I bought collagen and vitamins and these guys had the most amazing customer service, I don't want to say this to make everyone think you can get discounts but I was helped and provided with the price I wanted after I complained then placed my order and received my products in time thereafter. ... but Piping Rock comes really close. My order never arrived. Whoever is to blame, I don't really care. Point is, the products never arrived and Piping Rock refuses to refund. I communicated with them in a very civilized manner, but they just would not refund. On top of that, they now try to blame this on me and are telling lies to PayPal. How can I prove that I never received the order? My advise is not to order here. If the products do arrive, you are lucky. In some cases you do get your order, in many cases you don't.
I can't imagine why some of these reviews are so bad. I have place orders for years without any problems. They have great deals on their website. You just have to know what you are looking for and be an educated consumer.
I have ordered about 5 times and received in 2 weeks. If you get stung with Customs it is because the order is over £15 which is what happened to me this time. I only just discovered this info so next time I will order separate packages - still cheaper for what I buy. As for quality - this is the problem with all these suppliers - how do we know that the stuff is what it is supposed to be.
I found piping rock on the web when I was searching for herbal supplements, I ordered some products and had a good experience with their products as well as their shipping. Piping Rock puts the shipping costs right before you purchase, when you are purchasing and after they give you the break down in an e-mail they send you telling you what all the costs are and hoe long it will take to get to you. I have been with Piping Rock 6-7 years now and have never had a problem with their products or shipping. There was on time I did not receive a bonus product, I called them and they sent me the product with in the next four days at no charge. I am not an employee, I am not part of the company nor am I affiliated with the company, nor do I receive any commissions for their products. I am just a consumer who found a good supplier, that's all!
Their courier, DHL, has a tracking system that isn't really a tracking system at all, where the basic level of delivery service is concerned (it might be better if you pay more). And the estimated delivery time of up to 5-6 weeks (I 've been waiting 3 weeks now) to cross the Pacific Ocean (New York-Auckland) is utterly preposterous in this day and age! The products are cheap, but there seem to be a lot of complaints about quality and delivery. So, I'd say don't go there.

I have never, ever asked this absurd company to send me promotional emails or junk of any kind yet for some reason this gaggle of incompetent charlatans has broken data protection laws by filling my inbox with dozens of absolute drivel emails, despite my requesting that they stop, many, many times.
To date I have forwarded 10 of their unsolicited junk emails to the ICO who are now investigating them.
To reiterate: I have never been a customer of this company; I have never consented to them emailing me; and I have never asked to join their spam email lists, so their data law infractions are as confounding as they are unwarranted.
Avoid this grotesque company unless you want your data abused, your inbox filled and your patience tried to the point you contemplate violence.
I've been ordering from them for over 10 years. In the beginning the delivery time to Western Canada was very long, but the prices are so good that it was acceptable. The delivery time has shortened the past few years. I have no complaints about deliveries.
Sometimes a delivery charge would be added on by the courier service or post office. Sometimes exceptionally high. Made me want to vomit. But that wasn't the fault of PR.

I have referred over 50 customers and have gotten zero reward money after their first orders. First, the company says my code has to be entered every time. Then, later, I was told by 3 different people at the call center that this isn't necessary, that the website recognizes them as my customer as long as they use the same email address. It's an easy fix, but they won't do it, because they're greedy. Plus, customers aren't going to remember each time to punch in my code especially when they click onto emails they get regarding any sales.
I wish I have read other reviews before paying for my order. Alledgedly shipped 3 weeks ago, the order still hasn't arrived and when I requested tracking ID to check whether it was shipped in the first place, their support went quiet.
Avoid these scammers at all costs!
I have to say that some of these negative reviews about Pipingrock on the internet is confusing. Most are complaints about customs duties, which Pipingrock has no control over. My experiences have only been positive so far. Products are decent quality and my items have arrived pretty quickly every time. Support has answered my emails within 1 hour, which I find impressive as well. I haven't had any negative experiences so far. Twice in a row they failed to deliver my vitamins, and their customer service just told me to "wait a few more days till they get the package back before the6 would offer me a refund, and then I could reorder". This customer service is atrocious, at this point my kid has gone weeks without vitamins, and all they can say is "try again. Better luck next time". My kids health is not a carnival game. A good service would make it right asap with a proper next day delivery service. Also, their website claims to be Canadian but everything ships from US.

I bought my first batch of oils from here. I couldnt find better prices to get bulk. I was pleased with all the oils and they've lasted quite some time. (I still have frankincense which I bought 2 years ago. Still smells really good.) Its easy to tell they aren't 100% natural though (did the paper test) but perfect for diffusing.
After waiting like forever, I decided to enquire about the goods that I never received. This was the response from customer service:

After more than a month my order has not yet arrived. Customer care always responds by saying the same thing: covid, without realizing that the rest of the world works. Finding a phone number to call is difficult and when you can talk to someone they always answer the same thing "you have to wait" but they don't say how long. They don't provide order tracking so I called DHL who doesn't know anything about my orders and says the company is obligated to provide tracking to the customer. I asked for it several times but they keep saying they don't have it. A nightmare experience.
I placed my order on 23/09/2019, in the order confirmation email it said that the estimated deliver date was 2/10/2019 - 22/10/2019... I never received my products. The company doesn't reply to any emails. This is a scam.
Products very good quality and excellent prices, even with shipping costs, compared to what I would pay in Ireland. Good customer service. Hopefully I continue to get the great service I'm currently getting.

I've been ordering supplements from Piping Rock for quite some time now and I've not been disappointed with their products or their customer service. Their shipping cost is the best I've found and I receive my orders promptly and in good condition. They have good prices especially on their Crazy Deals sales and this enables me to stock up on products that I use the most. I use their supplements for both me and my pets.
Answer: Best I've found is MSM Sulfur by piping rock. When I run out and don't take for a few days I can tell a big difference.
