Ordered 3 seperate items, two arrived in a small box that could not have fit the entire order. They initially refused to respond at all and are now refusing to ship the final order. I lost about 60 Euros.

This is a dishonest company. When you purchase something and try to write a review, they don't publish it. There are only positive or fake reviews. Additionally, the shipping is terrible. I bought a product, and instead of the expected delivery time frame (6-21 days), they informed me that my package would be delivered in three months.

Piping Rock has recently started to guarantee the quality of its products by a one year return policy. However I have found it imperative to buy products I have already bought from them and tested as OK. I recently bought a eye serum for the first time which did not seem to agree with me.It cost around $6 in an order that was around $75. I emailed them expecting a customer friendly response. Instead they asked me for details on the product that I did not know how to find - one was the date of expiry. There were a series of numbers on the item that I sent them. Waiting for them to respond. As a customer I decided NEVER to try their products if I had not bought them before.

I've been regularly shopping from PipingRock for years, and never had any problem with it. The delivery takes around 1 week to reach me in the UK. The products are very good quality, and absolutely affordable.
The delivery charge+TAX a bit expensive, but this don't effect on the items' quality. I highly recommend this company to shopping from.

I have been a frequent customer of Piping Rock for the past 2 years. Great prices and specials keep me happy. Orders have always arrived timely and the one time a liquid item was broke they shipped a replacement immediately. I am a happy customer.

I have been trying to get a response from customer service for days! I have used this company a lot and expected better! One agent rude! They don't seem to want to honour a discount code! I was even told there was no discount code as I was looking at it and I sent screenshots of it! So they may lose a good customer over this!

I have been taking the L-Citrulline for one month and had no improvement whatsoever, I have been taking 2400 MG 3 times a day, and it doesn't do anything for me. False advertising, this product was trash very very disappointed

I bought Piping Rock branded Turmeric and Quercetin. In both cases the weight of each capsule was printed in a large bold font. In a tiny font it says "per serving" which is two capsules. Furthermore each capsule includes the weight of the gelatin, rice and magnesium strearate. Regarding the turmeric, the amount of turmeric was misrepresented even including the foregoing. I will never buy anything from Piping Rock again

I was very surprised to find negative reviews. I looked up reviews for them mainly to learn more about their company. I've been buying and using their products for maybe 4 years now. I've only received quality products. The two times I did have a problem one was a stopper didn't work right on a bottle but I later found out that it was sealed. And another time they sent something that I didn't think I ordered. Both issues were taken care of satisfactory and I actually got a person when I called instead of the usual electronic runaround. Oh and I helped a friend of mine order whose entire order they replaced. Not because of any defect but it had been lost or delayed in shipping which was not Piping Rock's fault. The order eventually came, after the replacement order had arrived. It was the post office, not Piping Rock

Took a month and several emails chasing my products before being told of an apparent error and the products were no coming. They refunded my order but not The postage costs so expected me to be out of pocket for products I had never even received and possibly were never even sent. They want the profits but no risk or accountability. Avoid these scammers. Check the genuine reviews on other Impartial sites not their own made up ones. Clearly a site to avoid. Wish I had checked these first.

Their customer service is VERY good, there was a hiccup in tracking notification only...not the delivery itself and Roy assured me all was ok and showed the tracking process. My package arrived in perfect condition just as I ordered and am very pleased with the overall service and outcome! THANK YOU PIPING ROCK! 5***** rating here!

I ordered supplements from Piping Rock on 6/18/2021 and it's 6/27/2021 and I still haven't received my order and tracking has changed my delivery date 3 times and now as of today it says my delivery date is pending which means I still don't know when my package will get here... I know for a fact it took them 4 days just to get my package to Fed Ex and I have been told that Fed Ex would be handing off my package to USPS? This is an unacceptable way to do business and I will never order again... and no one else should either. They keep telling me that standard shipping is 4-12 business days which is insane as you can see on the screenshot it says 2-8 so they flat out lied to me when they wrote me back. And of course after they already have your money, they give you this outrageous inflated delivery window... This has been one of the most awful experiences I have ever had placing an online order.

I have been purchasing vitamins, supplements and herbs from Piping Rock for several years. I was shocked to see any bad reviews for this company. My experience has always been first rate with this company. I just received a $51 order today. Their products are great, prices reasonable and I've always gotten exactly what I ordered in a timely manner without problems. I love their Crazy Deals and always stock up on certain items when they are on the deal list. Only way to improve this company would be if they offered free shipping, but I guess you can't have everything.

Ordered two five pound containers of whey protein at what I thought was a misprint. Expecting to have one five pound container show up at the door and that still would have been a he** of a deal. Well today is Monday 7/5/21 and my order was placed last Thursday evening 7/1/21. Not only did I indeed receive 10 pound of protein powder packaged as if it were nitro glycerin but received it in four days and two of those were the weekend. This is my new company for all of the health care items that they provide. Thank you Ladies and Gentleman for the Great product and Above Standard Professional Staff that you employ!

Have been ordering the Piping Rock Water Pills since an auto accident a few years back that left me with inflammation in my legs. This product is much more gentle and works as effectively as furosemide prescribed by the doctor and at a fraction of that cost.
