remove YOUR comments and possibly ban your IP. The troll also comments that they know your IP address...this indicates that they are an admin of the site. Another reason that the troll's comments will be allowed.

PissedConsumer is a SCAM, BLACKMAIL, EXTORTION.
April 5, 2018

FRAUD-EXTORTION is PISSEDCONSUMER.com that sums it up for this horrific company under the legal name OPINION CORPORATION registered in Las Vegas, NV but operated from New York by * and *. These individuals EXTORT money from businesses by posting a horrific and negative reviews on their website. That either takes company out of business or the company is manipulated to pay $5000 to $******* to Pissedconsumer.com to remove the negative material from their web site. US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission need to investigate * and * immediately. Not only Pissedconsumer.com literally regulates the large chunk of US Economy right now but they also possess strategic information on the entire US ECONOMY. * and * with their accomplices * and * are all potential foreign agents for unknown entity. Where is US LAW ENFORCEMENT and the US Congress Committees on Foreign Agents are looking. Here they are right in the heart of AMERICA with their ingenious website PISSEDCONSUMER.com. * have dirt or compromising information on almost everyone in the US Economy and BUSINESS large or small. They can manipulate entire sectors of US economy due to the fact of their databases containing information on every businessperson or politician and potential to blackmail. Does the FBI and other US Law Enforcement not see it? If US Law Enforcement does not stop pissedconsumer.com and its owners - they will have US Economy and US Political leaders under invisible but total control. * can dictate all internal politics and economic shifts and trends to their needs. No one really knows how far this scheme goes. Ladies and Gentlemen go get them while they are still here and not on the run yet! Investigate them and STOP them from destroying US ECONOMY and USA overall. This has nothing to do with freedom of speech. This is a matter of the National Security.
Reminds us of how lax the security was before 9/11. It took someone as invisible and seemingly innocent to change the way we look at security of this great nation. Does this really need another 9/11 on the internet to change the way these companies operate online right now. They terrorize with complete immunity the entire US economic sectors. When our Lawmakers and Law Enforcement get this? Will it really take another dramatic event to stop these individuals from harming US Economy?

Sitejabber is by no means alone in its field and in...
May 12, 2010

Sitejabber is by no means alone in its field and in the course of the last year or so a wave - or maybe just a large splash - of consumer review sites has appeared and caught the attention of the grumbling masses. PissedConsumer is almost the East-coast USA equivalent of Sitejabber, but for me, even in my best effort to be unbiased, it doesn't quite hit the spot. OK, I have a vested interest of sorts here, having racked up an insane number of reviews, but I'm still interested in consumer protection projects in general and elsewhere and hope that they we're all making some difference in the market, each in our own way. PissedConsumer, though, while spot-on in title and content, is a tough read for me because pissed consumers is just about all it does.

The site's not poorly presented, though being a New York rather than a San Francisco Bay project, it does look to have straightened its tie and combed its hair rather more conservatively than we do out here. The content is no worse than the general run of complaint sites, and this one does go a little further than some in having activity in its blog and producing what it describes as "white papers" for information.

The limitation, for me, is that complaints may be all very interesting if you're seeking reasons to avoid a certain product, company or website, but for general reading, they're not going to attract, let alone hold, my attention for very long. And that's why I've been drawn to Sitejabber's alternative and, as far as I know, still unique position in presenting not just the complaints, but the praise as well. I can lazily browse the comments and reviews here, knowing that there's a good chance I'm going find a resource I've never heard of and discover something I really like. And although content is more than nine-tenths of any successful site, presentation does count, and I prefer something a little more relaxed and humorous where possible. It would be extraordinarily difficult, and inappropriate, for a site focused solely on complaints to adopt a cheery, cartoony style. I like cheery, cartoony style.

There's already solid competition in the complaints website field and while PissedConsumer does it as well as anyone, I can forsee a time when people are really pretty weary of reading complaints that remain unresolved and are likely to stay that way indefinitely. In my experience, at least, the majority of complaints from customers go ignored publicly by the companies being complained about, and there are reasons for that, even if companies recognize that they've made errors in customer service and want to correct them.

Why would a company want to come forward in public to correct a mistake, give a refund or in some other way admit liability? Even a determination to do right by a customer is potentially bad publicity because it attracts attention to the original fault, and some will say, well done to that company for correcting themselves, but they shouldn't have made the mistake in the first place.

Of course, there are also the companies who aren't concerned about customer care anyway, and which simply don't bother to make their complaining clients happy again. On the web, too, businesses are increasingly operated by individuals rather than organizations with directors and shareholders to please, and they've far less at stake if they simply look the other way.

As a result, the majority of complaints that you'll see on sites such as PissedConsumers aren't going to be resolved. The site is there to allow people to vent their anger, and there will always be plenty of people ready to do that, but there are also businesses ready to trash their competitors, individuals wanting to get the edge on larger companies, and others with axes to grind that don't have legitimate complaints to make. Whilst SiteJabber gets its fair share of those too, it does at least offer the compensation of reading about the other side, even if the line of happy customers is likely to be infiltrated by a self-promoter or two. It's not a perfect balance, but it makes your experience here at least potentially fun, which a purely hate site such as PissedConsumer simply can't hope to do.
