I have to say that some of these negative reviews about Pipingrock on the internet is confusing. Most are complaints about customs duties, which Pipingrock has no control over. My experiences have only been positive so far. Products are decent quality and my items have arrived pretty quickly every time. Support has answered my emails within 1 hour, which I find impressive as well. I haven't had any negative experiences so far.
