This has been the most terrible and frustrating experiences. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. And they never reached her on the day. I had to keep calling the UK customer care number, and get on the live chat every few hours to check, and they kept telling me it would be delivered before 7pm. When I called them at five minutes past 7p, they tell me that their delivery timings are over for the day, and they would deliver the next day. A day later, I am still trying to get them to deliver the flowers, and they tell me they will take another day. Unbelievable!
The customer care seems really unprofessional, irresponsible, and hardly concerned that deliveries meant for a particular day do not reach their recipient on time.
I would not suggest this service to anyone. I would say even if you had to pay a little bit more somewhere else, it is worth doing that.
I inquired about my order via chat since no one answers at the 415 number. The agent 'Sarah brown' first told me it was delivered when in fact it wasn't. She said 'it looks like it was delivered but I cant verify' wth?! So I called my credit card company and I am making a claim for my undelivered flowers. This is titalky a scam.
I placed an order for my mother's day and they did not deliver the order. On reaching out to them for refund, its been a month calling them or doing a live chat with an agent but they keep saying waiting on the supplier to refund them the money.

I order a fruit basket with flowers. The delivery time and the item I ordered was confirm.
It was supposed to be a birthday present a special day for a 60-years birthday. The fruit basket and the flowers was not deliver the day agreement was made. The product nice on the photo was not deliver. Some old and terrible flowers which was not a fruit basket and flowers was sent. I am very disappointed. No refund given and it's written regarding refunds is not in place. Forget any refunds. After contacting Pickupflowres following reply was given: We are here to inform you that we have delivered the best possible arrangement to the given location within the budget as per the availability of products.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law. They never arrived. After a great deal of time on line and on the phone with representatives from pickup flowers they sent an email saying the full amount would be refunded. IT NEVER WAS. I had to spend time again with my CC company disputing the charge. All in all, a big mess. BE WARNED
I ordered my flowers and they were supposed to be delivered on Dec. 22nd. That day passed and they had not been delivered. Well I then emailed them with no response... twice! I tried to chat with no response either. Oh and I forgot but the first thing to happen was I got an email saying I needed to pay, when in my banking account the transaction was already pending. I wanted it to be a surprise, but I had to spoil it for my girlfriend and let her know I had ordered her something and it had not gotten to her. Well eventually it was delivered and she told me the flowers had already started to darken. Overall, just a horrible experience and to this day I still have not received any email back. I had ordered from here before, but I'm done with a company that treats their customers that way. No more of my business!
Bad experience. I have order 2 wreath and it say same day delivery but it did not happen. I tried to check with their customer service and starting to request for refund but one of the customer service officer saying she is not the person in charge. After 2 days, received their replied my order was delivered successfully. But my recipient insisting not receive. Then i asked for the proof and refund, they shown me signature proof. But the signature is not the recipient signature. And no one call recipient on the delivery.
They charged me this without delivery... I hope some authority should block this service to avoid more victims like me!
This company is a scam? My delivery was never made and they wont respond to any inquiries. They charged my card and promised delivery by VD. No delivery was made. I never received any type of status, and now they wont respond to any inquiries. Why is the company not being investigated.

Really disgusting... i really hate this website, i really got insulted twice because of their irresponsibility. I made the order for the friendship day, it has never been delivered... The reason they said to me was that the deliver van has met with the accident and they couldnt deliver it, alright it happens but it almost 10 days past and still they could nt deliver the item. So, i can for sure tell you your gal frn gonna slap you if you send flowers through this website coz they deliver it for mothers day.
NEVER EVER order from this site! Quick to take your money, but less than convincing when it actually comes to delivering. This site should be investigated for false advertising and spread the word the this site should be closed. Customer service have no clue about their product nor how customer service is supposed to be. NO ONE please order from this crappy site.

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me for my birthday sending me flowers to South America. The flowers didn't arrived many days after my birthday and, for his surprise, they were not the flowers he had ordered, they were completely different and the company said that the company in charge to send the flowers to me `didn't have the ones he asked for`. I hv bought flower for Valentine's gift and they promised will gv a call to the recipient but it nvr happened! The recipient didn't receive the call n the flower.
