WARNING... I ordered several bottles of Boswellia supplements from them. The package was just left at my front door ( no doorbell nor knock) in 88 Degree direct sunlight, and it was out there for 4 hours until my wife came home from work and found it out there. The box itself was Very Hot and all the bottles inside were also very hot. When I called them they refused any type of resolution. And their supervisor stated that The Heat would not do any damage nor reduce the potency... the most ABSURD comment I ever heard. Obviously they could care less.

Scam! Never received package or refund! Don't bother. Order elsewhere. Lots of warnings on this website saying the same things.

First time buyer. Quick shipping of complete order. Great prices. Easy open pop up bottle that are great for someone my age. Will order again.

This is the 3 time I have ordered Hyaluronic serum, this time it showed up like water. Not sure what they have changed but it's different and I won't order it again. Also a couple bottles were broken when they arrived. I will not be ordering it again

I was very surprised to find negative reviews. I looked up reviews for them mainly to learn more about their company. I've been buying and using their products for maybe 4 years now. I've only received quality products. The two times I did have a problem one was a stopper didn't work right on a bottle but I later found out that it was sealed. And another time they sent something that I didn't think I ordered. Both issues were taken care of satisfactory and I actually got a person when I called instead of the usual electronic runaround. Oh and I helped a friend of mine order whose entire order they replaced. Not because of any defect but it had been lost or delayed in shipping which was not Piping Rock's fault. The order eventually came, after the replacement order had arrived. It was the post office, not Piping Rock

Twice in a row they failed to deliver my vitamins, and their customer service just told me to "wait a few more days till they get the package back before the6 would offer me a refund, and then I could reorder". This customer service is atrocious, at this point my kid has gone weeks without vitamins, and all they can say is "try again. Better luck next time". My kids health is not a carnival game. A good service would make it right asap with a proper next day delivery service. Also, their website claims to be Canadian but everything ships from US.

I bought two bottles of piping rock Resveratrol 100mg capsules. They contained a dark chocolate powder. It should be white. This has either been adulterated or burnt. Their complaint service is window dressing only. They receive complaints but do not answer or respond to them.

I ordered items in 19 November 2021. Today is 17 January 2022 i have not received. The last time i had from was when the acknowledged the payment and mentioned i would receive my items in 20 December 2021. When i checked in 16 January 2021 i was told, i must wait for another week.

I tried Piping Rock on the advice of a friend. I was not disappointed. Their products are the best prices I have seen anywhere. I used to get my essential oils from New Directions, but I gave Piping rock a try and found the quality of the oils more robust and the quality superior. I have seen reviews stating people have had issues with shipping or Credit card. I live in Canada and on both orders so far I have received them in less than two weeks. I have ordered a broad range of their products and have yet to find an issue with any of them. Grat price and good quality, that is what sold me.

So far I've ordered from Piping rock 3x and always quick delivery and I live clear over in California.
Their products seem to be good quality family run business made in USA..

I ordered a product that was advertised as 2 for one recieved it only got one, contacted piping rock apparently i did not order it correctly? They offered me a $5.00 coupon this is the worst customer service i have ever gotten i will never order from them again and urge others to think twice before doing so, it would have been nothing for them to just give me the extra 2 items, thats real customer service!

I have been buying thru Piping Rock for many years n I live in Australia, so it's normal for a few wks or sum delays on delivery I don't worry I know it's coming, I have had no issues or problems at all with their products or the service. THANK YOU..

I can always depend on Piping Rock to deliver. Since the pandemic started and we were more confined, I relied on them to provide me with my vitamins and supplements that I required.

The shelves I ordered ended up being incorrect. The cartons are very heavy and I was told no call label would be issued; that is a service most commercial businesses provide. The return shipping charge is 50% of the purchase price due to the weight and I'm still considering whether it's worth the hernia to send back. A liberal return policy without the service is worthless.

Piping Rock recently purchased Nutrition Express and turned a truly easy, convenient order process into a nightmare. Cost with shipping is greater and the shipping time is longer unless you want to Fed Ex overnight. Nothing good here.

I have been buying PipingRock supplements for years, the quality is good and prices are some of the lowest in the industry. Had a return once and they provided a refund. The only complaint I have is they do not honor RetailmeNot, CapitalOne or other coupon codes I could find. The codes are entered, a discount of sometimes $10 is deducted, but when it goes to checkout the discount is removed. Their competitors do honor these codes. It is a source of irritation; I would prefer they did not have a place for codes they do not honor.

This company refused to cancel my order when I requested the order be closed less than three hours after it was placed. It uses the flag of the United Kingdom to lure sales. When I complained the person on the end of the live chat closed down the chat so that I couldn't contact him again. Do not use this company
